I took my truck to the Antwerp, and they were very effective with time. Considering the damage, my truck was totaled, but wonderful people worked with me and even let me put all my aftermarket parts back on it. Service manager Ronald Marquez and parts manager Mark Williams are phenomenal people. Came in for an oil and filter change, service was quick and efficient. Techs are great. Brought in an old beater car but they still treated me with respect and didn't look down on me like some dealerships do. I know my car well and they listened to my explanation of what needed done. They didn't try to upsell me or treat me like I didn't know what I was talking about. They even threw in a free tire rotation. Thank you very much for your respectful service!

5 stars are not even enough! Fantastic buying experience, I highly recommend AM I purchased a Miata convertible,I only saw it on line- completely did the whole deal on line! My car was hand delivered to me at my house the same day! I am on the Eastern Shore and they came across the bridge for me- Thankyou, Blair, Mrs.Deborah,Ray,Jordan,Alan,and all the people behind the scenes that detailed my car beautifully,and filled the gas tank up. Man I really had a amazing experience here! It was quick, easy, and SECURE. They worked with my credit and have me the BEST deal on my car. ( paid the whole thing off and it was a dud!! I feel safe and truly taken care of in my new Mercedes Benz . This car will drastically improve my credit. You see where I m coming from and where I m going!!! As a service provider, I value customer service and my experience with Ossaid and his team was nothing short of a good experience! I initially spoke to Ossaid over the phone to verify if the two vehicles I wanted to test drive were on the lot. He confirmed and I knew that I was going to make my decision that day, but never shared those details with him.Once I got to the dealership, I didn t feel pressured and after test driving the cars, I made my mind up. He was very helpful with explaining the features and through conversation I found out he was a Ravens fan which was a huge plus. Anything he couldn t answer, he asked his team and got the answer for me.We had one small hurdle, but Ossaid, Morris and their GM was able provide a solution that worked best for me which I really appreciated. Even post sale, Ossaid s communication was top tier and his service didn t just stop at the sale.Special shoutout to TJ who put my plates on and provided with me with the window tints connection! A group of good guys, I must say. Thank you!

Jared Davis was a great associate to work with! He was helpful and not pushyEdited to add: The check engine light turned on the morning after I bought the car. They brushed over several fees including $1000 for a protective coating which I would not have purchased if it wasn t treated as a required purchase. The spare key does not turn the ignition perhaps I was given an incorrect spare key.Edited again: It s been 2 weeks since I bought my car and Blair the GM has resolved the above issues. The check engine light was diagnosed and I need a new part. It was ordered and will be installed at no cost to me. They also re-cut a spare key for me. I m still irritated I bought the coating but that s on me.

I gotta say, I've passed.by this place a million times and kept saying I'm going in but never did until today. The ppl were friendly and it was clean & nicely decorated in the waiting area. I met Ron (manager/advisor) who was very informative as I threw all kinds of questions at him and he reassured me that all my needs would be met....well everything I had a concern about the techs took care of. I am TOTALLY satisfied and will be going back. Thx ANTWERPEN TEAM!

TODAY JANUARY 9 2023 I VISITED THE MITSUBISHI SHOP IN RANDALLSTOWN AND I HAD THE OPORTUNITY OF MEETING ONE OF THE NICEST PERSON THAT I EVER MET IN A REPAIR SHOP HIS NAME IS RONALD MARQUEZ THE EXPERIENCE I HAD THERE WAS ONE OF A KIND HE WAS SO PATIENT WITH ME AND ANSWERED ALL OF MY QUESTIONS I HAD ABOUT MY CAR I WILL ALWAYS RETURN THERE FOR ALL FUTURE REPAIRS ON MY CAR

On the August the 30th I went to Antwerpen Mitsubishi to pick up my car from the service department , I decided trade it in there I met two of most wonderful young men Morris and Muhammadali in the sale department and the period of time I was there they keep on reassuring me thateverything is going to be OK ,so it was I drove out with a Mitsubishi eclipse cross beautiful car , excellent service from everyone I came in contact with that day .Thank again members of Antwerpen crew.

Worst Service Manager Ever!!!! When I came in, he was very rude and unhelpful. He kept insinuating that I didn't have a warranty and ordered an aftermarket part just to be wrong. He then told me my car didn't have a part that it clearly has (it's in my manual) and told me that my car would be ready by Tuesday. Tuesday comes and he says he never told me that and starts to be rude once again. He cut me off, hung up, and straight up lied. New manager needed at this branch. I've been coming here for years and I don't think I'll return.

I couldn t have asked for a better experience in such a stressful situation. The transmission on my previous car unexpectedly went up and I found myself in need of a car ASAP. Everyone I worked with at this dealership was so kind and made my experience painless. I walked out with an amazing car at an affordable price. I couldn t be more pleased!

Richard and the team are very hospitable and took great care of my car. While there might have been confusion with my online scheduling of my appointment, the service was taken care of as soon as possible. Very pleased and will be back for next oil change or any additional services.

Brought my car in for a bumper repair. Came home parked my car and have my camera to prove it was not moved or started after we Brought it home. Two days later the car will not start all the lights flicking on and off, running boards will not release open and my car was absolutely drivable and working well when we broght it in only needed a bumper replaced. Called them back and was told to give it a hot shot! Absolutely ignorant. I am going to call them back on Monday. I reported this to my insurance company. This is horrible took almost 3 weeks to get it fixed! Horrible horrible service. I will make sure STATE FARM never recommend them to anyone again terrible service.

I just want to say thank you to sales agent, Reginald, for assisting me a couple of weeks ago. He was very knowledgeable, pleasant and really cared about trying to get me the best deal. The people here are very friendly and it was a positive experience working with them. Also thank you to Blair for his professionalism and assistance in helping to address my concerns.
