I recently had the pleasure of using the services at randallstown collision, and I must say, the experience exceeded my expectations. The staff was incredibly professional, attentive, and knowledgeable. From the moment I walked in, they made the entire process seamless. The repairs on my vehicle were not only completed with precision and expertise, but they also took the time to explain the details to me. The customer service was outstanding for their excellent workmanship and exceptional customer care. They truly go above and beyond to ensure customer satisfaction. I ll always recommend them

This shop is the absolute best!!! Me and my whole family have been taking our vehicles here for over 15 years. Mike, Duane and the crew there are like family!!! Top notch work and top notch customer service!!!

Randallstown Collision Center had decent customer service. Mike who is the front desk gentleman was very respectful and professional throughout the process however, I was not pleased at all by how my car was brought to me after the repairs where complete. As shown in the image I found the outside cover around my passenger side window to be pealing even though that s not the condition my car was in prior to repairs l. I confronted Mike about it, and he gave me a mediocre excuse about how the vinyl will peal when heat hits it which still is no excuse because now that s something I have to get fixed. I also purchased and installed after market LED headlights for my car by myself prior to repairs, when I received my car back the mechanics forgot to install my LED lights back in into the new headlight repairs. I had to find out for myself that my LED lights were missing, and called the place back so they can re-install them.

I purchased my first car from Liberty Ford in 2009 (Lincoln T/C).Since then I ve owned 3 SUV s all of which Mike Green has repaired over the years. Mike and Dwayne are the only people I trust to handle my cars needs. I have had 2 different cars over the last 5 years worked on at Randallstown, and each and every time the entire staff couldn t have been nicer, more helpful, and my car couldn t have looked any shiner when I picked it up! So shiny I could see the sun glimmer in my fresh red paint. This is the only place you should be coming to for your body part needs! They re the best :) thanks again!!!!!!!!!!! I took my truck there to get body work done due to someone hitting my vehicle. They had my vehicle for 2 months. When going to pick up my vehicle, I notice there was additional damage done to my vehicle on the opposite side of what they fixed and it was painted two different colors. It looks like someone side swiped my vehicle while in their possession. The owner refused to take responsibility of the damages even after the insurance company confirmed which pictures there were no damages to my truck prior to me brining it there. They will be hearing from my lawyer. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY!!!!

Took my car to Randallstown collision center to have it painted and the rear passenger quarter fixed. Michael Green told me it would take 5 weeks, we agreed on a price and I left my car. About 3 weeks in i stopped in to take a look at the progress and noticed an issue with the quarter which i brought to his attention, Mike told me not to worry and leave it to him. He called me to tell that the car was ready and asked for a certified check for the payment, I thought this was kinda odd but I got the check anyways. When I got there to pick the car up I noticed a host of issues with the bodywork, paint and the same quarter I told him about weeks before. He said to take the car home and bring it back in a week to fix because he was busy, he also gave me a roll of yellow take to highlight all of the areas I had issues with. I tried calling to make an appointment the following week and no answer, I called the shop for a week and no one answered. It wasn't until I called from a different number he answered. He gave me a date, I brought the car in and was pointing out the spots. Mr Green was very unprofessional and disrespectful telling as he was looking at all the yellow tape on the car saying he wasn't fixing anything. I left the car and it took another month for me to get my car back. He did the same thing with not answering the phone. When I picked my car up 90% of the issues I had was not fixed. I would never do business with this shop again and would advise everyone to stay away. 0Services: Painting, Body & Trim

I been dealing with Mike at this shop for years, I never had anything bad to say. My cars allways come out great. The mechanics and body guys allways does an excellent job. Mike the owner is the man! I was in a car accident and an Attorney I know told me to go here. Mike worked directly with the adjuster to handle everything saving me time and headaches. They did a great job repairing my car. I would definitely go back!!!

I ve have taken several of my vehicles here. They are very professional, courteous, efficient and they do a WONDERFUL job. Every vehicle comes back looking brand new. They also help you along with the process, ie-insurance info, rental vehicles, etc. I would highly recommend!!!!

The guys here were so patient and informative!! They made me feel comfortable leaving my car here after it being in a car accident! They fixed my car up and it looks good as new. They even vacuumed the inside of my car before they returned it to me! I noticed my taillight was out after getting it back and they had me come in the next day for them to fix it! I was there for no more than 5 mins. I will definitely be using their service again, if ever need be, and I will definitely recommend them to anyone who needs work on their car!!

My car was damaged by a tree falling on it. I called Randallstown Collision and was told they would take care of everything with my insurance company, including setting up the rental car and negotiating any additional damage discovered in the repair process. Not only did Michael and his talented crew of ASE-certified techs make good on those promises, but what they did for my car was amazing! When I pulled up in the rental car (which I was able to just leave right there because Michael simply picked up the phone and asked Enterprise to come get it), and saw my car sitting on the lot, I could not believe my eyes. My car had 98,000 miles on it when I brought it in to Randallstown Collision, and it looked as good as the day I bought it new, with only 28 miles on it! The body lines were fully restored, the paint matched perfectly, the workmanship was top notch, and they even detailed it for me. I would never consider going anywhere else for collision repairs. I hesitated at first to contact Randallstown because my office is in Towson, but it is completely worth the drive. And with an Enterprise just up the road from their Service Center, it's convenient from anywhere. I spoke with my insurance company once to set things up, and these guys took care of the rest. Mike and his crew made everything quick and easy! My car looks better than before the fender bender, and they even had it detailed! Great service and great people. Thank you for taking the time to handle my car and insurance without any headaches. Will definitely use again!

Michael and his team at Randallstown Collision Center did an awesome job on my vehicle. They seamlessly replaced the entire front end. They worked hard to complete the job within a reasonable time frame. They even had it detailed! It was like getting a new car all over again. Highly recommend!

I loved .my experience . They did a fantastic job on my Honda HRV. The people were friendly, helpful , respectful they just made me feel welcome and made my experience a very good one. This place is outstanding Mike is a very nice guy and he will take care of you. I just got body work done on my Infiniti and it looks like it rolled out the factory Someone hit my car and it messed up my rear driver door and wheel well. I was so upset. I found Randallstown Collision Center on google and I m sooo happy I chose this place over all the others. The paint match up so perfect you can t even tell my car was in a accident. I recommend this place to anyone who needs body work done. This place is the best. I m so happy I know about this place. Mike is the best! He s very cool and professional. The men here are amazing. They worked with me in order to repair my car and my car is as good as new. The customer service was phenomenal, I call almost everyday and they wasn t nasty not once, they were patient & kind. They broke the cost down to me step by step to ensure me if i was doing the right thing or not. I highly recommend them, they are exceptional at what they do, you won t be disappointed.

Getting in an accident is a hassle and headache no matter what. I ve dealt with too many body shops that don t communicate, don t keep the customer in the loop, and try to squeeze out every dollar.That wasn t my experience at Randallstown Collision. Dwayne personally took my calls, kept me updated throughout the entire process and even helped save me some money. To say that he made it easy is an understatement. Car was like new again when I got it back. Even with the new car smell. I was very impressed.I don t live near by and it s not particularly convenient for me to use them as my regular shop. But it s worth it for the service, for sure. Big thank you to everyone there who got my car back up and running again!

They had my car for months. A tow truck hit my driver door on my car while it was in their care. Tried to fix it without notifying me. Only came clean about happen when the door the had broken pieces in the interior of the door, door handle wasn't functioning, and the window chrome trim was bent. I notice these the moment I picked the car up. It was there for rear bumper and front passenger wheel damage. They lied to me numerous times. I drove around for two weeks with a non functioning interior door handle while they say they have to order parts to fix it. I called the place they claimed to have ordered the parts from and the parts were never ordered. They fixed the door handle after I spoke with my lawyer. But kept lying about the interior door handle screw cover. They NEVER!!! ordered the part I confirmed. I traded the car in now and guess what they never reach out to me about the door again. AVOID AVOID AVOID AVOID!!!!!!

I have been working with Mr Mike since 2015. I wouldn't go anywhere else. They work with you and explain the entire process. I send every person their way. I can't tell you the amount of people I have recommended especially when working in insurance because I knew they would be given the best care and their car would look brand new. They even clean it out and leave all your coins lol.

They will pretend to be 100% for you just to get you to bring your car to them, so that they can get paid for repairing it. Once they have your car, they keep it for months. They will ignore phone calls and messages and barely communicate with you at all. I have been waiting for the owner to call me back for over a month! The employees will say they ll give him your message and he never calls.Service: Body & Trim

I will never go to another auto body shop again! Michael and his team made my car look like it was never in an accident. He was so nice to me and made sure that I was taken care of the entire time. I was so pleased with my car that I almost cried. I thought for sure that it was going to be totaled, but he saved my car! Everytime I called the office someone always answered and they always kept me in the loop as to what was going on during the repair process. I highly recommend Randallstown. The quality of work I am beyond impressed with and the friendliness is unmatched. They made what I thought was going to be a stressful situation a breeze!
