Terrible customer service abilities. If I could give them a zero, I would. The guy acted annoyed when I first went to drop off my car for service back in February 2024. He made a snide comment and it seemed like I was an inconvenience to him. I wrote it off that maybe he was having a bad day. My wife even joked that he yelled at me. We had talked about doing future work on my car.Cut to today I walked in and same thing! He made a comment When I get done these tickets . Everything seemed short and eye-rolls. I could just feel the negative energy. I had already made the appointment, but I m not taking it in.I don t know if he was the owner or not, but just be respectful for Gods sake! DO NOT take your vehicle here for service unless you want to be yelled at and treated like a kid. I can t understand why they have 4.6 stars! I can t be the only person who s experienced this?

Albright service center is always reliable and goes above and beyond. The atmosphere is friendly and inviting as well as the people. Larry and Shane are the best. I bring all my vehicles here. They quick and fairly priced!! From atvs to commercial trucks. They service them all.

They've always been great to myself and my friends! Refinished this set of BBS and knew there was one place I trusted to mount them.Quick walk-in on Friday afternoon, got all 4 done in under an hour with no damage! Excellent tire shop!

My family recently had an SUV at Albright for some minor front suspension work and alignment. We were informed that the SUV also needed front brake pads and rotors, we informed the service writer that we would take care of the brake work. I have been doing brakes since 1983 so it s a chance to save a few bucks by DIY. We trusted Albrights diagnoses and ordered the brake pads and rotors, well as it turns out the brake pads and rotors are fine. The brake pads have 6mm of brake pad material remaining (brand new pads have 10mm) and they are wearing evenly on all inner and outer pads. As for the rotors they are fine too, the rotor thickness is within factory spec and there is no pulsating when braking. I am not sure what made the repair Tech determine the pads and rotors needing replacing. I was very surprised by this because Albright has been one of those rare repair shops that I have come to trust both their diagnoses and work. I will go back to Albright for auto repair work when needed but I will say a level of trust has been broken so I will be more skeptical with future diagnoses.

Great shop for tires and mechanical service. Have always gotten great service from Shane and Larry! I had to get some electrical work done on my Acura last year and they were able to get it back to me quickly.

I found a nail in one tire so I googled and called tire shops but many were closed on Saturday and some told me to schedule for an appointment for next Tuesday or later. I called Albright Service Center & Performance and spoke with a very kind staff whose name is Larry. Larry was really kind and answered to all my questions over the phone. When I walked in, I was warmly welcomed by another staff. Larry and the other staff were very kind. I had to take my two little kids with me so I was worried but it did not take that long and my tire was fixed well. I would take my car again if I need services in the future. Thanks to all at Albright Service Center & Performance!

Recently, my wife and daughter were traveling to Baltimore. On the way, my wife got a nail in tire. They could not have been more accommodating and understanding. Fixed quickly and back on the road. First class operation.

Got stuck on the side of the highway.. gave them a call, they were able to get the tire for me from a warehouse and have me on my way within 2 hours without appointment.. fantastic service..

I am from out of town and was traveling with my wife and baby. We hit a big pot hole so hard it blew two tires and bent the rims. These guys fixed us up and had us back on the road in under an hour and they didn't even charge us! Would not take my money. Can't thank them enough. Not to mention they're kid friendly and have lizards to entertain the children.

Great shop!!! I've been driving by here for years and never even knew they existed. Our car needed an alignment. Several friends/locals suggested Albright; not many places do alignments nowadays, or so I found out. I made an appointment, which was just a few days out. I appeared at just the right time and they took my car in immediately. They said it'd be about an hour, so I sat in their huge luxurious waiting area (kidding, but there is plenty of room compared to most other small businesses). (Tip - Bring something to read to kill the time.)Less than an hour later I was done. They gave me the paperwork and explained everything on it -- numbers both before and after the alignment.Our alignment cost about $83 or so for a smaller car. Per some buddies that's a pretty good deal. I am happy to say that forever more when we need work like this I have a great go-to place.

Compare to big box retailers before you buy!These guys think like a customer not a corporate VP of operations.Price competitive with big box guys and they will give you specific time/date you can get tires (unlike Bjs) Friendly polite they act like they want your business. I was in and out even when a mechanic failed to show for work! Boss jumped in it appeared to keep customers happy.Can't remember why I bought other places in last several years!This was go to place for nearly 2 decades!

Can't say enough!!! Great price for 4 new tires installed saved me $300. Had a small issue brought it back within the hour and they fixed it no muss no fuss and were AMAZING. Very helpful friendly customer service oriented folks. Will no doubt be back

I have lived in the area for over 20 years. I have never gone anywhere else for tire related issues. This place is not fancy but don't judge it by it's appearance. Inside you find real honest and hard working mechanics. They offer a range of tires and services and have always been upfront and honest with the choices. As a female I expect to be treated as if I am stupid about cars. I have never felt that way here. I have checked their prices and their recommendations against other places and online prices. I have always found that they never lied or tried to cheat me. I have gone into the shop before thinking that repairs or replacement would be expensive only to find that they had an inexpensive suggestion that offered me more than one option.The one negative I have is their hours. Working 9-5 myself, I wish they have one day where they had evening hours. I can't always make it for their Saturday Morning hours.

Fantastic place for any automotive repairs!! The Lead Technician really knows truly cares and appreciates your business. He is so knowledgeable and can fix any problem with your vehicle, he has even diagnosed vehicles brought to him by other local automotive shops because he is that good! I recommend this place to anyone looking for honest, respectful, thorough, and correctly repaired the first time with a quick turnaround repair shop!

OUTSTANDING! OUTSTANDING! OUTSTANDING! Good value, good service, and trust-worthy. Was just there and can NOT say enough good things. I had parked my car and noticed a nail in one of the back tires. Called them from across the street at a BP filling station and they were able to patch my tire in less than an hour. The price was $20 and it got me back out on the road safely. Wow. They didn't try top up-sell me on a brand new tire and in fact, when I suggested they replace it, they said let's see if we can patch it first. The staff couldn't be any nicer or more professional. I will be back.

I ve had the misfortune of blowing out 2 different tires in the past 3 weeks both times Albright Service Ctr bailed me out and put new tires on, quickly and for a very good price. So friendly and nice to deal with as well these guys are awesome!

I love Albright service center. Larry is really good. I buy my tires there and have them repaired there. I have never had any problems there.

Excellent shop!From tires to roof racks. Front bumpers to hitch receivers. If it's got a motor, they can maintain and repair. Real mechanics here.They are very thorough. Best truck tire and trailer tire quality/price ratio around. They don't screw around with you... If you want a mechanic that tells you like it is, go here. If you want a bunch of sugar coating and runarounds... Well, don't go to Albright.They only use OEM parts for repairs, unless you specifically want something else.

I've been going there for years. Just got 2 tires & rotation. Yes they were busy and took 2 hrs but that's because they're good. I could have saved a few bucks going to Wal-Mar or Costco I have a lot more faith at a place that has certified mechanics who like their job. Thank you Albright!

These people were unbelievably rude to me for absolutely no reason, ripped me off with a $1,000 break change and tried to upcharge me for an AC they were supposed to fix but didn t.

Left my hybrid car for a tire change. Two hours later, received a call that tire change is completed but car is not starting. In hybrid cars, it has to in a "Ready" state to be drivable. They also told me that they jumped the car and moved to parking lot. They wanted to start working on the battery and any other issues. I asked them to wait and let me try to Jump start the car and drive around to charge the battery.When reached at their place, they brought a Jump Starter to start the car but, even with Jump battery car was not switching to "Ready" state. Instead, it was showing "Hybrid battery check" warning. I had this car for five years and never had any issue, drove the car to their place in perfect condition, now it was showing the "Hybrid Problems" that potentially could cost me thousands of dollars.I checked around and noticed that the "Hybrid Safety Switch", an orange switch attached to hybrid battery was in off position. I switched it back to on position and Boom..., car switched to ready state immediately.Bottomline, it has to be an intentional sabotage. There is no need to reach out to the hybrid battery for a tire change job. The car cannot be switched to "Ready" state if Hybrid battery switch is in off position. They told me that they jumped the car successfully. It was an intentional work to strip out hundreds may be thousands of dollars from an unsuspecting customer. Luckily, I had some knowledge about hybrid cars.My advice, avoid this place, if you must go, don't believe them if they give a list of repair you must do, get second opinion.
