My company does work for them... but I've asked about their pricing and what is considered a good deal. And boy, did I get some good answers. They are very fair on their prices. And they have a great inventory. They even upgrade their vehicles to make them better to sell. Very friendly and knowledgeable. Low miles and clean. I'm the first to say I don't trust dealerships, but this one has shown me that you can. Straight forward about everything and honest. Pricing is far compared to other dealers compared to what I've seen. So I highly recommend Prince Federick Ford for your next purchase....anyone will help and at least you gonna talk to someone who isn't going to lie to you.

Good team at Prince Frederick Ford. I never felt pressured into making a decision. They have been very responsive to my questions in person and online. I would purchase again there. Only reason for just 4/5 stars was Ford motor company took forever to produce a car they already had on the market.

This review will seem a little offtrack but... a few details are needed in my mind. The maintenance process for my vehicle was a scheduled appointment which I dropped of the night before (A Thursday evening, appointment was Friday) by Saturday I had not heard anything. I contacted to get a status. It wasn't good, sadly there was some miscommunication, not going to do the blame game but... initially I was not a happy or remotely pleased customer! After a couple of follow-up calls all was resolved and the dealership was bounced back and redeemed themselves! I will continue to take my vehicle to Prince Frederick FORD for service and would recommend them any any. The key here to me and why I chose to write a lengthy review is that there can always be a potential for a miscommunication, the main point is can the trust in a customer be recovered... for this dealership this is the first incident I've had and they were very quick to resolve it to my satisfactions. As a aviation maintenance professional, I understand this process and commend them for Making it right!Thank you!

Great experience. From filling out the 'interest' form online, through negotiation, professionalism across the board. Even kept dealer open late on Holiday, because I was traveling out of state - so we could make the deal happen. Informed team, ready with all the materials to expedite the paperwork upon arrival - and the car was well priced and well represented in their listings. Thank you to Aaron, Sean and Wyatt specifically.

I was in the market for a pick up truck and was looking at Dodge, Chevy and Ford and I was at a couple of dealerships, and nothing really caught my eye. But when I pulled into Prince Frederick Ford they had a pretty good lineup of F-150s and Wyatt was very patient and understood what I wanted and showed me the F150 Lariat and gave me a great deal that I could not turn down. They made the process easy and there was Zero push to sell anything I didn t want. Prince of Frederick Ford will have a returning customer because of this experience.

Easy to work with. I am a returning customer and started the process online. We reached an acceptable price, and I went to the dealership to complete the purchase.My Salesman was John Crisafulli and I have worked with him before, he is very knowledgeable about the options in the vehicle and walked me through the different settings. Very nice working with John.I also met with the Customer Service Manager Lisa Davis. Also, very knowledgeable and helpful. look forward to getting the service complete that she offered.Sean in the Finance depart weas also very knowledgeable and helpful. He was thorough with he documentation and providing information on the different maintenance and extended service plans.And last but, not least, Mark Pursel, also very helpful in getting the deal done. Thank you all at Prince Frederick Ford.

Second time buying a new car from PF Ford in the last six months. Fair dealership that isn't pushy to make a sale. Ask for John Crisafulli!

We were met by a Sales associate, Richard, and explained our preferences and needs. His team went to work and did a great job of finding what we wanted and seeing that our expectation were met without any problems. They didn't have what we wanted on site so they went out to resources and found what we wanted and a few days later we drove our new SUV home. We worked with the Customer Service Manager, Lisa, who did a great job of explaining the many benefits of purchasing a new Ford. Also in the loop was the Assistant Finance Manager Sean. He explained the finance options well enough for us to change our choices.All together the team was wonderful and our experience was much better than we thought possible! We will be returning soon for another purchase and looking forward to a repeated performance and HUGE Discounts!

Had Shawn as a salesman for my 22 mustang and it was an incredible experience he was extremely helpful I m very happy with the deal we made and they went above and beyond for me in every single aspect I flew in from out of state and they picked me up from the airport as well they really did make it so easy for me

I brought my car in on a Friday afternoon for an emergency repair (which turned out to be a recall issue ) and got it back the next day. Great quick service and the girl at the check in counter was very professional and prompt. Would highly recommend this dealership ! Thanks, Sandy E

Very courteous, you get a call back. They call you to let you know what's going on. You really don't have to call them. I was able to pay my phone drop off. Picked up late at night.Easy to work with other than their surveying. Over the phone call Emily 35 times I think it was just a glitch. But I will definitely go back.

A bout two weeks ago my husband and I had the pleasure of working with Jim and Josie to purchase a new vehicle. They were both very accommodating and helped entertain our toddler while we were there. Jim was the first person to come greet us in the parking lot. He was very friendly, honest, knowledgeable, helpful, and not pushy during the entire process. After deciding to purchase, we worked with Josie to purchase and she was very informative and knowledgeable as well and made the process much simpler to understand. This was my first time choosing and purchasing a vehicle and both Jim and Josie were great to work with and a huge help. If you come to Prince Frederick Ford, I recommend working with Jim to make your choice! I will say however, both times I was at the dealership, a few of the other salesmen stood at the window and talked about and laughed at other customers. While this didn t ruin my experience working with the people I had the pleasure to work with, I would recommend they not do this or be a little more discreet while doing so, especially in front of customers. While I don t know the names of the other salesmen, Jim was very professional and I highly recommend working with Jim to find and purchase your next vehicle!

Bait and switch. Advertise a car for one price and then you call and they say the online and was wrong. Then they wanted to collect sales tax for an out of State sale. Not the way it works guys. You pay in your own state when you register the vehicle in your own State. Purchased many cars from out of State. Never been told to pay when purchased

We recently moved to Maryland and needed our vehicles inspected. We walked in to the service area and were immediately greeted by Alex, who was both personable and professional. She was able to get both of our cars inspected that day, and kept us informed of the status of the inspections throughout the process. We were very satisfied with the entire process and thankful that we "found" the Price Frederick Ford service department. Thanks to all involved, particularly Alex.

I absolutely LOVE my new Escape! It is beautifully designed, has great features, and zips right along with the best of them in this class. The Team at Prince Frederick Ford is AWESOME! My salesperson John, who I have worked with on a prior sale, was top notch as always! The entire experience was wonderful and professional. This is why I came back to them when I was ready for a new car and will continue to come to them for future purchases! Thank you PF Ford Team for the awesome service and for my new Escape!

I had to bring my 2015 Explorer in for a recall fix. After dropping it off the night before, I called to check on it around noon. I was told they hadnt got to it. Then I got called by Nick in service. He told me they were very sorry but couldnt get to my car due to 3 mechanics calling in sick. He offered to do a complete service (oil change etc) when I bring it back.fast forward a week, they did the recall work and $100 worth of service free! They offered to come get me but I had a ride. Nick also apoligized again.Nick King was the best Service Rep I have ever had. I've owned cars (mostly Fords) since 1992. Thanks PF Ford!

Bought a F150 from Prince Frederick Ford and had a really good buying experience. I have had it back for routine service several times and have had a really good experience with the service department. Alex D. there is very responsive and helpful. I would definitely recommend them.

My experience with the staff at this dealership was nothing short of amazing. I drove from out of town to look at a Porsche. My agent kept in touch with me the entire drive up. When I arrived, the vehicle was sitting out front all nice and clean waiting for me.The car was immaculate. The sales team simply terrific. The process went as smooth as it possibly could. I highly recommend this dealership to anyone looking for a great experience.

My husband and I have bought several Explorers and F-150s from Prince Frederick Ford in Prince Frederick - all of our shopping experiences at this location have been good. We also really like their service department and that keeps us coming back each time we need to make a purchase or have service done to our vehicles.My latest purchase was a gently used Ford Explorer. My salesman John Crisafulli was low-pressure (exactly how I like to car shop!) and was patient, helpful, and friendly in explaining the features of my new SUV. The general sales manager, Mark Pursel, was involved early on in the sales process, but we like that he didn't play the "back and forth" game like we've experienced with sales managers at other dealerships - I didn't spend 3 hours at the dealership going back and forth; actually, I was the one who prolonged the process this time because I just wasn't sure that I was ready to buy a new car. Still, no pressure from the Ford team.Once I got back to financing to sign all the paperwork, I was, once again, helped by a friendly member of the Ford Team, Josefina Mayfield. Her engaging personality makes you (almost) forget you are spending a lot of money on a new car. She was also patient and helpful and worked to find the best financing for my purchase.I would definitely purchase from Prince Frederick Ford again (and continue to use their service center) and would recommend them to others in the market for a new or used vehicle (even if it's not a Ford, they still sell and service some non-Ford vehicles).

Very disappointed. My vehicle had a recall notice. I called Prince Frederick Ford, and they said they had to order the part. It took over a month to come in. When it did come in, they failed to call me, and I found out it came in when I called for an update. I then scheduled an appointment for the recall and another issue. I received an email from them stating my "appointment" time is 7:30 a.m. I dropped the vehicle off the night before. When I called around 2:00 pm to ask if it would be done today, I was told they had not started the work for the recall. They told me they would not be able to get the recall or the other issue done today. I asked if I could get a loaner vehicle due to the issue being a recall. They informed me they had no loaners available. When my wife had warranty work done on her Mazda, they bent over backwards to get her in a loaner to complete the work. Not here. Very disappointed with the service department.

My review is specifically towards maintenance. Overpriced. Rude staff. If you need an oil change or tire rotation call 3-4 weeks in advance.

Wonderful and pleasant experience! I didn t feel pressured at all, everyone was so friendly, nice and kind. My almost 2 year old daughter came in with us and they gave her a tube of bubbles. I highly recommend Aaron, Sean and John!

Very pleased with the quality of service at this location. It says a lot when I prefer to drive to Prince Frederick which is 45 minutes away opposed to driving 10 minutes to the Lexington Park location.
