The service center here was extremely fast and kind. They took care of me and did NOT overcharge. Honest workers here; thank you!

Worst service ever. Owner yelled at my husband and over chargerd him. $250 to change lugs for a tire 20 minutes of work. Went across the street they charged $100. He seen us in distress (wheel fell off in traffic) and took advantage. Such a shame the greediness of people in the world today. I will NEVER recommend them for service on anyone's vehicle.

I usually go in the evening, and the employees are always pleasant, however when I went in before work this morning September 28th 630 am, the man working the cash register was extremely rude and refused to let me pay 2 dollars in quarters and the rest in cash for a 10 dollar purchase. Normally this wouldn't be a big deal, but I walked there and it was all I had on me. I tried to explain it to him but he repeatedly refused me service and kept arguing with me. I ended up not being able to buy what I went in for and it ruined my whole morning. I've done similar transactions many times in the afternoon and I've never had an issue. Thanks a lot man. I hope your day is a lot better than you made my morning.

It was Aug. 31, 2020 when I needed air for my tires. I went to this gas station to get air. They had 2 choices as forms of payment. I used my credit card first, the machine said it was offline, so I placed $1.75 in quarters to pay for air, the machine did not work and will not return my money. I went to the cashier to let him know, he told me "he has nothing to do with the air machine and refused to refund my money but he asked me how much I placed in the machine. Very rude and very poor customer service.

Very poor service. I went to get gas and it was over 8 People getting gas and waiting to get gas. All the gas machines showed everyone an error network down we all went inside and told the cashier . He told everyone now over 15 people that it s not his system and it s our bank cards. How can all our bank cards decline and nothing wrong with your system . We all left and they didn t put up no signs to say out of order etc. the cashier just kept telling people we need to call our bank. You mean to tell me you really believe every customer that came to your establishment today cards declined...are you kidding me. Then he was arrogant about it . Nope never taking my business here again . Must i also mention this is the 2nd time this happend at this establishment

I received horrible service. I tried to use my fuel rewards points and it didn t accept it. I went in to ask the clerk for options. His response was I don t know about that just pay here. I asked for clarification as I thought it was a shell initiative. He responded again in a louder more aggressive tone, just pay here how much do you want. I kindly thanked him and found another shel. I will never visit this location again.

Denied my wife service because she wanted to pay for fuel with quarters. I do not support this store.

Poor service by the owner. Wants to make money at all costs regardless of if the vehicle was properly repaired or not.

Gas prices are always cheaper than other shells and they have a car wash.

Easy access right off of exit ramp and gas prices are reasonable.
