I had a great experience at Exclusive Motors. My sales representative, Sean, went above and beyond to help me purchase a car that I really loved, felt comfortable in, and was within my budget. He was very patient, helpful, kind, and courteous which made me feel comfortable from the moment I entered the building! All other staff were very nice as well. I felt listened to and not rushed. The service was awesome!

Either service or sales I recommend Exclusive Motorcars! Very welcoming atmosphere and once you walk inside you are immediately greeted and helped. One particular person that stuck out of the group working there was Alexis. She was very knowledgeable of many vehicles sales and service wise. Her customer service was AMAZING and if you are in the market for a vehicle or need a service center that is efficient and fast. I promise you can t go wrong with Alexis at Exclusive Motorcars!! She will get you right !! Hit her up!! Thanks again Alexis!!

I helped my brother get his car here and his salesman was Chris who was great. It didn t take long for us to get the car AT ALL and made sure all of our questions was answered before leaving. A great dealership and staff but Chris stands out

I had an excellent experience at Exclusive Motors. My sales representative, Lucky, went above and beyond to help me purchase a car that I really loved, felt comfortable in, and was within my budget. She and everyone at Exclusive was very nice, helpful, kind, and courteous which made me feel comfortable from the moment I entered the building! I felt very respected and listened to. The service was awesome!

Getting my vehicle from exclusive motors was super easy and quick.. Selection of vehicles were awesome.. Sean B helped me have faith back in dealerships (this one especially). I truly appreciate the ease of the whole process.

Exclusive Motorcars gives great service and made my car buying process easy and expedited. The agent I worked with Chris Marrow was excellent and did everything in his power to make sure I was happy and left with the car I wanted. Where to Begin? I came here to get a car and they went above and beyond for me, my car salesman Chris of course! We spent all day getting my situation sorted together. He made sure I was very comfortable and brung refreshments while I waited. He even offered to buy me lunch! I needed someone to co sign and we needed their signature, Chris took time out of his day to drive to the co signers house 45 mins in the fog at 8PM to make sure I was all squared away. This experience was like no other. Thank you Chris and to everyone at Exclusive motors for the time you took to help me on Saturday. I appreciate you all and will be recommending any and everyone here! (P.S. the consigner was my grandma and even she said he was no nice and patient, so he is definitely grandma approved!)

Came in to buy a vehicle and Baba was truly amazing! He was patient, caring and very extensive. I had different options and he guided me throughout the entire process. Recommended my friend to stop by and she had the same experience. This place definitely invests in its employees.

My Experience at exclusive motors was extraordinary. Everyone was welcoming and helpful from the salesman all the way up to management. They make sure you leave with something you will be happy to drive in everyday. I received so much wisdom from those gentleman in the few hours I was in there and I recommend anyone to them. Special s/o to Kenny the carman and the team on helping me get my 2017 Lexus rx450h. God is great!

I had an excellent car buying experience. They keep the building and the premises immaculate. All of the inventory looks well taken care off. The entire staff is welcoming and fun. I dread car shopping but they made it an enjoyable time. They have a customer for life.

Exclusive Motorcars really lives up to their name. They make you feel EXCLUSIVE!!! This dealership is 100% devoted to customer satisfaction and service. In this day in age where customer service of this level is hard to come by I highly recommend you take a visit to this extraordinary boutique shop. The staff is highly knowledgeable, friendly and courteous. From start to finish I knew I was in capable hands especially with my sales representative, Raychard. He went above and beyond to ensure I was exclusive and made that extra effort to ensure I got the vehicle I was looking for. I'm now the proud owner of a "dreamy 2021 Q7" and I couldn't be more thrilled. Thanks to all of those at Exclusive Motorcars that made this a truly pleasant and memorable experience.

Chris helped me get a car for my father. He was efficient and quick. I ve actually never bought a car so fast.. He showed me what options He had available in my price range we came in for a test drive left out the same day with a new car Beyond Satisfied if you go to exclusive motors ask for Chris !!

If I could have given you guys zero star I really would. I purchased a car on April 13, 2023. I was there for hours, they keep telling me that they gave the car out for rental, then they said it was a mistake and it was there, then they couldn t find the keys etc. After all that I had to wait over an hour for them to wash the car. They gave me my car with a full tank, everything was fine until the gas ran out. The check engine lights came on everytime the gas is low, I call them two weeks after getting the car and they told me to come in. I live in Pa and drive a hour over there then waited 3 hours for them to tell me they don t have the parts they need to fix it and they will order the parts and call me back. Let s just say my car still isn t fixed almost 1 year later and I call them several of times, I spoke to almost all the supervisor in there and nothing! Now I m reaching out because I m title number isn t on the documents they gave me and it s time to register my car, I ve be calling for two weeks now and they take my info and told me someone would call the next day. It s been two weeks! They knew that the car had problems and I strongly believe that the reason they try to delay me was to take the check engine light off! I would never do business here again

My experience with exclusive motor cars, is one that exceeded my expectations. I needed a new vehicle, so I spoke to Sean Brockington at exclusive who was my sales representative , he told me to come on in which I did, and he blew my mind the way that he went about ensuring that I left there with a vehicle it was top-notch service. Had my moments when I was doubting, however all he told me was I got you I m telling you I have you covered and he really did.I would definitely give them 10 stars, across-the-board for the professionalism, drive and passion of Sean.At the end of the tedious process I drove off in my new ride plus he checked on me the next day to learn how I was feeling & doing with my car.DMV, you should most definitely check out Sean Brockington for your new vehicle, he will get you Done

At first I had left a 5 star review and it s still up hoping I don t have to take it down because the buying experience was awesome however a Week into having issues the car has given me nothing but problems the door handle fell off the second day car started to overheat by the third day on a 30 minute drive put coolant which leaked all over my freshly paved freshly painted drive way I Got The *premium * warranty haha but no one can pick up my call I ve been left on hold for so long so many times I would not recommend ever getting a car from them go else where pay the extra money a car with issues is not worth it.

Wonderful experience here at Exclusive Motors - Lucky was great; friendly, very knowledgeable, and super accommodating. Great saleswoman.
