Cleanest professional tow service I've ever seen! Tractor trailer sunk on shoulder they were able to winch out. Wasn't even 30 minutes from time of call to when I was pulled out. They have new proper equipment. Not some bo gater. Definitely a number to save for drivers east of bay bridge.

I have used Parks as our trusted ship for vehicles for many years. Most recently it was brought in to replace a strut and get an alignment. The staff communicated everything and the timeline of the process clearly to us. They ordered the part and scheduled us as soon as it arrived. They are priced fairly and their work has always been top tier. We will continue to use Parks and refer our friends and neighbors to do the same!

One of our company vehicles broke down in Centerville. The tow truck was there within minutes. Two days later the vehicle was repaired at a fair price. If we need service when we re in the area definitely will call Parks!

Started to patronize this business about 6 months ago when my former garage closed. Their service has been excellent. Friendly, knowledgeable and efficient. Appointments are on time, and the wait is very comfortable.

We are from out of town and had a flat tire on our motorcycle on the side of Rte 50 on a Saturday afternoon. Parks was quick to come out to tow the motorcycle an hour away to the closest Harley dealership because they were the only place open on a Sunday to fix the bike so we could go home. The owner personally drove the truck out himself to the dealership while his worker took us to his hotel. The tow truck was very clean inside and the worker was very friendly. We feel for the distance and time, the rates were very fair.

I dropped off my zero-turn tires for a swap they removed the old tires and installed the new tires I had purchased online. The staff was friendly and promptly swapped out the tires for me at a very affordable price of $20 bucks for both. I am very pleased with the service and based on this experience I would recommend and now I know where to go if I need tire help.Service: Tires

We have been customers several times for almost two years for both tires as well as other general mechanical needs. They are very responsive and do not overcharge compared to other places. I noticed that I had a screw stuck in one of my new tires on a vehicle I had recently purchased and was told I needed a replacement by a place closer to home since it was near the sidewall. I was quoted $328 (to be done the next day). I called Parks and they quoted me $240 for the same tire over the phone without seeing it (could be done later the same day). Upon arrival that afternoon, they quickly realized the screw was just wedged in between the tread without a puncture, no leaks. They flicked it out and said have a nice day, no charge. The first place could have easily realized this but did not make the effort.

Aaron cheerfully loaded up my disabled Jeep and drove us 219 miles home. His cheerfulness and professionalism helped turn a disaster into an "adventure with strangers". Huge shout out to Aaron...hope he makes it home safely!

Tire went flat on the way to BWI. Managed to make it to the 7Eleven near Parks. They got me towed and fixed up in no time. I was able to change my flight and not miss my grandmothers funeral in NH. I m grateful for their patience and professionalism!

What a GREAT experience ! My fully loaded pickup truck lost a fuel pump on my way to Ocean City,MD. I made a call to their office and only moments later a rollback arrived, I couldn t believe it.They towed my vehicle and quickly gave me a diagnosis and estimate. I made arrangements to pickup a rental truck, once again I was amazed the rollback driver took me about 8 miles to pick up my rental, several mechanics came out and voluntarily helped me unload and reload the trucks.I returned three days later, job was completed, with even an extra requested, drivers side window module replacement. Here s the best thing ! The price I was quoted was EXACTLY what I was charged. I couldn t recommend this company any more HIGHLY. Got a flat tire was able to go there within 30 minutes and get a new tire. They were great they even had a play thing outside for my daughter and toys inside for her to play with. That s the best experience I ve had an auto place.

I visited 4 times in one month. Very honest pricing. I went to get a second opinion after visiting another auto shop in Centerville. Let's just say always always double check what people tell you what is wrong with your car. Most car mechanics think that we are all dumb and lazy. Thanks to technology you can Goggle prices and repairs. And thanks to honest places like Parks Tore & Auto.

I had a break down on Christmas Eve not far from this shop and when we had troubles communicating with AAA, this company went above and beyond to make sure my car got towed back to my house! They were amazing to communicate with and stayed in contact with me for updates and to let me know when a driver was coming or close by. Super friendly gentleman I spoke to on the phone and was so kind! I am very thankful for this companies help and kindness!!!!

Wonderful service! We were on our way to the beach when we encountered a piece of metal on the bay bridge. Unable to avoid it resulted in a flat tire. We were able to get to an exit and googled and found Parks. I called and explained the situation and was told she had a driver enroute to the bridge and he would respond within 30-40 minutes. He arrived within that time frame if not sooner. Eddie was very personable and had us loaded on the flatbed in no time. Our car was loaded for the beach so we were afraid to use the spare. He drove us to their store in Queenstown. We ended up getting 4 new tires (they were scheduled to be replaced in the fall anyway) and they had us back on the road in no time. Thanks Parks Tire and Auto Service for your excellent customer service and quick repair!

We broke down 10 minutes from this shop. We are from out of state and AAA dispatched this company. EXCELLENT service from the start with the tow truck driver who was so fast, friendly and informative and in the middle of the night. They called the next day to tell me the problem which my own garage had just missed. They were accurate and fair with their pricing and I feel like their timing was reasonable as well. I m so thankful that this is where our car decided to break down. They fixed the problem and added a future solution as well. Highly recommend their services!

Recently had 4 new tires installed here along with an alignment. The appointment / service went perfectly. The mechanics are very helpful and thorough, they alerted me to some issues with the vehicle I should ve been aware of. Highly professional service, along with fair prices and a good warranty. I will come back for future vehicle maintenance and will recommend this shop to others.

Two weeks ago I got a flat tire traveling from Fl to NY. It happened at ~11:30 at night. AAA sent a tow truck from Parks Tire & Auto Center. The driver was great. He showed me where the garage was, suggested a few hotels and drove me to one. The next morning I met with Alison(I believe). Her and the staff were fantastic. They worked incredibly hard and fast to get me back on the road. They also gave me a great price.They made a terrible situation into a positive experience.Thank you!

My wife called and scheduled to have (2) front tires replaced on our 2014 expedition as well as a front end alignment. We had the Goodyear tires ordered to match the rear tires that were relatively new. My wife was told the service was completed. She checked the receipt and seen no alignment, not a big deal. They pulled it back again and supposedly did the alignment. No paperwork showing existing measurements etc or adjustments made. Wife leaves and comes home. I look over the truck and notice they put the tires on inside out and don t match the rear. So now I have two tires with white lettering and two black? Also missing center cap. Wife called to inquire about center cap and was told they would look around and call back. Never received any call back. Had to buy new cap our selves. Would not recommend at all. Poor service and poor customer service experience. Will never repeat.

Wonderful service!! We could not thank Bill enough! It was a beautiful spring day (very lucky!) in April and our car died on Rt. 50 on way back from DE with family.We have two little ones and our main concern was to get them (and us) off the highway as quickly as possible. Bill was so calm, personable, professional, and assured us not to worry because he would get us and our car to the closest mechanic. Thank you Bill! We greatly appreciate YOU and for keeping us safe - please know that it means so much more to us than a review could ever express. Luke loved the cool ride in the truck and Ben did too! There are so many good people in the world and you are one of them!Bill also recommended (without being asked - just offered the suggestion) that Kent Island Sedan Service (KISS) would be helpful to get home given all our luggage we had with the kiddos. UBER in that area isn't that great and KISS was so great as well!Thank you again, Bill! Keep up the great work!

They did a diagnostic test for 89$ (which took 90 mins with an appointment) which you can get done at Auto Zone. I went knowing I had a few problems, their test didn t even pick up on them. They did not print out anything with the actual diagnostics. Then they tried to charge me 800$ for a new fuel pump. I bought the part for 200$ and installed it in 24 mins with a YouTube video.

My husband and I just picked up a brand new 24' trailer and were heading from Frederick to the Eastern Shore when we found that we had nails in 2 of the 4 trailer tires. We were able to pump the tires back up enough to get to a shop to fix them but when we called (at least a DOZEN) tire and repair shops along our route they couldn't fit us in their schedules or our truck and trailer were too big to fit in their parking lot. We finally called Parks Tire & Auto and they said they could help and that our truck and trailer would fit on their lot. We arrived at their new location on Rt. 213 and their crew got right to work, had us out of there quickly and back on the road for a reasonable $40! Could not be happier with our experience here. The staff was phenomenal, the parking areas around the building were generous and made maneuvering the trailer a breeze for my husband (Professional Truck Driver anyway) and the new building was beautiful. Thank you so much for taking care of us and putting our minds at ease for the rest of our trip!!!

Had a flat on my way home from Annapolis. I didn't have a spare, and hubby started looking for places open at 330 on a holiday weekend. Found Parks, we called and they sent Wes to tow us back to their shop where they did everything they could to replace my tire. I made it home, and will always be eternally grateful to these wonderful people! Bonus: they have a playset for kids outside which kept my 6 year old entertained while repairs were made. 15/10 recommend!Service: Tires

Family owned and run...and you can feel it, they genuinely took the time with me as a new customer.I came in for winter maintenance during the snow storm. They completed the servicing and did not find any mysterious issues to falsely inflate the bill. I received a call letting me know that I could keep it there until the weather & roads became safer to travel out in! Nice.
