Great service. Treated like family. They were honest with me about my credit profile and how to help me improve it as well. They went above and beyond to get a deal done for me, as this was my last option to get a car after a repo. I m definitely a happy loyal customer, looking forward to paying off the vehicle and seeing my credit improve!!

Mr Brown will definitely take care of you regardless of the complexities of your situation! He is very professional and promotes an environment of open and honest communication via telephone which brings you right in person where I personally received the best service I've received for any Salesman or Dealer! I came the same day and left with a car and a package deal that I personally feel very comfortable and happy about!

I have no built credit and really had no hope that anyone could even get me in a car. But J.D. Byrider came through for me. Cameron was my sales associate and was so helpful, positive, and as he said was on my team Everyone I met was extremely friendly, helpful, patient, and understanding of my needs, and they worked their magic and got me into a car and it s one I absolutely love. I bought my first car from here with only $500 down!! I m young & have no credit at all and they still got me pulling out that lot with a nice car! Ask for Mr.Jeff!! He really look out for youu!! This Byrider is located on Liberty Rd, Randallstown Md

Honestly the best experience I ve had at a dealership. Jeff was amazing and super helpful. No other dealership was willing to work with my credit situation. I honestly thought they we re going to bring me in, Tun my credit and waste my time like every other place but I was genuinely surprised. Jeff took his time to help and put me in a great vehicle. I am very greatful , not only for the car but for the credit building opportunity that I couldn t find anywhere else!

I love this place!! I got the car that I needed and not what I wanted (sometimes you have to crawl before you walk) ...but still within the budget I needed!! Big thanks to Mike Lopez for his honesty with everything. I was treated like family. As long as you are honest with them you will get the car that is within your budget and you can drive off the lot the same day!! Thanks for all your help!! Plus they help you build your credit and that is something that I truly needed help with!! Thanks to all of them and all their help!! The best part of all is I didn t have my credit run by 10 different lenders everything with them is in house!!! Thanks J D Byrider!!

Jeff Made this process easy!the whole team was on point, honest and upfront.I recommend this place for anyone who wants a point A to point B vehicle and want to rebuild your credit this is the place for you. They will work with any situation. 3yrs or 36000 mile warranty with 20.00 deductible doesn t hurt either.

I was very pleased with the customer service offered at JD Byrider. Jeffrey my sales person was exceptional!! This company helps you to rebuild your credit even if you have made a few mistakes along the way. We love our new Impala!!!

I would not recommend that anyone gets a car from them because you ll end up paying thousands on a vehicle that isn t worth more than 5,000. It s also impossible to get out of a vehicle deal after leaving with that vehicle. They offer $5 oil changes which is a plus. Please don t need maintenance work completed because it s very hard to get anyone on the phone and no matter what service you need you have to leave your vehicle for the entire day. The only thing positive that I can say is that making your payments on time does improve your credit score very quickly!

They staff is extremely helpful and sales executive Mr. Jeff Lightfoot and the finance guy Mr. Robert Stevens are top notch. So if you are in need of a vehicle call or stop by J.D. Byrider Randellstown they will take good care of you.

Had a wonderful experience at JD Byrider! They were very friendly and patient with me and my situation. I would recommend anyone to come here and purchase a car. Aniya is a wonderful sales manager and very thorough with her job. She definitely fits the job description. Sharon was also very friendly as well. She explained everything leaving me with hardly any questions to ask. I didn't have to wait too long but they always made sure they checked on me, making sure I was alright.

My salesman was William Brown. I knew he was gonna be cool because of the last name. He got me into a car right before my birthday and for that I am very appreciative. The customer service was excellent. I would recommend people with credit issues to take a trip to JD ByRider.

My experience with this business was awesome I just wish I'd came here sooner, they were able to work with me when it came to my not so good credit & low down payment I had. The payments are definitely affordable & it is a great place to help you build your credit. William Brown was the best, he was honest & had great customer service. I would definitely send more people his way!!

Great experience very friendly staff. I can t lie I was very hesitant after seeing the Craigslist ad that said low down payment and bad credit accepted because I had been denied a few times before. I got approved within 30 minutes of sending proof of income! Mr William Biggie was my sales rep and he was great from the very first phone conversation to me walking in the door I felt welcome. All the staff was friendly and they actually stand by their word. Mr William asked what kind of car I wanted and I told him the Toyota Camry he assured me he would make it happen and he did! I m very happy with my new vehicle

I was a bit nervous going in, as this is the first time I have bought a vehicle with financing. However, everyone I worked with was HUGELY polite and friendly. Mike Stanton was a big help - he was funny and polite, amd made me feel a lot more comfortable. He also explained everything along the way and answered my questions. Would recommend them for purchasing a vehicle if you have not-so-stellar credit.

Biggie went above and beyond. He is the greatest sales manager ever! Every person that I came in contact with was so professional. I got payments I can afford and my insurance is cheap too. Nice to get it all under one roof.

My experience at JD Byrider was EXCELLENT.! When I say I didn't only buy a car, but learned lessons as well, I mean just that. The employees are excellent and wonderful and make you feel like you've known them all your life. I would recommend this place to any and every one who needs help, not just to buy a car. My experience with Byrider in Randalstown MD was exceptional. They were wonderful and sincere in their job. It made buying a vehicle painless. Everyone was helpful and really worked for me to leave with a vehicle. I will always come here if I should need a vehicle in the future. I also recommend that if you would like a comfortable and unstressful experience I encourage you to buy your next vehicle here

Silly of me to think this place was actually legit! Paid two years on a 2010 Mazda vehicle and end up paying thousands of dollars in auto shop fees for a LEMON! I have all my receipts every time their service department fixed the car EVEN MORE ISSUES when you first get your vehicle you ll love it until about 3 months then all the problems starts don t believe me just ride past their lot and look at all the old vehicles OF COURSE you ll get approved anyone can all you need is money down also I wasn t told that the vehicle was involved in two previous accidents until I ran a vehicle history check report and the car transmission was beyond bad CHECK ENGINE LIGHT CONSTANTLY CAME ON BEWARE!! The car cost me so much money I had to do a voluntary give back please don t make the same mistake I did by going to this place!

This experience was First class. Everyone here at the Randallstown location are top of the line. Anything you need they have it. They are very informative and will not lead you down the wrong path. Buyer Beware. This company seems to come off like they are helping you when really they are leading you down the wrong path. I purchased a car and paid on time for two years. When the pandemic hit we turned the car back in. At that time I had paid into the vehicle about $5000 plus $2500 in security deposit funds. They sued me and are currently collecting another $8400. Please please please think long and hard and learn from my mistake. This car had multiple problems and was a complete piece of junk. It was a 2011 Chevy Impala that cost me $14000. Yes it was my stupidity for thinking they were here to help me get back on my feet when in reality they were setting me up to fail. Read reviews before you purchase and don't fall victim to their lies.

I had a very wonderful experience. Everything is explained in great detail so that you can fully understand what you're getting into. Mr. William Brown was a joy to work with and I highly recommend him. I drove off in a very decent car.

This place is a scam. Called me and told me my vehicle was illegally parked there that I sold and haven't legally owned in a year. Told me they needed me at their lot by 7pm. These guys are up to something bad. Verified with state troopers and they had a lot of complaints recently! Don't GO!
