Experience could not have been better. It was my first time getting a car ceramic coated, and everyone was kind and accommodating. Very flexible with my schedule as well, made the whole experience so smooth. C300 looks amazing now.

Encore Detailing is a responsive, friendly, and incredibly professional company. I was about to buy a new car and I found their friendly and informative website while researching ceramic coating locations. I sent them a message via their online form and got a response within an hour. Frank Provenzano quickly answered all of my detailed questions over several emails. As soon as I had purchased my car, I took it right in. Erica, a fellow car enthusiast, greeted me warmly at the front desk. Frank was just as impressive in person as he was online. He is incredibly knowledgeable, friendly, and sincere. Everyone at Encore was friendly and welcoming, so I knew my car was in good hands. I left my car with them for a few days for the coating and they sent me photographs during that time to keep me updated on its progress. I picked the car up right on time and the ceramic coating is amazing. If you think a new car shines at the dealership, think again. Every new car should be so lucky to look this good and I am super happy with the end product. Thanks to the workmanship and excellent customer service at Encore Detailing, they have gained a lifetime customer.

What a great experience from start to finish Encore Detailing is the REAL DEAL. From their front office to the storage area the place had me in a wow. Their manager Jeff was a class act total rad dude and could tell my appreciation of awesome rides. He not only freshened my 2020 pickem up truck but he granted me and my sons access to the most amazing storage facility I ve ever seen. If I can recommend this place for stellar detail job hit Jeff and his crew they will leave you with a smile and a fresh ride. Thanks fellas

Not sure if the pictures do the car justice, but it was a worthwhile transformation. Frank was very helpful. I'd recommend Encore to anyone. We don't live close by but I feel it was worth the trip. I dropped off some color match paint and they were happy to touch up a few spots. Looking forward to dropping off another car when ready!

AMAZING! Encore Detailing is the best! Very professional and they do great work. We walked around the car and talked about options and then walked around the car when I picked it up to tell me what was done. They said they d get my interior looking like it came off the showroom floor. I just laughed and said just get it clean . Well damn if they didn t make my interior look brand new. This is a 17 year old Mustang and I swear they made it faster!

The experience provided by Encore Detailing is truly amazing, I would recommend their services to anyone. Frank and his team are very knowledgeable and beyond friendly. Even though my car is just a Mustang GT, they treated it like it was a Ferrari. The work they do is amazing, my car has never looked better. Everywhere I go people are impressed with the color and they always ask questions about what I wash it with and what kind of wax I use. The team at encore has Ceramic Coated 4 vehicles for me in the last 6 months. Their team is incredible and did a great job. They also offered a loaner car while my vehicle was there.I will definitely take my next vehicle there.

Encore detailing did a fantastic job cleaning up my Jeep to get ready to be sold. It looked better than the day I got it. Frank went above and beyond on the interior even though I got an express package, and the team worked with my last minute request after I needed to reschedule to meet an appointment that popped up.The value for the money is incredible. I will happily be back in the future and would highly recommend Encore to anyone out there looking for a truly impressive detail.Thank you so much!

This is the second time Encore has performed a miracle on one of my family's cars. My daughter's car had a soaked interior from a very bad detailing job and Encore not only restored the exterior, they were able to re-clean and remove the mold from the interior. They truly saved the car. And they just detailed and repaired a scratch along the whole right side of my car due to recent storm damage. In both cases, they scheduled the cars for service right away and returned them in miraculous condition in 24 hrs. THE ONLY PLACE to go if you care about your vehicles and want the job done professionally and in a timely manner - and by an extremely friendly group of employees! I wanted to take my 2022 C300 Mercedes Benz to get a ceramic coating to protect my investments and make sure it always looked great. Encore took my vehicle and returned it to me looking absolutely stunning. Everyday I look at my car it looks like I just bought it! Frankie was extremely easy and helpful to work with. He pointed me in the right direction to purchase all the products necessary to keep up on the ceramic coating as well. I highly recommend encore for any detailing needs!Service: Auto detailing

First time getting my car detailed and I'm super impressed. We take our dogs to the park and beach multiple times a year, and it was getting pretty gnarly around the interior. Frank did an awesome job removing the dog hair, dirt, sand, and even a stain that was in the middle back seat. The exterior is probably shinier and cleaner than when I first bought the car, and my headlights are crystal clear. Would definitely recommend!

I can t thank you enough for taking care of my Subaru Crosstrek! It was in need of a good cleaning inside and outside and you guys did not disappoint. The car looks like brand new again and will definitely be back again with our other vehicle in the near future!! Huge shoutout to your team and staff from the initial phone call to the end product!! Since this was my first time at Encore, I was shocked when he brought my car out! I thought I had a brand new car. I've checked a lot of the services but I really don't know if I'm correct - all I know is that when he asked if I wanted to see the engine -- Well, I've never had the engine detailed so it looked great!!!! And the inside smelled sooooooo good!!!! And I love that there is a courtesy shuttle - and the driver was wonderful. We had a great conversation the whole time. The receptionist was very kind and helpful and friendly. So... I am SOLD on this business! I've started saving my money for the next time. My husband is anxious to get his truck over there! I highly recommend Encore Detailing. They performed the service while I was at work. I came home to a gleaming, "new" car. Chris made my 2012 CRV look amazing. The gray faded vinyl trim was restored to glossy black, the upholstery was shampooed and fresh, the wheels were gleaming. I was able to pay with credit card through e-mail and their tablet app.Thoroughly happy with the service.Service: Auto detailing

I knew when I bought my new Tucson, I wanted to get it protected right away. I ve done business with Encore since they were called Diamond Detail and have always been pleased with their service. Katie assisted me and explained all of the ceramic packages in detail and gave me recommendations to better protect my car and I ended up getting the lifetime package on the exterior, interior, and wheels off. Korban was the person who did the install and went over the whole process when I arrived at the shop. I pointed out a minor issue I had when I picked it up from the dealership and requested they take off the dealer license plate frames. He kept me updated with texts/pictures and gave me a time frame which was met and fixed my issue and completed my request. I am extremely pleased with how my vehicle turned out and will continue doing business with Encore Detailing. I highly recommend them to anyone looking to get cleaning/detailing/protection.

You get what you pay for ! If you want your car to look show room Friendly definitely THIS IS THE PLACE ! I can t complain I really can t. Frank is amazing and the space is so clean and fresh they have refreshments and tv while you wait. I honestly can t complain at all.

My car was embarrassingly dirty with crumbs from kids in the crevices between the seats, doggie slob on the window, puke stains on the floor (I drive fast)Oh MAN when I saw my car after they finished I thought they gave me a new car!! It didn't even look this good when I bought it!!Everyone was super nice and they have a very comfy lounge to pass out in while you wait. They have a customer for life now because nothing is better than a truly clean fresh car.

First off, Frank, his team, the front desk, everyone was amazing. I am very picky about my vehicle and the condition of the paint. Frank assured me that his team would take care of me and they did just that. The paint looks way better than when I first bought it. Attention to detail is also excellent. There are not a lot of detailers in this area that know what they are actually doing nor are they properly certified but rest assured that the people at Encore know how to properly detail a car. Frank and The Krew at Encore Detailing did a great job. Complete Ceramic coating interior and exterior. The Palisade looked great. If you need your vehicle detailed and pampered take it to Encore the best in town.

I love Encore Detailing! I've taken two cars over the years to them (once when they were still going by Diamond Detail at their old location) and I can always count on them for a high quality clean! I had a really great experience with Encore Detailing. I was looking to sell my car and didn t know where in the area to get my car detailed before selling. The great reviews were a good sign, but the service I got by phone and in person to get a quote made me sure I wanted to go with them. During the quote, Chris explained what could and could not be done with scratches on my car, and in a way that never made me feel like I didn t know anything about cars (like some mechanics have in the past). The actual service was impeccable. I can t recommend them enough!

Based on their many positive reviews, I contacted Encore for my car's dent removal. A date for service was scheduled and I dropped off my car. A ride home was promptly provided which I appreciated. Unfortunately, Encore could not repair my dent but picked me up and drove me back to get my car. They did not ask for any money for the time they devoted to my car or for the round trip drive to my home. Throughout, they were courteous and considerate. Their showroom is spotless with a relaxing waiting area. I will no doubt return to Encore in the future for my car detailing.

Hands down the best interior detail around. I ve tried several other places and while the pricing may be steep - you really get what you pay for here. My only suggestion is a new option for an interior maintenance package. Jeff did amazing!

Not enough could be said about the professionalism and quality work behind Encore Detailing. Everyone from their GM to their lead detailer were a pleasure to work with. Not only does my truck look amazing, they saved me thousands of dollars restoring my faded paint, from what I thought would need a re-spray. Before my paint was dull, extremely oxidized and made my 21 year old Toyota look pretty rough... There is nothing else to say but that my paint came out looking amazing and my truck overall detail came out way better than I could have ever expected. Also I am the type of person who always does my own detailing, and I took a chance hoping it would turn out well and the results were night and day. Definitely WILL NOT be disappointed if you go here. The customer service was responsive and respectful. I was extremely happy with the attention to detail with the ceramic coating. The business owner treated my car as though it was his own car and as though my concerns were his concerns. I received the Gold package last June 28th 2022 and not even a year later the coat has swirl marks.I alway use the two bucket technique and never ever took my truck through any car wash.They rush the process of handling my truck to the point that they actually blow paint off my front bumper.And blame me of course for the damages.I will add the pictures to this post.My experience for this company is 1 star.I don't like how they handle my property.It is only fair for me to share my honest opinion.I truly believe if my skin tone was different they would have given me better services.
