Service was great, good vibes. I appreciated the welcoming feeling, I feel very comfortable coming back. Also I appreciated the price estimates on work I will need done so I can plan for that verses being told my car will fall apart without it, just to get more money in the moment

I've been to this location a couple of times to get my car inspected and to have some work done on my wife's car. I have to say, I was impressed with James' attitude and customer service. I'm very picky when letting anyone work on my vehicles; this location has earned my trust. I appreciate being able to drop off my vehicle in the morning and getting a phone call when the work is done. On top of the level of service I received, I was very grateful that James helped me get the best price possible through their active promotions and even gave me some advice on a later date when I went in to describe a separate car issue I was having. Since this location wasn't able to provide the service I needed; James referred me over to another local Midas shop to get the job done. Thanks for the recommendation James! Your bud Jeff in Owings Mills really came through for me!

Wonderful experience. As a woman, some things are beyond my understanding when it comes to cars but James (Jim) went out of his way to explain every detail and go over it with me as many times as I needed him to.He was very polite, understanding, helpful and beyond nice! I called and inquired about some tires for my truck. I spoke with James, who was very, very informative . After a couple of comparisons with different brands and prices, we settled on one. The tires that I chose were not in stock, James ordered them, and my tires were there within 2 days, I was scheduled for an appointment within one day.The day of my appointment, I was greeted by James, who gave me an approximate time that my truck would be done. I choose to hang around. The waiting room was clean and quiet.When I left, I did notice a small problem. I reached out to James 8 AM the next morning. He resolved the problem that same day. I will recommend this Midas shop to anyone who is looking for friendly, fast, accurate, and affordable services.

I am very grateful for such a pleasant experience at Midas today on Liberty Rd. the world needs more interactions like these. My vehicle was in need of brakes and being new to the area I didn't really know where to go. I happened to pass by a Midas so I gave them a call. I spoke with James who was very friendly and helpful over the phone. When I arrived for my appointment the office was very neat and clean. I was greeted by James who I had spoken with to make my appointment and he was professional, friendly, knowledgeable and very personable. Overall I was very pleased with the service and efficiency of this Midas location, my vehicle was even ready before the time I was told. Midas has just gained a new customer!! James was very knowledgeable about cars even before my diagnostic he already know what was wrong ! I could easily tell that he s an experienced Mechanic! I came into the shop on my lunch break after experiencing some issues with my engine ! James and his mechanic was able to get me hooked up right away and was able to solve the issue !let s now forget finding me a online coupon to cut the cost ! (Thanks James !) I needed a tune up nonetheless he was able to give me extra advice on a question I had concerning my windshield wipers ! I got there around 3:20 and was out and finished at 4:25pm not even a whole hour ! Great customer service, friendly, speedy and efficient! Went in for a state inspection for my 2011 Ford Fiesta. James did a great job. I received professional service from beginning to end.I want to point out that there was a little issue with the inspection. James and Junior helped me clarify it and fix it. Thanks guys.Definitely coming back!

The service was amazing. Very fast and efficient at a good price. They always have deals on oil changes so I saved about $30 by going with them instead of the other companies around.James was very nice, helpful and patient. I will certainly be back!Service: Oil change

The estimate we received for a new starter motor at this location was twice what surrounding shops quoted us. Plus, James wanted to charge us $475 for labor (our job was 4 hours max). This means our labor cost would have been $125 per hour. I understand the need to turn a profit, but James went too far and lost our business because of it . If they d been reasonable and honest, they would have retained our business. Good businessmen understand that the way to retain customers is to treat them fairly. When you try and bilk a customer, they don t typically appreciate you for it.

Believe the gentleman who helped me was Keith. Shot me a call to let me know I had the wrong rotors and would need different ones for my front (issue not related to them, whoever I bought the rotors from accidentally got ish mixed up) but getting that taken care of and will be back in this weekend to have them install my front rotors. They installed my brake pads hassle free and treated me great! Seems to be a great team working in there and not bsing customers. Will be back!Service: Brakes

I had my car taken here for a repair. James first quoted me a number that was so ridiculously high I had to ask him to repeat it. Then when I questioned him about why the cost was so horrendous, he lowered it by several hundred. I decided to shop around and every other location in the area was significantly more reasonable. I called James and told him I would be going elsewhere when suddenly he claims he can be competitive and lower the price again. I will never bring my vehicle here, and do not recommend this place. You should quote the appropriate fair price for your customers from the start and not try to take advantage.

Made an appointment, easily online. Went in and told James, what noise I was hearing and he was right on target, but did a proper diagnostic and let me know that is what it was. He gave me a timeline when the work could be done and he quoted me a reasonable price too. I would recommend this place for sure! These guys are WONDERFUL! They will look at your car quickly and give you an HONEST diagnosis of the problem. Previously (over a year ago) I had been told by another shop that I had a serious exhaust issue. I took it to them to get another opinion and estimate for the exhaust work. They informed me that they saw no such issue. And it turns out that they were right! I had a bad wheel bearing! Then Just today I hit a pothole and my car started rattling underneath. They discovered that the rattling was a minor bolt issue. They were honest with me. They fixed the issue right away AND THEY DID NOT CHARGE ME ANYTHING! They told me to have a blessed day and sent me on my way! I WAS MOVED TO TEARS! I will patronize this shop for as long as they are in business!Service: Exhaust

I brought my car to Midas without an appointment immediately after my dealer told me my catalytic converter needed to be replaced and there was an exhaust leak. After a diagnostic was run, the mechanic worked on the car that day and had it ready the next afternoon.
