They were great. I called last minute and they were able to squeeze me in with almost no wait time. I had a Maryland inspection completed and everything went very smoothly and I was out of there in no time. I definitely recommend them to anyone that needs a inspection or work performed.

This business lists cars on Facebook Marketplace. But they do not communicate or answer messages from those adds. Very poor communication! Why would you list something for sale, and then not communicate with potential buyers?! I had to track their info down on Google, call multiple times, and when I did get ahold of a man named Khan I was told a car was available.So I made arrangements in my work schedule the next day to go, and purchase the car. Problem is they sold the car late in the day on the same day that I called. Not even the common courtesy to call me back or respond to my messenger/market place messages to them. Apparently your time means nothing to them. Very poor communication, and lack of courtesy. I would not recommend this business

They work fast...if they say come in now, they'll get to your car quickly. They don't go overboard re passing safety inspection...they're reasonable and will fail you for something that's clearly a problem, they won't try to fail you then bs you into trying to spend big $ trying to turn a 5-15 year old car into a new one and have you replacing stuff that's not really necessary.This is my second time using them and I already had NTB tell me what the car needed first...it failed on one of the things ntb mentioned...I looked and agreed that the parts they mentioned were shot. If you let them do the fix they'll work with you to pass.They aren't that expensive wrt repairs.Some places refuse to install customer parts. I wanted to save a buck getting better front end parts from Advance Auto (Moog) vs paying twice that for run of the mill aftermarket cheapies, and these guys didn't object to just charging labor to install my byo parts...I checked 3 places, plus a street mechanic and Central's price for labor-only was the best...that plus I got the pass all in one stop without wasting additional time or gas.Honestly I'd probably do the title/ tag elsewhere or go to MVA to save a buck. If you have more $ than time, you can pass inspection and also get tag and title here...but you'll pay an extra $50 convenience fee for your title/tags. No extra fee for that if you go to the MVA.

People are honest and friendly. The way they explained my car issues and helped me to fix them. The customer service is impeccable. This is by far one of the worst mechanic shops in Maryland. They will scam you out of your money if you let them. They had my vehicle for over a month. Constantly telling me it wasn't ready until I threatened to contact my attorney and file a lawsuit. Then I received a call from them the next day to pick up my vehicle. All of a sudden it's ready, go figure. They removed my vehicle from their shop telling me it was at another location without notifying me. They told me my vehicle would be ready in another two weeks. Until I mentioned a lawyer. I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone.Service: Engine repair

First time at Central Auto shop . From the time I dropped off the car to the time I picked it up, it was extremely professional and transparent. My car steering was shaking violently and there was a knocking sound coming from my engine. I received an electronic estimate of the desired repairs that would be needed along with a phone call describing the reasons why. The prices were extremely reasonable and the work was completed within really quick time. Thanks a central auto Shop for my Repair!!Service: General repairs & maintenance

Had state inspection completed in good time, had tint removed as well. Convenient as I was able to get my registration done as well at the same place. This is the second time we have used Straightline and I could not be more pleased. They matched the color of my husband's BMW perfectly. The work is excellent, they finished the job when they said they would and are lovely to work with. I highly recommend Straight Line Autobody.

I went to my insurance adjuster and was recommended to use what is in their list (Varsity in Catonsville) but I was not treated well in that shop. That manager was rude and inconsiderate. Then, I was referred by a friend to go to Straight Line Auto Body and he is right. The best customer service I ever had in an auto shop. The owner himself and his wife were very accommodating and very assuring. I find a home for repair and maintenance for my car. The job was excellent and I got my car back like new, so clean in and out. Talking of honesty, every object I left including garbage was neatly gathered and placed in the cup holder. Amazing also to find the refund check which I thought was lost. Great People! Thanks for the GREAT JOB! WELL DONE! Thank you so much! We need more honest auto shop like yours (especially for a woman like me).

I've used staightline for 2 years now. John and Stephanie are great. Quality workmanship, honest people.I also have them do mechanical work in addition to body work, I know I can count on them to get the work done on time and properly. They definitely go above and beyond, in one case they even dropped the finished car off at my house when I was unable to pick it up. I recommend them to everyone.

I went here on the recommendation of others but I'm really disappointed by the paint job they did on my car. I took my car in to get the hood repainted. However, they only touched up the most noticeable area of defect but missed a few sections of my hood where there were rock chips. I expected to have my entire hood to be repainted, but they obviously didn't paint the whole thing. It looks like they were trying to do as little as they could get away with. End result, there are very apparent chips underneath the new clear coat with no way of fixing it without sanding it back down. They didn't think it was worth redoing and didn't even offer me any discount or recourse. Overall I was very displeased with the quality of their work. If you want attention to detail, do yourself a favor and look elsewhere.

John & Stephanie are wonderful. Straightline hosted and helped us conduct an ebay purchase. We asked the seller to drop the car off there, John fixed what needed fixed before we drove it 300 miles home. He also picked us up that airport, helped us come up with a contingency plan if the seller didn't show up with the title, (he did, finally0 and in general provided us with safety and support during our ebay transaction. His repairs to this 21 year old Volvo were spot on appropriate and due diligent. We may drive up there from North Carolina to get them to work on our other volvo!

If your in town and can t find a. Good mechanic, I would recommend zain, he is honest and fair with his price, when you want good work you pay for good work and that s what he offers here good work...
