I brought my car to Caliber Collision after an incident and could not have been happier with how the repair went. The customer service was fantastic and the staff were extremely helpful. A MAJOR CHANGE! I felt compelled to review this location because I have been here multiple times, years apart and WOW, have I seen a difference in the way this location is run and managed. Years ago, I thought I would never return but NOW... they have a customer for life. The transparency in presentation, the detailed work, the various options, the guidance, the instruction, the customer service were all superb. I hope I never have a car issue again... but I absolutely know where I am going if and when it inevitably happens. FIVE STARS, A+, HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

They did a great job at Caliber Collision in 11602 Reisterstown Road.Great customer service and the repair left my Honda Pilot as good as new!! Shemon and Ed were great, they explained everything and put us at ease. They completed the work ahead of time and with great quality. I would highly recommend this shop if you want great customer service and a job that would exceed your expectations.

They did great work. The entire team of people were great to deal with. Auto body repair was perfect!! Car was returned cleaner then when I dropped it off. Really great all around service. Definitely would recommend them to do your needed car repairs.

If I could I would give them no stars. One they are very unprofessional. Two they were so pressed for me to bring my car in because they were worried about being able to get a refund for a part but supposedly they ordered the wrong part for my car that's the reason for them having my car for two weeks. But really they were short-staffed on techs. They didn't even wash my car and didn't want to come outside so we could both make sure the work was completed. I would not recommend this to anyone. They never called to give me any updates on my car. That was my first and my last time at that place.

Hands down an AWESOME place to go have your body work done. From the minute you step into the office! Everyone is awesome .my estimated date to be complete was 3/6/24, it was finished on 3/1. Communication was top notch. Oh one more thing my car came back cleaner then I dropped it off! Awesome! Everything about my experience at Caliber Collision was an A plus!

Brought my car in after I hit a deer. Bambi came out of nowhere. Gave me a fair price and stuck to it. Job was done on time with excellent communication throughout the entire process. Will for sure be taking my cars back.

Twice before in the last few years I've needed to have work done on my car following an accident and each time I elected to go to Caliber Collision.On both occasions, the work was completed a week or so before the anticipated time and you couldn't even begin to tell that either vehicle had been in a collision.I'll be perfectly honest when I say that I don't think there's any shop anywhere any better than Caliber Collision.

This location was extremely professional, friendly and went above what would have been a satisfied customer. The repairs were first rate, labor was exceptional and they used automobile manufacturers parts. Highly recommend this location.

Mike and his team, including the front desk, did a wonderful job in restoring my car. They underpromised but overdelivered. Great auto body repair facility and helped me the whole process. I never had to have a vehicle repaired before and was new to the entire thing and they helped understand what was going on and what was next. Could not be happier with their entire staff, the way they helped me and the finished product.

Thank you Mr. ED and Ms. Johnson! Caliber did an excellent job on the repairs with my car! They did not rush and the results show that! I was very impatient but each time I called they explained the process to me and remained professional! It was a long process but well worth the wait! You can not tell that my car had been in an accident! I would highly recommend caliber for their service. I am a highly satisfied customer.Services: Painting, Body & Trim

Extremely disappointed with the service here. What was promised as a 2-week repair turned into a 2-month nightmare. There was a lack of communication no updates unless I relentlessly pursued them. Initial assurances about not needing parts turned out false, leading to delayed ordering and an extended completion date, way past the promised deadline. Continuous excuses about workload causing further delays contradicted their claims of prioritizing my car. The technicians were consistently rude and unhelpful, with the only silver lining being the receptionist, who was genuinely pleasant and understanding.

Durrell and Shemon were absolutely outstanding to work with. They very patient and helpful from the first day I met them. Durrell kept me apprised of the status of my vehicle repairs. Shemon was always pleasant, very efficient and helpful. This was my first encounter with Caliber. I was thoroughly impressed and pleased with the service I received. This place is an absolute nightmare. Do not take your car here. They have had our 2023 Telluride for 6 weeks and it still isn t finished. I have been lied to by the person who answers the phone at least twice a week. They never return calls, the order the wrong parts, they even told me that my car was somewhere it wasn t, also they sent the wrong car to be calibrated when my car needed to go. I have spent 2 hours on the phone with them every week and it makes no real difference. The woman who answers the phone keeps telling me she only answers the phones but I m not sure why that means she doesn t need to know what is happening with my car she is the only person I can talk to for updates. They have had multiple staff changed in this time period and at this point I can t tell who even works at this shop and isn t on loan from somewhere else.I AM NOT EXAGGERATING. DO. NOT. TAKE. YOUR. CAR. HERE.Everyone I know is telling me to call a lawyers. They still have my car. If you read this and you work here please help. We were hit by someone else. This is where their insurance sent us. We just want this all to be over.

This location had a problem with manangement around the time I took my vehicle to them to be repaired. Apparently, it was bad so the corporation sent in a new person to oversee the Reisterstown location and immediately, I experienced a better experience. Durrell is the gentleman who took over the branch and it was much needed. They had my car for a month, but once Durrell was there the repairs did not take long. I give them a four instead of five because the contractor they used for the mechanical repairs did not fix the issues with my car and the key programmer did not program my replacement keys correctly. I ended up baking the crew a cake because of the complete 180 degree change in the level of customer service once the old manager was no longer at the branch. When I went in to see about my car throughout the process, I had at least five people coming out to greet me and give me an update in addition to the phone call updates I received from Durrell. Last year I had my other vehicle at a Caliber Collision in Tarpon Springs, FL and they gave me text message updates. Maybe this Caliber Collision location can incorporate that because the text messages I received were very helpful and I didn't have to worry about missing a phone call update and playing phone tag.

The place is sketchy. My car had lost the bumper completely and when they were going over the estimate at first they said they could fix it( without ordering a new bumper!). Also they had their BBB accreditation revoked.

I want to start off with the FRONT PERSON "Shemon" was amazing she was always attentive and very personable she never sugar coated anything and was always upfront and honest with me. Now on the other hand I would leave messages for people to contact me back and never received calls back my 2023 Kia Telluride was supposed to be 2 weeks and was 4 weeks. I can say overall I am not as impressed as I have been with Caliber Collision but would give this site another chance as long as "Shemon" still worked there. I had other issues but how Management "Kimberly Parson" took care of them I am willing to give Caliber another change if ever needed. "Fore Family" Thank you again for your great personality "Shemon" don't change for anyone...
