I had the pleasure of working with Matt Cooper on the repair of my car. Everything went smoothly, I mean my car looked as good as the day I drove off the lot with it. Big thanks to the whole crew at Gerber for consistent communication and having my car back to me within the month despite how extensive the damage was. Matt even went as far as contacting insurance for me regarding my rental. I'm extremely thankful to them for the work they did and making everything easy.

I am well please with Gerber Collision. The estimator Mr. Matthew C. is truly passionate about his work. When talking with him he was very informative and had a great deal of knowledge about my vehicle. His service was very efficient and the work was done in a timely manner. He was truly a blessing.

Amazing service. I was a little concerned about taking my car here again after the change in ownership. The service is just as good if not better than when it was Camden body. Matt went above and beyond to make sure that all of my issues were taken care of. I can confidently say without hesitation that they will do the work anytime I need auto body repair. Thank you team for keeping me updated and getting my car finished ON TIME. Well done!!!!!!

My Estimator, Ian Gwin, was wonderful! Everyone was kind, professional, and amazing in explaining everything and getting exemplary work done to my car. Repairs were done VERY quickly as well. I would DEFINITELY recommend Gerber Collision!

I first would like to say, my service advisor, Matt Cooper was excellent of professional, knowledgeable, polite and friendly. Excellent repair service on the body and paint work of the back door and replacement of headlight and back signal light. I was kept informed of the process from the day of estimate thru the day of pick up, which was a day earlier.Highly recommend. I am very thankful of the great experience.

If I could give 10 stars I would. This is an exceptional team. Casey went so far above her job I don't have words. She called at least once a day to update me and answered my many questions. Ian and Eric also erector incredibly customer focused from the moment I walked in. Until I picked it up. I have a Lexus RC and it was repaired/ restored to perfect condition with Lexus parts. To think having a collision with a deer could have such a seemless process of restoration,rental car and dealing with the insurance companies. Give the team an award. I would

My car was hit by someone and the insurance company had it sent here. They fixed the exterior damage but that was all. The claimed they don't know how to do the rest and didn't even reattach the rearview mirror. For a place with "Glass" in its name they sure didn't even do basic auto glass repair.Now I'm left with a car that has a failing engine, traction control system is off line, and cruise control keeps blinking and is non-functional and since Gerber serviced it my insurance won't let me take it anywhere else, because they did such a great job the first time. Don't ever go here.

One of the best and easiest experiences I've had with the business!Not only they've called me regularly to update me on the status of the repair, but they've also went above and beyond to make it as easy for me as possible! They've even took care of returning my rental vehicle once I've picked up my car.And the body\paint job! The car looks better than it looked prior to the collision!I hope I never have to use a body shop again, but if I have to, Gerber Collision & Glass will be my #1 pick!Services: Painting, Body & Trim

Gerber Collision is Reisterstown, MD is definitely my go to spot for collision repairs. I took my Lexus there to get an estimate on some damage to my vehicle where a parking lot arm came down on it. Matt checked out the damages and told me he thought some rubbing compound would do the trick. Some rubbing compound, a rag and 15 minutes later, Matt had my vehicle looking like brand new. He saved me from paying a $500 deductible. Matt definitely came through for me! Thanks again Matt!

Gerber Collision made the process of fixing our vehicle so easy. All of the employees I had interactions with were incredibly kind and talked me through the entire process with updates throughout. Overall, it was a super smooth process, and I would definitely recommend them. They also did an amazing job fixing up our car, it looks brand new.

This has been the worst experience of my life. I have a Subaru cross-track 2023 special edition. I had glass paint damage from a vehicle transporting a bedroom set that was not secured on the beltway. I drop my vehicle off on October 27, 2022. When I drop my vehicle off I stated please don't allow me to leave my car you don't have the part because the car was only a month old and Subaru dealers were booked until February 2023. I was reassured that Gerber collision will order Subaru 2023 parts for my vehicle but that did not happen after weeks and weeks of waiting to get my car back I get the car back today November 25, 2022. the paint job on the car is wrong it does not match the color that the car is originally supposed to be this is a custom color car through Subaru. my front grill is not the grill that is supposed to be on this car the front grill is all black they put a silver grill on this car. my car is three different shades of khaki at this time. The trunk of the car has a backsplash that is supposed to lay across the back bumper which is missing also. not to mention the inside of my car is dirty my seats are dirty because The Technicians use my car to Store old Dirty parts in the inside of my vehicle that came off of the car .putting in my car. I was at this location every week because I live nearby so my car was sitting out in the parking lot and several times I mentioned to them that the Paint color did not match not the right color for my vehicle and informed them that I have to order The desert khaki color from Subaru. I was told every week that my car would be ready this week and the week after that. I don't understand why my insurance company paid for 2023 parts and that is not what you used on my vehicle. This is not just some ranting this will be addressed with upper management and Corporate. If I could give no stars I would.Services: Auto windshield repair, Air & cabin filter replacement, Painting, Electrical, Body & Trim

Had the unfortunate pleasure of seeking repairs twice in one year. Both times I had a great experience. Work was done quickly and I was kept in the loop about the status of my vehicle. Staff was extremely friendly and the work performed looks as good as new.

I was hesitate in the beginning because I ve never been before . However they were very professional in fact Eric the manager was phenomenal. I had concerns and questions he answered every last one of them . Eric went above and beyond calling the Audi dealer and etc just so he could give me a update on a part that was ordered. Overall the staff was nice but Eric really made sure I was satisfied and happy. It was such a pleasure speaking with him and I can tell he loves what he do. If you go to this place let them know Ashley recommended you lol you won t be disappointed!!! Service: General repairs & maintenance

Picked up my 2019 Ram 1500 from Gerber Collision & Glass today and felt compelled to write a review. The Reisterstown staff was incredible to deal with. Not only did they exceed my expectations with the repair, but they delivered the vehicle ahead of schedule and did an impeccable job communicating along the way. I received a daily text message from the repair shop and they reached out personally every other day to provide a detailed update. Highly Recommended!!

I was in an accident several weeks ago. Ultimately my insurance decided to total it, but Gerber was great to deal with. Specifically, Chester Whitten who was my adjustor while I was going through this drill with my insurance company was awesome.

What a wonderful experience, our first experience with a body shop !!!! The owner was very caring and actually called to check on me after I was hospitalized after our accident!!!!!Also offered a loaner car at no charge !!! How can you beat that kind of service !!!! We have referred one of our customers to them this past week. I just wanted to thank them again and again,SincerelyChris & Leslie Thomas

Took my car to get it fixed after someone backed into my car. Told I would have an appointment at 9am the following Tuesday. Get there and my appointment is nowhere to be found, but luckily, the owner, Mota remembered talking to me. Told me I would have a rental ready when I dropped off my car. That also was not true. I had to get my own rental no thanks to them even though I was told different. Fast forward to picking up my "fixed" car. Scratches all up and down the side of my supposedly fixed bumper. Not only was that the case but the bumper wasn't flush with the wrest of the car. It took my husband taking the car up there 3 different times for them to fix something that was supposed to be fixed to begin with. I also had to have the insurance company tell them how to do their job. Horrible place of business that does not care about you or your car.

They repaired my camaro but the fender did not fit properly in the car and still does not. When I brought this up to the shop they said that s just how it is because robots made the part and they would not fix it. I had already paid my money before they show me my car because I was expecting them to be quality upstanding business people but they are not. I would not recommend the shop to anyone.

This shop is very dedicated to do a great job on your banged up vehicle. I trust them to do their best and have been referring my family and friends here. They are the best around this side if town and have earned a very good reputation. Kodos!
