Very nice clean shop! Excellent fast friendly service! Ordered parts on Tuesday they were in by Friday. Laura knew we were looking for a windshield and right on time had one for us. Thank you Laura and Slade for making things happen!!!!And for getting us back on the road!

Great service. Got my tires quickly and scheduled installation as soon as the tires came in. They noticed my brakes were worn and we're willing to put pads I had purchased already as a DIY project in for a minimal charge. I took my used Harley Davidson heritage here for them to look over everything. Thi is one of those places that I will definitely be going back to. They were so friendly and welcoming that I will definitely be doing business here again!

Went in to get custom dynamics turn signal bulbs for my 2018 road glide and had a chat with the woman who happens to be one of the owners/owners wife. She was super nice and so helpful and her husband was very helpful as well. Very nice family owned shop with a pretty good selection of parts/accessories. Had a great time chatting it up with them and will definitely be heading back there before I ever go back to Harley for parts and/or questions. If it wasn't for my warranty I'd be taking my bike back for them to do some of the work that I can't do myself. 100% recommend them to anyone in the area to get parts and work done

This motorcycle shop is great. The staff is knowledgeable and willing to work with their customers in order to provide their customers with the best experience possible. They were completely straight with me about repairs, estimated costs, and provided legitimate reasons for why they do repairs the way they do. I would recommend this shop to friends and people looking for a quality motorcycle shop. On top of that they do state inspections which is really convenient. They have undoubtedly made a customer for life.

Absolutely love this random find. They sell motorcycle parts and also do repairs, storage and maintenance. The customer service is amazing and they'll go over all expenses that you may incur from a repair. They will work with you on the price or offer suggestions if needed. Have had my bike there a few times for repairs and just had it lowered and every time they've done an awesome job!

Bought a dyna from cycle shack in 04. I've gone back several times for maintenance and customizing sense then. Mr. Rob, Miss Vic, Slade, Laura, Jeremy and Jay are the best. I would never think of going anywhere else. They've made me feel like a part of their family. Luv u guys

I love this place. Honest and genuine people. I took my motorcycle here for inspection, and before they even began, the wonderful lady told a couple of items that would fail and allowed me to make the changes necessary. The staff is very friendly, and go above and beyond to accommodate their customers. Cycle Shack will continue to get my business.

I have been dealing with Cycle Shack for the last 15 years, and in my opinion they are the best Harley shop in the area. I am always impressed with the wealth of knowledge and experience of the staff, and the fact that they never try to sell you on things that you don't need, or things that don't really work. I have never met a friendlier bunch, and they truly are a family business in every sense of the word.

Love this shop! Been riding for now 17 years and found a home for my Harley. Honest & knowledgeable. They don't make work for themselves but tell it to you straight.

These guys are the best.They used to laugh at me bringing my Honda up there I was considered family. But when I did the HD Cruiser I was able to sit on the porch with the Big Dogs.

While in the D.C. area my bike decided that it no longer wanted to run. In a crazy series of events I ended up at Cycle Shack. An independent Harley shop in Randellstown Maryland. Not only did they fix my bike, but they did so in just a couple hours. All at a price that surprised me on its value!! I could not have been more pleased with the experience. Oh, and they just called to make sure everything went well after my visit! I give them every star possible.

The is THE place I will bring my 90s EVO HD. They literally treat you like family, and are rockstars with how they service your bike.
