In our society where much dishonesty is exercised and where greed abounds, working with Duane Cooper at Cooper's Auto Service was a wonderful delight. The work conducted on my 2006 BMW 325i was complete in a timely manner, communication was frequent notifying of the necessary repairs, and items listed in priority order. Cooper's Auto Service is an auto repair shop that I would certainly recommend to anyone.

Truth Be Told! My daughter gifted me with a 2003 VW Beetle for my birthday! Of course, due to age, it needed some repairs. We took her to several dealers but they failed to identify the problem that caused her to jerk. I was about to give up when we found Cooper s. Duane found and repaired the issue and she s running like a champ! Donal and I appreciate the professionalism and as I said before, WE FOUND OUR REPAIR SHOP!!!! Thanks Team Cooper s.

Great service! Coopers Auto Service's Staff and mechanics are very knowledgeable and professional. I'm very satisfied with the work they did on my Ford E350 van and Mercedes E500. I highly recommend them.

Clean, professional, courteous, timely.Cooper's was recommended by our regular, long-time mechanics to perform a service that they could not provide. Our mechanics trust Cooper's and use recommend them. We set up an appointment and dropped off our vehicle at approximately 7:45 am (Cooper's opens at 8:00 am). We were greeted by a very personable representative who advise us that they would look into our issue as soon as they formally opened. At approximately 9:00 am, we received a call that our vehicle was ready. When we arrived, we were greeted by another friendly and professional Rep, wearing a mask, who took my credit card inside, paid the reasonable charge, and returned with a complete statement of work with the receipt. They are set up for social distancing and contactless assistance. I also noticed that their shop is very clean and well kept. I will gladly recommend them to others!

I took my vehicle their to get an inspection, knowing it was most likely to fail. The vehicle fails, I fix everything on the report with new items. I bring the vehicle back and it fails for everything it failed for before and new additional items that weren't on the list for the first inspection.FOH...if u don't mind them inspecting your vehicle and failing it until you get their business be my guest and bring your vehicle here.
