I came here because they had 5 stars. Well, I don t know what lie they told but their service is far from a 5 star rating. I had an appointment at 12. 3 hours later my car wasn t even in the bay, even they said it was when I called at 1:30. The guy at the front desk could have cared less if it took three hours to do a simple oil change. He said they got caught up. Caught up doing what. There were no cars being worked on when I pulled up and they had no cars being worked on when I came back THREE hours later. I asked for my key back and went to NTB. Took 45 minutes from entry to exit. By Mr Tire. You guys SUCK!!

Left my oil stick out causing a fuel trim issue and check engine light they also left my car covered in hand prints. Front desk employees were personable.

My visit was excellent with the helpful service of Homer. He was very pleasant and proactive about extra work that may needed to be be done. He also made my wait-time go by really fast with fun light-hearted convo. I intend to make this my regular mr.tire service station. Thanks to the staff who did the work on my car! And thanks for having the temperature of the facility warm and cozy .

I went there on 01/25/24 for an oil change. I found a coupon for $95 for full synthetic oil. The manager said it would b $113 due to taxes, I refused to believe the tax would make the price that much. He only charged me $92. He said the coupon was just to get people in the door. After I left and on my way to work, my tire pressure alert went on. They're supposed to check that during the oil change. I called and asked to come back that same night after work, to get more air in the tire. When I get there before 7, I'm told everyone already left and the guy there doesn't know how to work the machine. I had to take care of it myself. I won't be going back!!

One of my tires got a nail. On reaching, I was told they were two nails and that the price doubles from $59.79 by 2 meaning i will pay $120. I refuse BC the money was much. Pleaded for less or a discount, they refused . They team didn't patch the any of the holes. They ripped me of my money. If they never wanted to provide a discount for the two holes, they would have patched atleast the one hole i paid for. I had to pay cheaper though double the service fee to another company to do the service. Your business is a no go area for anyone I come across. It's a fact..

Went for tire change and left with more problems on my car.Manger called to ask about my review. I let him know what happened and he says I don t care I believe my associates and then proceeded to hang up on me. Very unprofessional. I advise you take your vehicle somewhere else. They tamper with parts of your car they have no business touching.

Mike s customer service is outstanding! He s friendly, has a genuine smile and quick. When I scheduled the appointment online I received a call with an update and confirmation. His team was fast and respectful of my car (hey, some people don t care about your stuff despite providing a service ). First visit at this location and will be coming back!

I called and spoke with a gentleman named Homer to make my appt for new tires. He was very friendly and helpful. I arrived a little earlier than my appt and they were expecting me which was very nice. I also needed an oil change which they added on with no problem and they also let me know about how long the wait time would be. My car was ready within 3 hours and my checkout time was really quick. Would definitely come again.

I was very stressed and upset due to a flat tire. Everyone was closed on Sundays. I called Mr Tire and Homer the store manager was very understanding and professional. Ensured me great and fast service and that is exactly what I received. They plugged my tire, put it back on, put the spare away and sent me on my way in all about 25 mins.

I have been coming to this location for years now. I recently came in to purchase two new back tires, an unplanned visit due to one of my tires having a flat. The brand of tires I typically buy would have to be ordered. I was in a bind because I needed to pick-up my daughters from school by a certain time and I couldn't leave my car. Mr. Homer (store manager), advised me on tires equal to what I would typically buy and they were cheaper in price. Despite me not having an appointment, Mr. Homer and his staff were able to put on my new tires and have me out the door in time to pick-up my daughters. The customer service I received was excellent!!

Great service! My tires were not in stock at the store they were able to get them in the same day. I received regular updates and came back when the tires arrived on-site. I had new tires and alignment in the time quoted. I will be coming back to this location.

I would like to express my gratitude for the courtesy and professional way I was treated by Mr. Keyon. I felt like I was the only person he had to assist anytime I come to the store. Please let him know how much I appreciate his kindness.

Was welcomed with a friendly smile when i walked in the door. These guys were helpful and got my vehicle in great driving condition. Manager Named Alan assured me that he could tires that were hard to find for my vehicle and i got them in a timely fashion. Will continue to do business there?

The lack of professionalism and the horrible customer service received at this location has made my experience at the Owings Mills location even more wonderful. The Randallstown s Mr. Tire location needs a complete overhaul. More training is needed store wide but specifically front desk/customer service team members. I received a ton of unnecessary information during my time such as the assistant manager stating they can t wait to quit and having to listen to their personal conversations while waiting to speak to the District Manager because EarPods use in a car service shop was acceptable by employees. I also received 100 and 1 reasons why staffing was poor and how many people quit due to dissatisfaction. Lastly, once switching to the Owings Mills location I was shocked (not really) to learn that the special tool needed to change my tires actually wasn t true. I was even able to confirm with the manufacturer. So glad, I didn t leave my vehicle in the hands of an incompetent team and took my business to the Owings Mills location.

I was at the store in Randallstown and it was a welcome change from my first experience with the store at 5109 Liberty Rd.The manager his name is Homer was professional courteous, he kept me informed about what was going on or how long it would be I m very appreciative of the customer service I received at the Randallstown location

The manager greeted me when I dropped off my vehicle. He called me to let me know that there was something that he needed to get done on the vehicle which was very important. I got my vehicle back on time and i was very happy with the service.

I ve had several of my cars serviced here. I ve only had problem with one manager. He s been gone for a while, (thank God). New manager, Homer, is do respectful. Especially to older customers.

The new store manager Diamonte : I had a very nice experience with him. Very friendly and easy to talk with. He is very professional and patient. He made sure I understood what I was getting and never made me feel as if I was stupid because I asked so many questions. I hope that that he is the type of employee the company going with. Good luck !

The gentleman Diamonte is very kind and caring. He has great customer service and he is very delightful. He makes sure that you are aware of the services that are being done to your car. Overall everyone that works at this facility is very kind and nice.
