They did an excellent job taking care of my vehicle. Estimated finish date was about two weeks from when I initially dropped my vehicle off. They had me finished in about a week and a half. Great work and customer service. Will be referring friends and family.

The worst body shop in the world!!!!! Do not go here they have Took my name 1 million times down wrong and had to rescheduled my appointment like 3 times . They will also lie and say your insurance canceled you!!!

I recently had a dreadful experience with Caliber Collision in Randallstown, Maryland, and feel compelled to share my unfortunate encounter. I brought my car in on November 22nd for what was supposed to be a two-week job to fix a small dent and scratches above the passenger side fender, above my wheel. However, the entire process turned out to be a nightmare. Firstly, the service agent was unhelpful and lacked communication skills. Throughout the process, I had to constantly call for updates as the service agent failed to provide timely status reports. The promised two-week job extended to almost a month, with my car only being returned on December 18th. Upon inspecting my vehicle, I discovered numerous issues. The car was not reassembled correctly, with a noticeable half-inch separation between the grill and the hood, and misaligned side fenders. To add insult to injury, they deep scratched my bumper. When I confronted the service agent about these issues, he claimed uncertainty and promised to address the problems with the repair team. Despite the promises, the situation only worsened. The initial attempt to fix the deep scratch resulted in a mismatched paint color that was significantly off from the original. When I requested to speak to the manager, I was met with incompetence, as the service agent had no knowledge of the corrective measures taken. During the subsequent attempt to fix the issues, they irresponsibly cut my bumper off the bracket, leaving visible fiberglass fibers, and attempted to cover it up with poorly matched paint. It took the manager's intervention to acknowledge and rectify the damage caused by their own team. Throughout this ordeal, Caliber Collision in Randallstown provided no compensation for the numerous hassles, delays, and damage inflicted on my vehicle. I strongly advise against using this location for any repairs, as my experience with their service was nothing short of a disaster.

Excellent repair shop! Constant updates, the work was done well. Courteous and professional employees. My car was returned to me cleaned and in a very timely manner. The General Manager, Alfredo Cercado runs a very professional repair center. Customer service was excellent. I would refer other's to this location without any hesitation.

Got into an accident and my insurance company recommended them to fix my car. Took it to them to fix and when I received my car back it still has issues from the collision. Contacted Caliber Collision to correct the issue and for four months have been unable to get a date for them to fix my car after they already were supposed to fix it the first time. Not only is this an inconvenience but its unprofessional as I shouldn't have to badger them to fix an issue that they should've corrected initially. Between the shifty management and lack of communication, I am highly disappointed with my service at this company

The people here are disrespectful and inconsiderate. If you don t have to take your car here don t. I tried to be patient and nice and understanding in the beginning but when I barely get calls about what s going on and I still don t have my car I can t. Kept getting reasons for why it would be another week. I m not a mechanic but this is ridiculous. At least call. I shouldn t have to be the one calling for updates when they said they would, only to hear it s actually going to be another week.3/1 I responded to the reply and hope I get a response

I have had an AMAZING experience at Caliber. Their staff is incredibly friendly, easy to deal with and MOST IMPORTANTLY INCREDIBLY KNOWLEDGEABLE!!To have even had the opportunity to speak with their Regional Vice President Kim IN PERSON blew me away!! You don t hear of the big wigs being in their locations often so for her to not only be present and VISIBLE, but to also take time out of her day when I picked my car up to ask how my experience was FAR EXCEEDED ANY expectations I could ve had!!If you want your work done right by people who know what they re doing, chose Caliber!!

It was my first time here & Sam helped me out at the front desk and turned what could ve been a very stressful situation into a cut and dry, easy process Sam made me feel at ease and informed me that things like this happen everyday and I have nothing to worry about, I truly felt (and now I know) I was in good hands! Body work was perfect. Timing was on point as far as it being done, but the cigar smell that stayed in my car for 2 days was very unsatisfying to me and my family. I hope you never need to go to Caliber Collision, but if you do, this location is amazing. Got my ride back in record time. Granted, I had a non-critical fix that needed tending, but they were professional, courteous, and understanding of my commitments.Drop off one day, parts arrive on another, pickup a few days later. Pay my deductible and be on my way.Like I said, I hope you never need to go to a place like this, but if you do, you should consider this location. Simply amazing people and fast service.

Picked up my car, and the "replaced" window wasn't working. The tires needed air, and the paint was stripped on the inside where they "cleaned." Gas on E and leaves in the vent. My car was here almost 8 months and still wasn't ready. I wouldn't recommend this body shop.

Amanda was not very forthcoming with me :(Bumper assembly missing parts even my untrained Eye could see and yet the service provider Amanda missed on her personal walk-through.right and left wheel wheel assembly to bumper were not properly attached to the bumper that they replace. A paint line on the driver passenger side bumper running full length of the the bumper fender jointHad to have them take the vehicle back to fix problems I pointed out with my untrained eye. Then they had sent someone else out at the second time I did a walk around to fix the things I showed them after the second pick up attemptwhen I showed them something else wrong they were able to fix the problems only after Amanda made up a wild excuse as to why it happened. And trust me stating that the pressure washer knocked a clip off where in fact the area had a screw attachment did not make any sense. Amanda would ve been better off just saying I ll get one of our guys to fix it which is what end up happening and it was done.Services: Painting, Body & Trim

Fredo and his team are amazing! Communication was great the entire time they had my truck. Truck looks brand new work was done well. Other driver hit my car and was a nusance dealing with insurance, but Fredo made it easy. Needed body work done on my 2 day old new vehicle. Severe winds literally ripped my left and right front fenders, so they had to be replaced, painted, and clear coated. All the work was down in about 2 weeks and my vehicle looks brand new like it should.Gary Gunther was my service coordinator and he walked me through everything that need to be done and I am happy with the results. Highly recommended for major repairs at this Randallstown location.Beth was very professional and took care of any concerns I had within minutes.I did have to return for a minor trim piece that was ordered and replaced a few days later. Back I and out in Less than 30 minutes.Included are before and after pics.

Process was very easy and simple and for the most part was pleased. Matt in particular I appreciate for putting my mind at ease after my new car was hit. He kept me updated and checked in with me. The guys there got the job done fast and effectively. Would have been 5 stars but there was dust all in the vehicle assuming from the repairs and slight overspray in an area only I can see. So very minor things. Overall pretty good job.
