I called on Monday to have some tires I purchased installed. They were able to get me on Wednesday which was amazing for my busy schedule! I was in and out within an hour and the cost was GREAT compared to the local competition, which was double what I was charged! And the guy at the front desk was SO nice! 10/10 Highly Recommend!Service: TiresService: Tires

Highly recommend!!Visit 1: they helped me get my utility trailer to pass inspection when 5 other shops turned me away.Visit 2: they got me in same day for a tire repair and it was done in under 30 minutes for $25! The last place we went took almost two hours and charged $55!

I have had 3 cars inspect thru them they get me in and out at the time estimated. If there is anything to be done, they will give you the lowest price around. If you're like most people you want an honest auto shop that does great work at a good price. That's exactly what you get at Automasters. I've been coming here for several years now since my in-laws recommended them to me, and I've never had a bad experience with them. I won't take my vehicles anywhere else, and neither should you!

Been to Automasters a couple of times to have my car repaired. I am impressed with them. Les and his crew does GOOD quality work and won't cause you to take out a 2nd mortgage. They are my Go To shop ..Thanks GUYS!

Went here for MD State Inspection. Everyone was kind courteous and upfront. Very fast service and appt was started earlier than scheduled. Can not go wrong by choosing then for you sorry needs

Amazing service! The best prices my family and I could find. Very professional, and they give you exactly what they say they will. If there is any additional work that needs to be done they will call and inform you prior to doing it. It's my family and I go to spot.

I've been going too Automasters for years now found out about this place through my father. They've always been honest and true professionals since I've been dealing with them. I've never had a bad experience here and the entire staff are down too earth individuals. Don't plan on taking my vehicle anywhere else anytime soon. Very trustworthy business.

This is your friendly, family-oriented neighborhood auto shop from back in the day. I have been here several times for minor/major repair work and routine maintenance. They are HONEST, FAIR, helpful and very pleasant. If your car doesn't need a particular service they tell you so, and if it does, they are realistic about how soon you need to fix that item. I have recommended friends and family to this shop and they all had good things to say about their experience as well. I highly recommend this business!

My husband and I have been taking our car here to get serviced at Auto Masters for the past few years now. We have been extremely impressed with the quality of work they provide, reasonable rates and a since of honesty and integrity that I have not seen in this industry for a very long time. The front desk person is always helpful, knowledgeable about cars and reassuring. I wish they had a greater presence on Liberty Rd. so that others would try them out. We recently moved downtown and I will continue to make the trip to Randallstown to bring them our car. For us their service had been unmatched. You get a down home feel when entering their doors and somehow a peace that your car is safe with them!!

Don't look anywhere else, this place is as top notch as it comes. I've been there a few times and love the experience and the service.Recently took my car in for an oil change and to tighten the power steering belt. When I got it back the air wouldn't turn on unless on full blast. Seemed a little funny to me so I took it back in. They determined what the problem was and even though it probably was just coincidence that the part went up while at the shop, they offered to replace it without charging me labor. They really didn't have to do that...but it shows that customers are very important to them. They've got my business.

I scheduled a service for my car to replace the shocks and struts. The service was completed at the right time and with the amount agreed. After I returned back home I started notice a squeaky noise coming from the area where AutoMaster worked. I started to hear like a squeaky sound (like plastic) on each side of the car every time I hit a bump or ride on an uneven road. I called and scheduled another appointment and they fixed what they thought was the problem, however after I tested, I returned back to the shop because the same squeaky noise still there. One tech took a ride with me, and he didn't heard the noise, however I did noticed a few times during the ride and told him but it was not enough for him to check again the work. My car has a much better comfort when riding, but the squeaky noise still there making my life miserable every time I have to drive it.

Automasters have been my go to mechanics for over 25 years. I won't trust anyone else with my personal or company vehicles. Honest and fair. What more could you ask! Wouldn't hesitate to recommend to anyone.

Since my first encounter with Automasters last year, their service has been spectacular! For the first ever, I am able to have repairs done on my vehicle without feeling like I'm being robbed. The people at Automasters are honest and forthright; a quality rarely seen in the auto repair industry. It starts from the top with the owner Debbie and work its way down to the service technicians. Thanks Deb and Les. You rock!

I have been with these guys for years. Trust them so much that I sent my mom and all of my friends to them as well. They kept my Explorer on the road without ripping me off, saved by 4-Runner which is soon to reach 200k miles thanks to them, and they always tell me when something is/isn't needed. I just can't rate these guys highly enough. I always felt at the mercy of mechanics until I stumbled across the folks at Automasters. Even though I've moved away from the area, I still bring my cars there. Totally worth the trip.

I have been using Automasters since 1994 and have never had to take back my car because it wasn't fixed right the first time. When repairs are going to be costly they have always told me what was absolutely necessary and what could wait. I live in Arbutus and still take my car there because I TRUST them.

They do good work but they have over priced services... But you'd have to be a mechanic yourself to know better. Since most aren't, you'll prob be over charged...

Brought car in for MD State Inspection. Very impressed with the speed the inspection was done and the honesty of the staff. Will be bringing all future repair business here.

I agree they do go work. I have taken my car there many times and I have no complaints. I do feel that they overcharge for the work that they do.
