Brought my 2010 Toyota RAV4 in a few weeks ago and these guys worked very hard to help me figure out what was going on. Very compassionate and highly recommend for women, a lot of other mechanics did shady business with me and ripped me off in the past because I didn t know what was happening. Keith and Omar explained everything they were doing and broke down what was happening in a way I could understand. Keith is so nice and I would have picked 17/5 for the bunny. She s my favorite part I love that they re open on Saturdays when no one else is.prices are fair I think, I have no idea how to tell if I m getting ripped off or not I ll be coming back for sure! Love this place

I will trust my car with no other mechanic. Keith and his team are honest, fair, and have always been able to help me out in a bind. I typically never trusted mechanics, however EMs has been the exception to my rule!!!!

I am so grateful for Keith at Em s!! I was on the side of the road with damage to both front tires and Keith/team didn t hesitate to help. Keith is incredibly friendly, hardworking and honest. He went above and beyond to ensure timely and quality service. Even with significant damage, I was able to pick up my car just a few hours later thanks to Em s! As always, this is my go-to place for honest and fast service. My tire caught the biggest screw ever and had a fast leak. It was mended in less than 2 minutes. I was in my way in less than 4 minutes. That's how they roll.

They agreed to replace my compressor, upon picking up the vehicle and driving it for 30min the vehicle lost power and could hardly move with all the lights on my dashboard going off.I had to return the vehicle twice the same day. They ruined my engine; I picked the vehicle up again and the check light came on. I returned the vehicle twice again, only to be cursed out, and the check engine light is still on.Services: Auto body & trim repair, Steering & suspension repair, Air conditioning, Auto body & trim replacement

I had a catalytic converter put in at another shop before I knew about Keith. The indicator light went on and the other shop said I needed a sensor and a fuel injection process for him to replace the CC which was under warranty.I asked Keith for a second opinion and the diagnostic showed the problem to be the CC and the other $500 worth of work was not necessary.Keith then went above and beyond and called the other shop to let him know his findings and the guy agreed to replace the CC without the other stuff he tried to make me pay for.Thanks again Keith- you re the best.

I was hurting... 2 hours into a car trip, car full of kids and my dodge grand caravan starts stuttering... got code checked at local dealership, misfire on cyclender 4... found autozone and bought the parts reccomended. They in turn reccomended I see if this garage might be able to replace them for me. 1 hour later my parts are replaced and vans running like a top again! Seriously there are still good people in this world and this shop has a pair of mechanics that are 2 of them. If your having car trouble go see them!!! I can't reccomend them enough!Services: Electrical repair, Auto maintenance

Sent our vehicle there for a simple brake diagnostic. Took 2 days problem still not fixed and added without consent a tow bill. Being a manager that's bad dishonest business. I warn everyone to be leary. To further address issue I offered to pay for work that was actually done but not tow that was unauthorized and the threatened to call cops for theft of services never asked for. How can you steal a service you never asked for press informed of prior to doing?Service: Brakes

The work to my vehicle that was quoted by other auto repair service shops to take 3 to 5 days 2 days to complete for a couple of thousand dollars was done at EM's garage in one day at a very reasonable price. I highly recommend this place.

Ripoff !!! Got brakes changed, rotors and breakpads for front.. charged 400 bucks for the job.. intitally at quote was told 400$ for all 4 brakes.. but ended up replacing only 2 since the rear were good... Still got charged 400$ not sure if they were gold plated and hence soo expensive.. Firestone reported 250-320$ for the same.. this is a small shop and not even a premium named brand to charge more than that..The work and mechanics are great but not happy with the prices !!

Worst worst place my check engine light was on .. I took my car to this place the issue was not fixed after getting my car checked out and services my check engine light was still on the owner Keith is very unprofessional.. gave me attitude.. I don t recommend this place..If you want your car fixed right avoid this place!!! Also I have the correct shop he s located inside of Sunoco gas station across the street from checkers..I saw he tried to pull that on some of the other unsatisfied customers

EM's Garage is a true heaven send. I spent half a day at the dealership fighting to get my window fixed on my Jeep and it was such a hassle dealing with the rudeness that I left. I posted an SOS on our FB community page and received a recommendation for EM's Garage and went straight there. Keith and his crew of guys are AMAZING! You can tell they truly love what they do, they have fun while doing it and they get the job DONE! My husband and I are beyond thankful for them....We have found our new area mechanics! Thanks guys, may you be blessed with all you deserve and more!

When u plan to repair ur CarDon t think or have any worriesJust go to this shopI came with engine check lightThe general man who help me said plz dont take about the money right nowJust let me check its might be work fine after reset the the system on my carHe reset and full diagnose the car !He didn t ask for any money ! He reset the system and fix all we need !Who in US do this work and didn t ask any dollar !If u talk about honest ! genteelly! Straightforward car repair !Just touch this place !Thanks a lot good luck1000000% recommended

Spent over $300 here on an alternator that wasn't needed. They were totally clueless as to why a check charging system light was on. "Supposedly" tried a ground sensor swap which didn't do anything. Didn't really seem to want to put much effort into the issue other than to charge me money. Didn't put the original alternator back in, offer a refund, nothing. Just said "well the light's still on, I dunno what's wrong." Can't recommend this place to anyone.

Keith and his staff are bar none the best. The work is always done right and you can't beat his prices because they are always fair and reasonable. Not to mention it's done on time with no really long waiting and they are to mention honest people
