Our experience was wonderful. From the original visit through the final installation review, everything was excellent. Our technician Alonzo Burkett was the best! We will definitely keep your number filed for any other glass repair needs. We also have no problem recommending Glass Doctor of Randallstown. Thanks for a job well done! I m not home right now but I ll try to load up photos later.

An easy and smooth experience. I definitely recommend. I had a broken window. They came and took measurements, ordered the glass and 2 weeks later came to install it. My window was fixed in only a few short minutes. My technician, Alonzso, was very kind and knowledgeable.

Alonzso came out to our house to access the price to fix a window in my house that was built in the 1950's. He was very easy to talk too and gave me a great price and time frame to get the window replaced. He came out today and replaced the window within hour and the work was wonderful. Communication was first rate and I would highly recommend using the Glass Doctor to my friends in the area.

Extremely happy with Glass Doctor. Lead tech, Alonzso, did an excellent job of replacing parts on my storm windows. From providing the estimate to completion of the work, he was very thorough, neat, respectful, and detailed. He, his assistant, Brandon, and the owner, Mark, went out of their way to ensure we were pleased. Will definitely recommend!

Alonzso was on time and explained everything thoroughly. Pricing was good and there were no hidden fees or charges. Both gentleman respected my home and even cleaned the surrounding windows. I would definitely use them again. They were extremely professional and efficient.

We had Alonzso out to our house for both the consultation and the repair work the end of December. The consultation took around 15 minutes and we were able to get a quote for the job. We placed the order for the glass and two weeks later Alonzso came out for the repair. We were scheduled for 11am and he arrived at 10am clean, alert and ready to tackle the job. The entire process took around an hour to complete including frame repair, function testing and window cleaning. We're thrilled to have this job taken care of by a real professional - both in trade and in personality.Thank you so much Alonzso!

2 windows were busted out at our house, we called Brandon, technician Alonzo was here the following morning earlier than expected window!! New glass came in earlier than expected!! Absolutely will use them in the future!!!

Had a glass replaced in a bay window. The tech was named Alfonso and couldn't have been more professional. Showed up on time, did a great job replacing the glass and was very nice. Highly recommend this company if you need glass. Thanks to owner Mark for taking care of us and sending Alfonso.

Excellent Service!!! Came out the day after I called and gave me a very fair assessment and price. Offered to come and fix it that day but made an appointment for following day. ALONZSO BURKETT was awesome. He was exactly on time for the appointment, and finished quickly and cleaned up. This was a great experience and I highly recommend them.
