The staff at Chesapeake Collision took very care of my car and they finished in a timely fashion as promised. They keep me informed via text messages or a telephone call to let know the status of my vehicle weekly. I m very impressed with their work. Enclosed is before and after pictures of their work.

Nicholas and staff did a great job! I was updated weekly and if I called I was updated the next morning! Very pleased with the work that was done. Everyone was polite and respectful!!

I recently had a minor repair job on a new car I purchased. The service was excellent, and the customer engagement was exceptional. My technician, Nick, was outstanding. He kept me well informed of the process and provided daily updates on the progress. He and the Team in Randallstown are amazing.

The staff at this location is awesome. Nick the estimator was very courteous. He thoroughly explained everything to us. They kept us informed of the status of our vehicle the entire time. They even returned our rental car for us. This was a big help for us because we were pressed for time. This is my second time using this establishment. I highly recommend.

Chesapeake Collision did an excellent job repairing my vehicle. Their customer service was amazing, and the staff was very friendly. Nicholas Stennett -(Estimator) was very responsive with following up on the status of my vehicle and communicating any findings, issues, or concerns that were stumbled upon throughout the repair process. Overall, I must say that they definitely met and exceeded my expectations. I would highly recommend them.

Chesapeake Collision Center made a terrible situation tolerable. I had a pan accident while sitting in traffic at a traffic light. I was in total shock and numb. I took my car to Chesapeake and I immediately felt better. The entire one and one half months was great. I was constantly kept informed of the status of the repair, Not just status texts but personal phone calls by Nicholas Stennett were also received. The rental car company met me at the collision center and the transition to a rental car was seamless, since I live alone. Everyone in the office is very personable and nice, I am so glad that my insurance company referred me to Chesapeake. I would recommend this company at any time.Dr. Sylvia Palm

Every time my bmw needs body work done I always take it to Chesapeake Collision. I am beyond satisfied with the work the auto mechanics do! Special thank you to Nick for restoring my headlights. They look completely brand new! It's almost as if I have a brand new vehicle also due to the complimentary detail job! EXCELLENT WORK

Nicholas at Chesapeake collision Randallstown was awesome. He thoroughly explained everything that needed to happen to to repair my vehicle,Including what to expect when going through my insurance, the process went very smooth between Chesapeake collision, Randallstown , and Geico. I dropped my car off on a Monday, received an estimated date of completion of the following Monday for completion. I was pleased when the repairs were completed sooner, so it only was in the shop for 5 days instead of 7. Everyone at Chesapeake collision, and Randallstown were very helpful and friendly, I would recommend anyone in need of repairs to come here for excellent service.

My Car is done exactly when Nick said it would be. Everyone is helpful, professional and very knowledgeable. The customer reception was very helpful, the estimator (Nick) was very personable, the repair was performed on schedule, the car was thoroughly cleaned prior to pick-up, a rental car was delivered to the shop, and returned there. Excellent service!

I would genuinely like to thank Chesapeake Collision for their excellent work, customer service and support, as well as the promptness and efficiency of the repairs. The Lady Vivian at the front desk is rude and nasty. I will never under any circumstance use this business again. I really can t believe how out of order she was. I think she was on meth or something it s no reason for her behavior. Find somewhere else if possible. Never mind the fact they took 30 days to make minor repairs. They are slow and she is rude.

They had my car for 2 months and my vehicle still looks unfinished. They reached out to me on 3 different times to say my car was ready to be pick up and it wasn't. Each time I found something new that was wrong with my car! This is by far the worse collision place I have EVER taken my vehicle to. STAY AWAY!!!I had enough so, I took my car to another place to fix what they did and the original damage!!

I had a pretty good experience. I received my vehicle back within the time that they promised. I was updated daily on the repairs. Nick walked me through all the repairs when I picked up my vehicle.

They did redo work from another shop that charged me to paint over a damaged bumper from rock chips and they did an amazing job and they kept me informed throughout the whole process. Awesome

Use the Randallstown Chesapeake Collision at your own risk and be prepared for different uncertainties, indefinit postponements. Be prepared for arguments when you raise questions about unfinished work.

I can't say enough about Chesapeake Collision. Wonderful customer service. You know about the progress of your car every step of the way. If you have to deal with a rental car they make that process painless. If you ever need or want wonderful customer service and excellent work you need to stop by and check them out. I will say the staff is very friendly and polite. However, we have had some issues with the service. I have had my car repaired here for a taillight that kept getting moisture in it. They repaired 3 times and each time the new one kept doing the same thing with the moisture. The 3rd time they said that it would be the last time they fix it because it was a factory issue with the car, but I was thankful they kept repairing it at no cost to me.My husband had his truck door repaired at another date. We went with them because they said they had a fast turn around time. They finished the day of on day 30 that we had to return the rental. The paint job wasn't good so they agreed to re paint it another day. Husband took truck back in and they did it and it looks good now. Their communication is very poor. They send auto text saying expected to be done by ...and then it's never done by that date and they don't call you to tell you or update you. You don't find out anything else you call in.

We found out that the rental truck that we returned to Enterprise in Westminster had a scratch and crease and they had it repaired at a Chesapeake Collision. (picture attached ) The bill we got was for $4500! not sure whose fault, Enterprise or Chesapeake, but is this insurance fraud? or just highway robbery?!
