Base Auto body did an exceptional job on my Honda Accord. It looks like it was never in an accident. Jeffrey was very professional and kept my insurance company in the loop on repair time. My insurance company followed up with me. When I picked the car up it was cleaned and detailed on the inside. I wasn t expecting that. I would recommend this shop to all my family and friends who need body work done. Thank you for everything!

I had a very pleasant experience with the staff at Base Auto Body. Not only are they logistically close to my home, but the staff made me feel welcomed at each arrival. Michelle is professional and friendly. I enjoyed speaking with her. Also, the staff at Base went above and beyond. Aside from repairing my car, they gave my vehicle a much needed cleaning inside and outside. I will definitely use them again if I need auto body repairs!

Great experience at this shop. Michelle was an excellent customer service rep and handled all of the details with Geico resolving the hit and run on my Avalanche. Also handled the return of my rental from Enterprise! Vehicle workmanship was excellent and detailed. The truck looks brand new!!! Would recommend this place to anyone who needs body work done. Thanks for the great work!

I don't know how anyone could ever be upset with the service at Base Auto. Michelle is quite possibly one of the SWEETEST and most STRAIGHT FORWARD people I've ever dealt with. My truck was stuck there for a month and a half because the insurance company at fault handled themselves like total thieves. She was PATIENT, CARING, and UNDERSTANDING the entire way. In the end the insurance company left me hanging and denied their fault leaving me to pay everything out of pocket. Michelle was KIND and worked with me to get my truck back on the road and 3 years later she's still purring. My uncle runs a mechanic shop locally and I will still take my vehicles to her without a second thought because I know they will be well taken care of with quality work, and I will receive nothing but the best service. I can't thank her enough, or explain how much she helped me; my truck was in need of serious repair and should've been totaled, but they made sure I could keep my life moving right along and on a roll instead of coming to a crippling halt. Thanks again Base & Michelle, you're a true ANGEL OF MERCY. You've definitely made me CUSTOMER FOR LIFE!!

The life time warranty is worth the paper it is printed on. Took a car there to have it painted and a few other things. The paint had dirt in it, paint popped, and some other issues. I was told they will take care of the issues. They did at my expenses. The owner is a joke too. Made many calls over the last time I was there with no return calls. So unless it is a insurance repair go some where else

These folks have never let me down. My mother totaled her beloved Honda hybrid. She bought it back from the insurance company and we brought it here. 3 weeks later, it looks like a new car! Can t recommend this shop enough.Service: Body & TrimService: Body & Trim

BASE Auto Body did a great job fixing my damaged car. They worked well with my insurance company. 4 days later my car was fixed, painted, and actually cleaner than ever. Thanks BASE!

Office lady was completely rude. They threw parts inside the cab of the truck, scuffed the dashboard from it.TOOK OVER A MONTH TO GET TRUCK BACK!!! And there was a Crack in my windshield that wasn't there before it was taken there. Bad all around service
