Bobby was the best salesman I ve ever had. Cared about what I wanted in a car and worked hard to make sure I got it all. Was very caring about my kids needs as well. Mike was beyond helpful and super supportive in making sure we got a car I d love and Corey made sure I understood everything when it came to finance ! Best team out there. Hands down.

If you hate pushy, stuffy, shifty cars salesmen, may I suggest Charles Kelly? Charles is the most chill salesman I've ever had the pleasure of working with. He's honest, laid-back, and will make the whole thing painless and easy.I drove 10 hours roundtrip to get my car at Bayside. Totally worth it. Price, car, salesman.

Brandon was awesome to work with. He is very personable and answered every question I had with great detail. He is very knowledgeable! I had been to multiple car dealerships and was indecisive with what car I wanted. From the beginning, Brandon greeted me at the door with a smile, had so much patience with helping me weigh out my options, and was very thorough during the whole car buying process. I just bought a car from this dealership today. The car was amazing and in great condition. This dealership was incredibly helpful and I was able to find the perfect vehicle in a matter of a few hours. It was affordable and they were super honest with everything. I recently traded in and purchased a vehicle at Bayside of Prince Frederick. Everyone I interacted with provided exceptional service! Daryl Smith, the sales agent, was extremely attentive and easy to work with. I had my three kids ages ranging from two 8 year olds and a 6 year old throughout the entire process. The staff at Bayside was extremely good with the kids and made us feel right at home. There was a slight delay getting into the finance office at the end but the finance manager Corey made up for the delay at the end. His attentiveness and great customer service made up for the wait! I will purchase every vehicle from Bayside at Prince Federick for as long as I live in Maryland! If you want great service and transparency come and give Bayside of PF a visit!

Bobby R. Was awesome through our entire buying process. We found a Toyota Tacoma online, and stopped by right before closing to take a look at it. We wanted to run some numbers, so they offered to do that over email, to make things easier on us. We completed 95% of the deal via email, stopped in to test drive the truck, and sign paperwork. We were in the dealership for just under 1.5 hours. Perfect for our busy family, and we greatly appreciate the deal we got on our certified Tacoma. Thanks again, Bobby!!

Great car buying experience! Brandon knew I was coming from a distance away and had the car cleaned, filled with gas, and ready for a test drive. Definitely the quickest car buying experience I have had out of the 15 plus cars I have bought from dealerships. Would recommend Brandon Durbin and the finance manager Corey Robertson to anyone looking to buy. They made the drive well worth it!

I went in with low expectations of being able to purchase the vehicle I ve been wanting for years due to my personal situation but I left there with exactly what I wanted because of Brandon Durbin who put my needs first and worked for hours making it happen. He was very nice, bubbly and made the experience great. I recommend getting in contact with Brandon Durbin if you re interested in a vehicle, as I m sure he will do what he can to make it happen! Bobby was just amazing. Typically, having a person contact you from a dealership can be exhausting and overbearing. But Bobby was all of the between the lines . He was extremely responsive each time i reached Out, and he took initiative in getting me forms and paperwork ahead of time to help me save time and have a flawless transaction. I went Into this dealership with minimum knowledge of them, and with zero expectations on bringing home a vehicle, but left in under 3 hours with my brand new car. If your looking for a pre-owned vehicle, I highly recommend Brandon at Bayside Pre-owned in Prince Frederick. Aug. 2021 he was the salesman that helped us purchase our son's first car. We were nervous, happy and sad all at the same time. A huge milestone for us and our baby boy. Brandon was the one I had spoken to over the phone to inquire about the car. I must say from that moment on he was simply outstanding. It was as if we were sitting down with someone we'd know for years. He was professional, yet kind and explained and went over every detail making sure all if our questions were answered. After our purchase he was no longer our salesman, he became a friend. We were so pleased with him that after recently learning our daughter was interested in a purchase, Brandon was the first person I reached out to. Just as he had made our first purchase a great experience, he nailed this one too. I went with our daughter more to just to catch up on how things were going with Brandon. I knew she was in good hands. The moment we pulled in the parking lot having him greet us outside, meeting the sales manager Mike down to the fiance office with Corey, it was yet another smooth purchase. I absolutely love the staff at this location. I ve bought two cars here and have been blown away by the kindness and support given throughout the whole car purchase process. My credit was poor initially and the staff fought for me to get a lender! My sales person was Brandon Durbin for both purchases and he is the loviest guy. Knowledgeable, patient, kind, professional and very dedicated! ASK FOR BRANDON! You will be pleasantly surprised by how easy he makes the process. Tell him Lorna says HI when you do! A week ago I was in the position where I needed to buy a new car. I ended up in Prince Frederick at Bayside. Dreading what was about to go down People the bar has been raised! From Sales Manager to my Sales Consultant through to the Finance Guru, the entire process was smooth and seamless.My needs and concerns were heard and well communicated. Options were presented without any expected pressure or strong arm sales tactics. The entire team has class. In the end, three hours later, I was on the team! A huge thanks to Ryan Baker (the Man.), Brandon Durban (the Consultant of Swing) and Mr. Sean Webb ( the Wizard of finance).These gentleman are truly changing the game! Great experience purchasing a pre-owned Toyota from Bobby Rajkowski at Bayside Toyota. We found the vehicle online via car gurus, Bobby was flexible in scheduling a test drive, was upfront with the cost and more than fair in negotiating the sale. Just bought a used truck from Bayside used cars in Prince Frederick.My salesman was Steve. I have to say that he made my experience of purchasing a vehicle very easy. I have purchased several vehicles from Steve. in the past. Steve. is very knowledgeable with all the vehicles on the parking lot and made my experience of purchasing a used car enjoyable with no pressure whatsoever.My financing was also a good experience with Corey as the finance manager. I would highly recommend Steve. as your salesman if looking to purchase any vehicle new or used at Bayside in Prince Frederick Maryland. I will continue to purchase with Steve. in the future.My experience with financing at the end of the sale was equally a good experience with Corey as my finance manager.A big I shoutout to Bayside automotive for being such a reputable company.

I have both sold a car to Bayside and purchased a car at Bayside. I m very very pleased with these experiences. The staff are very personable and professional, especially Daryl Smith Jr. and Ryan. In addition, the gentleman who went over the lending information was very friendly and funny. Everyone made the car-buying experience much less stressful. We get our servicing completed at Bayside Toyota as well in Prince Frederick. We appreciate the personalized care all of them provide!

Sat Dec 16 visit: Great experience. Kristen wolf immediately greeted us as we entered, and she was friendly and pleasant, hospitable. She immediately got us ready for our test drive. Never once felt pushed or manipulated. Was diligent and attentive and there was no issue with letting us leave for lunch and to discuss with my wife.Ryan (manager) was friendly but not pushy, and demonstrated a willingness to negotiate. We were very happy with how we were treated and of course with our purchase (Toyota Tacoma TRD). Would definitely refer others, worth the drive.
