I reapply for diesel tech position and told me to bring my tools on Monday and begin to get pay 3 months later. Make no sense, I called to reconfirm what the hiring manager said. His, "employee", black young lady so rude on the phone and kept interrupting from me speaking. I ask to speak to the hiring manager, but lie and said he not available. Called again, the hiring manager pick up. We talk and he said " well yeah because we like to see how your performance before we start paying you by wait 3 months. Sorry but I'll call you back and decide".After phone call,now this part made laughing. The young black lady pick up and I said "hiring manager"? In a funny tone. She reply " listen here little boy, I don't play these game around here". I reply " respect who you talk to and watch your mouth". She reply "little boy, where you at because you about catch these hands".If I was you, never come here until they have better employee. Overall never step a foot to this company because it's a mess and trying to fight their customers by physical. Just call the cops everytime you go there so you be safe and sound. Please bring it down or replace everyone. For a better future

Great service. Each time they fixed the problem with my truck. I took my Diesel to another mechanic and they kept my truck for weeks only to have problems again. They really have experience with my type of vehicle and don't guestimate. I support black businesses as often as I can and this company always addresses the issue and tells me what else needs to be done to maintain my truck.

Have worked with Odyssey for a couple of years now. Three things to note here. First our fleet is now healthier than it has ever been. Second, they are quick to getting out to service calls and great at diagnosing problems and getting trucks back up and running. Third, they are just great people: trustworthy, hard working and reliable. I would recommend them to anyone in the DMV running a fleet of vehicles.

This company is by far the worst ran company I have ever seen. They have a long way to go in terms of providing quality customer service and their leadership or lack thereof needs to stop taking short cuts! This company has outdated systems and imaginary policies. They are money hungry so expect to get treated like a dollar sign, not a consumer!

Al lee ( sales rep. maybe owner)is the absolute worse. Communication was poor throughout the process for estimate. Had a number of questions/ changes through estimate process and responses from him were horrible/vague. Based off that we ended up with wrong platform installed. Called him after receipt of truck to tell him of wrong doings and was a week after me hounding him to get a response. Response of me paying for his mistake. I offered him half the proposed correction to try and be fair. His rebutle 15%. "come on sir', i am not a fool. Anyway, I would never use them again based off of him. Workmanship was good from the techs. Jate and Cynthia in the office were kind as well. Unfortunately 1 "one battle apple will spoil the bunch"

This is the worst company ever. 1st I went to them for a quick check of my bus. They told me I needed a complete inspection so I said go ahead check it out. Next day they then sent me a bill for $30,000, I immediately told them to stop, they told everything was almost done and they did $5000 worth if work. Then I get the bus back, the lights would not work, I took it back, the owner trys to start looking over the bus, then he fries my transmissions computer, which cist me $10,000 to fix. Then to ad insult, he says it's not his fault and would not pay. Please RUN AWAY FROM THIS LOW LIFE COMPANY AND OWNER!!!!!!!

They came and rescued me when I broke down, got me on the road, and helped me understand all the bits and pieces. I'm so glad I found these folks. Choose these folks if you want good folks.

I keep calling this new woman and she will not give me schedule and promise to call me but will never call . Before the receptionist was very organized

Robbers! Unauthorized truck repairs for $2000 and held my truck hostage. I Paid them thousands and the truck is still not fixed.
