First time using Crouch and what a great experience! It started with my experience with Tina on the phone. She was professional, kind, and super helpful in letting me know the costs and expectations upfront. I knew I needed my brakes checked since they were vibrating like crazy, along with some other items, and the techs ran a 20-point inspection to verify this and any other issues. The call to pick up my truck was so much quicker than expected, which gave me back my day (which almost never happens with auto repairs in general).When I got to the shop, Tina had any other proposed repairs quoted in writing for me to review at my own pace and didn't try to force me to buy anything. The lack of pressure alone has me ready to go back and schedule some other repairs that I know I should get. I never thought I'd actually want to get my car worked on, but I have confidence in knowing that if I need anything done, I can count on Crouch to do it right!!

Had an amazing experience with this garage. Excellent customer service, very friendly and helpful and the work on my vehicle was completed in a timely manner! I will continue to give them my business in the future and refer anyone I can to them as well!

My fiance and I have been taking our cars here for almost two years now. We hit a deer last Father's day and had the get rid of one of our cars. Crouch suggested us selling the car on FB marketplace and with that suggestion we were able to get it sold and get a new safer car for my family. When it came time for inspection we took our new Subaru straight to Crouch as we knew we could trust them! They have done our breaks, tires, oil changes and maintenance. So long as we are in the area Crouch would always be our first choice.Services: Tires, General repairs & maintenance, Auto brake repair, Vehicle Inspection, Brakes, Auto tire replacement, Auto maintenance, Oil change

In my Car there was check engine light I took an appointment for Friday 3 days before and I dropped a car on appointment day . I was informed that they will call me for updates, but whole day passed by they did not inform . So I went there and they said they even did not look at my car my whole day wasted. I did not believe how their service is , very disappointing. I took my car back to home . Very unprofessional.

Had our Mini Cooper Countryman JCW in for front brakes and to replace a motor mount. The job was done same day and everything went well. Was less than half the price quote to me by the Mini/BMW dealership.Services: Engine repair, BrakesServices: Engine repair, Brakes

First time going to Crouch and I'm very pleased. Everyone there was very nice and treated my vehicle and me with care. The work they performed turned out great and I couldn't be happier with it. They even went above and beyond and fixed a very squeaky driver window that had been bugging me for a long time without even saying anything. I really appreciate that!! Sometimes it's the small things.... very happy with my experience with them and I will certainly be back!Services: Wheel alignment, Brakes

Fantastic service, friendly and professional staff. The mechanic went over all the repairs with and me before hand. My car was finished in couple hours for a very reasonable price.I highly recommend Crouch Automotive Rising Sun to anyone who needs maintenance or repairs!

As always, Crouch Automotive provides top notch service. The office staff are friendly and helpful. My car was ready on time and the prices are reasonable. My vehicles always go to Crouch for everything from routine maintenance to big jobs.

BEST place to have your car fixed. Friendly service, reasonable rates, and my car is always fixed right THE FIRST TIME!! Everyone there is awesome and Dale and Joanna are very nice people!! I won't let anyone else touch my car and I highly recommend them to everyone. No matter where you live locally, they have 3 locations. ......Conowingo, Rising Sun and now North East.

The owner and employees are professional and kind. They take care to keep your car clean inside and out. It took just under an hour to change my oil and rotate my tires. Would recommend.

Spoke multiple times with John about the work being done on my truck. Dropped it off on a Wednesday and was originally going to pick it up on Friday. He called me Friday and stated that they had found another problem that needed fixed and he wouldn t have the truck done until Monday. Went in on Monday and he explained that he dropped the total bill amount since it wasn t done on the agreed upon date. Great service and prices. Even though there s 5 shops between my home and their shop I will be coming back in the future.

They did a good job fixing our vehicle. But while our vehicle was there they were spray painting there building and got overspray on our vehicle. I wouldn t be posting a review if they would ve taken care of it but they asked us to get 2 estimates to have it fixed and then offered us less than the lowest estimate to settle it. Needless to say we are not impressed with this company.

Came here for an oil change due to their conowingo shop being busy. Even though they were working on a vehicle that had a deadline, they still did the oil change and at a great price and timely matter. Im diffently coming back. Crouch Automotive is a great company and will be my first when it comes to repairing and maintaining my vehicle.

With confidence I had this garage wrk on myF-350 that has almost 300k on itThey did all nessasary repair s and this trk runs better than when I purchased 10 yrs agoBrian and Faith are very easy to talk with,I hope them and there team get a great bonus for dealing with this tuff public!!!I recamend this garage if you want a good job ! Son had oil changed. Oil ran out of car while driving. Took to another garage, no o ring on oil filter. Not very good mechanics if they didnt inspect oil filter before install. I was always taught to rub a little oil on the o ring of a new filter.Luckly, my son turned var off without damage to engine.

Ask to replace a part that was scheduled days in advance and only to find out after all day on the schedule day and after leaving the vehicle there the night before that they never even ordered the parts, so a waste of 2 days!
