I love them! I trust their opinion and I have had them take care of two vehicles for me. They have a client for life until we can successfully ride horses again I never had to question any work done nor their expertise. Front desk staff friendly and mechanics are very experienced. They only recommended something I asked them to check but also said I didn t need to fix it right away. I like that shows they are not after your money. My truck is big and older but in really good shape. They could have told me I need so many things done but didn t. When I go to the dealership it s always $2000 or more for stuff I don t need. Thank you Precision Tune!!!!Service: General repairs & maintenance

They seem like some very honest and genuine people. They did not try to scam or rip me off. I took my car to get it checked out because I suspected there were some issues with it, and they told me it was fine. They didn't try to get me to buy something I did not need. They also didn't charge me anything. I was shocked, especially bc I'm a woman. I highly recommend this place.

These guys were kind and professional. The price was great too - I used Groupon. I had my headlight restoration done here and my lights look excellent. 4 stars because they don t take appointments and so you should expect to get there before they open just to be sure you re not waiting hours and hours. I tried two days earlier but couldn t stay and wait that long (3 hours) for this service (which took less than an hour before I was there when they opened.

You don't know if who you are helping is an angel.so be honest. The end of winter 2022 my AC didn't work took it to them the fixed it 1000 dollars ,then the check engine light came on took it to them, they told me the front end needed fixing, the catalyst converter, the breaks,and a long list of things every thing would come up to 5000 dollars.broke down again they fix front end and another thing, came up to 3175 dollars.car. broke again this time he told me it's the transmission and he is telling Me he is unable to fix it and I should take the car to nissan dealership .if they ran diagnostic couldn't they tell from the beginning that the transmission was bad? Because the check light have been on since I have been taking it there to be fixed it never went away.now he told me he needed permission to take the car next door to aamco to be fixed.i gave him permission.my daughter who is a lawyer told me some thing is fishy about all this .I do not want to make a huge deal about this because I strongly believe in KARMA.

Best shop I've ever had the pleasure of dealing with. Didn't try an charge me for a bunch of stuff I didn't need, were extremely quick with the turn around and phenomenal customer service. This is the ONLY repair shop I'll work with from here on out and I will recommend them to everyone I know. 10/10

I drove up there two days in a row from Anne Arundel County just for them to tell me that they could not service my car and take all day. I had a Groupon otherwise I would not have been at that location. The front desk guy was not interested in my problem at all the first day. I was told to arrive at 11 and I did and then told my car would have to stay overnight....I come back the next day at 8 when they open and it's the same situation. When I called that is not the message I received. I am sooo overwhelmed and feel as though a guy would never have gotten treated this wayService: Brakes

I paid 2500 to get my car fixed had my car back for 1 WEEK !! then my strut blew out on the side they didn t fix I was told to return the car I was told it would be another 500 after literally paying 2500 . I never received any calls about my car I had to call them to figure everything out. If I didn t call them I wouldn t had known that they couldn t find the parts to even fix my car a waste of money !!!!!

Often Excuses in a careless way, learnt it after wasting 2 hours and will never return to this location for any of my autos work. Poor customer service. This chain owned stores are running fast towards closing stores and going outta business, due to unprofessional, unpleasant staff. Maybe another year I won t be surprised if most of these corporate ran stores close. Every one precision company ran store I visited they never seems to have happy, welcoming staff. Don t believe me, try it for yourself. ( location no different )

Very unprofessional! I had a Groupon and as soon as they heard that, the guy inside said We can t help you. Come back another day, It s first come first served, we are booked. HOW CAN THEY BE BOOKED WHEN THEY DONT TAKE APPOINTMENTS, literally NO one was there but me and it s 3pm!!! VERY RUDE! Go to Jiffy Lube, don t waste your money. I won t EVER go back.

Took my car in for a check engine light diagnostic. I was also impressed with their honesty about my ride not needing new brake pads when they could have easily lied and said I needed them. After all, I'm not going to jack my car up to see if I need them, so kudos to them for that. They weren't trying to find something to bill me for. The guy who I was dealing with (William?) was professional and I would take my car back to them.

I had such a horrible experiences at this location. The manger of the store was super disrespectful to me. I brought my car to be service there 3x times and he denied me services every time. The 1st time he told me they closed at 3 and I walked in at 2:30. Being in the hospitality industry i know the feeling of getting off in 30 minutes. I left and came back a week later and was denied services again but this time I came AT 3:30 AND they closed at 5 on this day. The manger denied my service because he did not want to stay past 5 on that day and I would be in the way of that. I also asked for his cooperate number and he gave me such a hard time with gathering the information. He told me the stores do not carry that information. I refused to leave the store with out the information. Super disappointed in you all never seen nothing like it & I never take the time to write reviews!

Wait time always gets me but the staff is very knowledgeable and professional. They tell you what's wrong with your vehicle if there's anything additional and don't pressure you into getting it done right away. Went for an oil change and they found a nail in my tire while rotating them and asked if I wanted it out then and there. Told me my filters were dirty and explained everything to me. The only thing I wish was that there was atleast tea or coffee and a television since you're waiting there atleast 2 hours since they don't do appointments and it's a first come first serve with a line waiting before they even open. The staff even walked me to my vehicle that they brought back out front and opened and closed my door. Awesome service. It's out my way but because of the service I've been going to them for the past 2 years.

Had an oil change today that I received from Groupon and they did an awesome job. My tire pressure indicator has been on for quite awhile and it s finally off, thanks for the great experience guys and taking good care of my car!

It has been two consecutive days that I am here for wheel alignment. The customer service person is not friendly . He is so stressed due to workload. However he could atleast be in a kind manner. Parking lot is full. He asked me to park and give him the key. I have to go out of their premise to park the car and give him the keg. How is it posdible? He could atleat tell me a place to park inside the premise and get my key.. Literally they don't need any extra customers.. Right now I am at a walmart parking lot across the strert and nerd to go back and look gor a parking lot available or not. I have never seen and felt this worst experience from any automotive centres before.

Bobby and Peter at Precision Tune Auto Care eat, breathe, and sleep professionalism. They're top notch, and their crew is truly the best at keeping you informed on what going on w/ your vehicle. I feel at ease knowing that my vehicle is in safe hands, and that I never feel like I'm being gypped, or being taken advantage of. Highly recommend!!

So I bought a Groupon to get an oil change. I called to see when was a good time to come in for an oil change. They told me that I d have to leave the car with them. FOR AN OIL CHANGE!!!!???I said this has to be a joke. So I called back a few days later and asked again. The next guy goes just get here early.So I wake up first thing in the morning and get ready to bring my car there. Something told me to call. The guy says you can t just get here early. You have to drop off the car. I told him about the other conversation. He double down and said that s not what they do and I would have to leave my car for an indefinite amount of time for an oil change. Needless to say I got a refund for my Groupon and I will never be going to the shop for anything.

Very unsatisfied with the $29 Groupon that's offered for the headlight restoration. In the fine print it says appointment required but when I called(Liberty Rd location) I was told they don't do appointments and it's first come first serve. I then drive up there today and was told I would need to drop off my truck and they can't guarantee they would get to it today. I then went to another location(Owings Mills) in my area and was told they don't accept Groupons. I wasn't going to chance going to another location out of my area so I got my money refunded. I wish I could leave a review on Groupon warning people but you can't unless the voucher is used. I only left one star here because it's required to post.

They failed the inspection of our car saying we needed four new tires. We took the car back to the dealership and they told us that the tires were fine and we should contact the state trooper. We took the car to the state trooper and he checked all four tires and told us they are all fine. Then he called the inspector at this place to ask him why he failed the inspection and he kept giving excuses. The inspector then told him that he's asking nicely to pass the inspection otherwise he will have to report them and shut them down. We went back, got it re inspected and got it passed. These people clearly don't know how to do their job and I would never go there again.

Service is top notch but the pricing is ridiculous. If negotiation is a weakness of yours then stay away from this place. Do your research, arrive early and negotiate the best price and you'll leave happy for sure
