The staff and service provided by ACS was excellent. I really didn t know what to expect because my vehicle was towed from the dealership to ACS. ACS made the arrangements for the tow to them because my vehicle was initially towed to the dealership since I wasn t aware that the dealership did not do collision work. I was informed that ACS usually does collision work for them. All of my interactions with the staff at ACS were reassuring. The staff was professional and knowledgeable. They kept me informed throughout the process and informed me of options available to me. I was given an estimate on repair time and the work was completed a week earlier. My vehicle had extensive damage, yet when I picked it up it looked like it did prior to my accident.The day after I picked up my vehicle I noticed what sounded like metal scraping as I drove. Concerned about additional damage if I continued to drive, I called ACS and they sent a tow to take my car to them. They identified the issue immediately, (the issue had nothing to do with the work they had done).ACS is quite a distance from where I reside, but the service, professionalism and quality of workmanship is well worth traveling the distance as I know they are trustworthy and reliable. Had the best experience with Auto Collision Specialists from start to finish. From the first phone call with them I knew they were the right choice, they helped me with so many questions I had, this is the place to go for sure especially if it s your first accident and you have a luxury vehicle that you want repaired to it s NEW condition. They truly work for the CUSTOMER and not the raggedy so called insurance companies!!! They know what to look for damage wise and they will seriously repair the car to the pre-accident condition, even better than before in my opinion. It took them 2 months to complete repairs but keep in mind perfection takes time and insurance companies like to move slowly. My 2021 Mercedes-Benz wouldn t have gotten this treatment at any other body shop and that I m sure of! Your car is detailed when you pick it up too which is great especially if you re rear ended and your food flew/coffee all over the car!! I truly feel like I was taken seriously and listened to, every concern about my vehicle was addressed and investigated. Sadly though, regardless of how seamless the repair is there is still a loss of value to your vehicle after an accident. I ENCOURAGE EVERY person that isn t at fault in an accident to FILE A DIMINISHED VALUE CLAIM with their insurance! LOOK IT UP!!! The folks operating and working at ACS are, quite simply, honest highly skilled miracle workers. This was my forth experience with body shops over the years, the first time I didn't take a shop recommendation from my insurance company (I picked ACS following some research online), and the first time I'm going to keep a car that was rebuilt after a major accident. The car is show room perfect like the day I brought it home, and drives like a dream.Doors were properly taken completely apart, skinned, painted on the interior, put back together and hung, and then flawlessly painted on the exterior. Unlike lesser shops, there are no tape lines on the car, and the paint on the fenders, hood, doors and quarter panels is flawlessly blended with what remained of the original car.And they do mechanical stuff right too - When a dealership tasked with doing the reprogramming of the windshield and an alignment tried fudging the numbers on the alignment, ACS informed me of the problem (refreshing honesty) refused the service, and took the car to another shop that did it right. But then they took it even further on my picking the car up, giving me copies of the paperwork from both shops and a lesson on what the alignment numbers mean so that I'd never be taken on future alignments.Finally, their detailing work is amazing - inside and out, my car is as pristine as the day I drove her new off the dealer's lot. ACS is simply a skilled and honest shop that I would recommend to anyone looking for quality workmanship. I hope to never need their services again, but if I do, I know I will be in good hands.A happy Lexus owner

Always excellent service and repairs. Thorough walk through of repairs and great attention to detail. I have gone to them multiple times throughout the years of owning my mercedes and would highly recommend them if you need repairs.

I have been a customer of ACS for years. Actually 2 generations of my family prefer only ACS. My son and daughter also only take their cars to ACS for repair. ACS always treats us with respect and professionalism. They do everything in their power to assure parts and paint are perfect to assure the cars are restored not just fixed.From the front office to the mechanics and other associates they are friendly, experienced, and professional.They also keep the customer updated on the schedule and work progression and strive for customer satisfaction.Services: Steering & suspension repair, Painting, Body & Trim, Welding

This place is phenomena! I took my car in after a recent accident where my entire hatch had to be replaced. everybody there is very nice. They let you know what's going on from the minute you bring your car in until the time you pick it up. I thought my car would be gone for 2 1/2 to 3 weeks and it was finished within 8 days. I did have a rental car provided by my insurance company but there's nothing like driving your own car. I was so happy when I got the phone call after just 8 days to tell me my car was ready. I truly appreciated their efficient service, their kindness and consideration, and it truly was a pleasure doing business with them. Thank you to Sarah and to Dave!

I wanted to share an outstanding review for auto collision specialists. We could not be happier with the end result of our new Mercedes that was involved in an accident. It is just like brand new. The quality is exceptional for the extensive work that was completed. I spoke with Kelly and Greg and they both delivered above and beyond great customer service. With the pandemic and Thanksgiving holiday, our parts were delayed more than usual. Greg kept me informed and gave me insight related to our rental time frame that we were not aware of. Unbelievably, Greg had the car ready before our rental time expired. We are so grateful for the awesome service and quality of work. I am thankful we chose Auto Collision for the job. This place came highly recommended from a coworker and it was the best decision. Not many places can repair a Mercedes the correct way, but these guys exceeded my expectations. Greg was awesome and kept me in the loop the whole time as well as Dave when Greg was on vacation. Greg even found a way to save me money.. I have nothing but good things to say about this business. They went above and beyond to make sure my car was repaired as good as new. When my insurance wanted to stick an aftermarket bumper on my 4 year old e-class, they worked with my dealer to get a factory part. Their work is excellent. Even my former dentist takes his car there, lol.

There isn't enough space in this review to tell you how amazing this body shop is. Their customer service is top notch and their work is flawless. We will never use another shop other then ACS. Everything they've ever done for us (and we've had body work done to multiple vehicles) has been absolutely PERFECT. They treat each customer like family and each car like its being rolled off the show room floor. You will not be disappointed taking your vehicle to them!

This is a family owned and operated business of 40 years and I had my truck repaired there recently. Their work is excellent and their customer service is even better. Auto Collision Specialists returned my damaged vehicle to me like it was brand new. From the time i dropped off the car until i picked it up, ACS made sure I was given a weekly update and they dealt with the insurance and rental car companies so i didn't have to. My car came back to me spotless and all work was completed within a reasonable amount of time. ACS made my life so easy - which was something I had never experienced from other body shops in the past. Great experience from start to finish. I would absolutely recommend Auto Collision Specialists.

Quality of completed work was superior. The price was fair. My vehicle was completed before the expected completion date and returned to me fully detailed. The staff was both courteous and professional. I would highly recommend Auto Collision Specialists to anyone who wants the job done right.

ACS is unmatched in quality of repair, customer service, and attention to detail. This is the second time that I have used ACS for major repairs, and they have proven their commitment to a stellar customer experience time and again. From start to finish, ACS made the repair process seamless. I moved out-of-state, and when my car was damaged this year, I made the ~2 hour trip to use ACS...the quality of work is that good. Strongly recommended!

I have used this company for years for the 3 black BMW convertibles I have owned. Their work is flawless. They are without question the best body shop for high-end cars. I think they are a Mercedes authorized shop. But don't let that scare you, their prices are reasonable and they know every insurance adjuster in town and have good relationships. Ask for Dave, he is a pleasure to work with...

Recommended to me by many, each time I need ACS they are friendly, able to work with me and along side me during the repair. Always go the extra step. Saved one car of mine from being totaled over a much higher estimate at another shop. Top drawer. None better. Can't say enough good. Their work is done well the first time. They repair cars so good, top notch dealership guys cannot tell they have been repaired. I will only take my cars there, and I have nice cars. They are a Mercedes Benz certified collision center, but they will do any kind of car. I've used them for all my different German Cars and the results have always been spectacular. I would never use anyone else!!!Services: Painting, Body & Trim, Welding

Most competent repair facility in the greater Baltimore, Maryland area area with the capability of doing very specialized air-brush restoration when necessary. Couldn't do enough to make drop-off and pick-up convenient. Work completed in a very timely fashion with good communication of progress during the repair process. The lifetime warranty is a bonus, and they offered free hand waxing 90 days after the repair was completed in exchange for filling out a post card...a win-win deal! Try this company once and you won't want to go anywhere else!

I have had ACS perform work on 2 of my classic cars and I was very impressed by their work. One job in particular was quite tricky involving color matching 23-year-old, single-stage paint with new clearcoat paint. The results were amazing! I highly recommend this shop.

Simply the best and nicest people to entrusted your car with. Repaired my car to 99.9% new conditions, hardly see any different before accident. And, very good service and fast response to any possible concerns or problems even after the repairs has been completed for months. Only ACS from now on if (touch wood) ever need repair works. Refers all my friends if they ever needed a repair.

They are 100% professional people by all means.Their lot is 90% full of Mercedes, we brought our Toyota Sienna'06 and they took great care of it. Their office looks very nice and clean, receptionist is very helpful over the phone, they do all of the communication with your insurance company - great, great place!

Had a great experience dealing with Dave Groth and staff during the process of getting my 2018 Jaguar repaired. The thoroughness and detail in working with my insurance company and making sure my vehicle was restored like new was greatly appreciated. Highly recommend!
