I took my truck there after 2 different mechanics and two dealerships couldn't figure out what was wrong with it. They had it fixed within a week. I couldn't be happier with the service. Thanks!

I took my ford f150 there for service they was great best customer service and mechanic repaired my truck great price I will be taking all my vehicles there for service in the future

I used to take my cars to the Honda dealership but no longer trust them and only trust the guys at Reisterstown Car Care for anything involving our cars. Honda told me my lock was broken and wanted to charge over $600 to fix it, I took it to Reisterstown Car Care to get a second opinion and it was in fact not broken, just not installed properly. Also, I ve had my brakes done and a new sunroof put in here and they do a fantastic job and are always a pleasure to deal with. Fair pricing and always done in a timely manner. Car trailer hitch installedTotally happy with Shawn at RCCC. I brought my new Rav4 in for a trailer hitch and wiring harness install so I was in no rush to get it done. Once the appointment was setup I dropped off the car and it was done the same day with an honest hourly charge. I've previously had another vehicle done there too with no issues and done right.

In these days of so much negativity, unkindness and overall anxiety . I wanted to take the time to give a HUGE shout out and thank you to Sean at Reisterstown Car Care! He helped with a problem with my car today and it was definitely above and beyond! I don t think he realized how much his kindness meant to me today after an especially difficult week. I ve had my car there before as well as my daughter s and they will forever be my go to!Service: Auto maintenance

This is a great place to have your vehicle worked on. They saved me twice from costly and irrelevant repairs. Now they will be the 1st one I go to car care. Rates are faiiirrrly reasonable. Hey everything is expensive these days. One thing is for sure. When they fix your problem, you don't have to worry about it again.

No complaints. Car is usually done on time or sooner. Car is never full of grease inside like from other shops who drive cars dirty. Excellent diagnostic abilities, reliable repairs, And very reasonable pricing.. My only complaint is they actually expect me to pay for my repairs after they've been completed!! Lol. The nerve of this business wanting to be paid for the work they did.. J/K. Great Job RCCC. Give them a call next time you need service.

Excellent service, knowledgeable staff. All four ball joints were bad on my truck. They all had torn boots and one was so bad it was grinding when I turned the steering wheel. It was scary to drive. I was afraid that the front end would fall apart. I got two other estimates. Both were higher and wanted to replace the tie rods too. Both estimates were considerably higher and it was not necessary to replace the tie rods. Reisterstown Car Car Center did the job quickly with quality Moog parts. I am extremely happy with their service and professionalism. Rob runs an excellent business!

I ve been going to Reisterstown Car Care since my first car, and I appreciate these guys to the fullest! Shawn especially! Shawn is usually the first guy you see when you walk in, and the man will take care of you like family. He will go over all issues with you, and even make affordable suggestions to make sure you and your car do not go broke again lol

Not one worker wearing a mask. They keep walking through lobby w/ no mask. At least the guy that took my info put one on when talking to me. As for the oil change, it did not take long but the disregard for their customers in regard to Covid makes me give 1 star.

Robert & Sean, plus Keith, Logan, and Trevor are the best mechanics in the area. Have serviced our cars for over 30 years. Fair, honest, competent men.

My truck broke down and I was limping into Reisterstown. With no advance notice, in short time the boys at this facility had me up and running so I could make it back home another hundred miles. They were great! Thank you so much!

I ve visited this shop 3 times now - each time I ve been, I ve been rejected. Extremely poor professionalism. Front desk worker states I m booked, sorry, without even attempting to schedule an appointment with me in the very least. Will be sure to never visit again.

When people ask for a local, reputable car repair place, this is the kind of place they are looking for. Fair prices, honest opinion of the work that needs to be done, and no pressure to do work that is unneeded.

These guys are cooperative,honest and affordable,they tell you exactly what your car needs,they don't skimp on quality nor do they try to upsell you,its definitely my place to go for car repairs,plus I can't argue with the fact that it's very close to where I live.
