I brought my vehicle in for a repair from an accident that was not my fault. I had damage on my passenger side, front bumper - to be repaired.When I returned for pickup, my passenger side was not "repaired" and had additional damage that was not addressed. More parts were required and needed to be painted. -- Furthermore, SOMEONE HIT SOMETHING causing several additional large scratches into the driver side bumper and quarter panel of my truck, while it was in the car of Preston Auto Body. Danny was extremely apologetic, addressed my concern and set up an immediate repair.After jumping through that hoop, my truck bumper was painted and looked great. I took my truck home only to realize something didn't look right again. I found the safety hook surround was missing. I understand it is stupid, $100 piece, but it was there before the accident so it should still be there post repair. Danny again apologized and set up the immediate repair.Leadership at Preston Ford,If it was not for Danny this (3*) would be (1*). Danny apologizing for the service techs, and Danny's attention to setting up immediate repairs without not trying to argue or negate the facts, are what saves the business here.

Cherrita, Danny and the crew are great! Some moron ran into our car in a parking lot. Every panel on passenger side was damaged. Car was done quickly and there's no way to tell it was ever hit or repaired. Thank you!

Not done my ca4 yet so can not rate my car. Cleanliness of both office and shop was excell3nt. Young lady in officers helpful, friendly and projected confidence. At a 5 right now. Let's see if they can make my baby beautiful again

called to get information on my vehicle (1/9/24, 3:54pm) that was wrecked a little over a year ago (June 2022), woman on the phone got rude with me and tried to say the car was there for three or four years, (the car arrived in there shop in august/july of 2022) she also tried to say i never answered the insurance company (the insurance company i still have and have put three different vehicles on since then lol) and never cleaned out my vehicle when i was there (9/9/22, have video proof) cleaning it out. not only was the woman unprofessional but she tried to lie about the situation to me, when i have photos, videos, and exact dates and was immediately rude instead of even letting me ask any questions, i was on the phone with this woman for less than two minutes in total, and she was nothing but rude, and didn t even bother answering any questions let alone letting me ask them.

I'd give 10 stars if I could!!! Danny and Cherrita are AMAZING! They were friendly and did awesome work. My car was returned to me in a timely manner and in pristine condition. They even vacuumed it! You can't tell where any repairs were done. They took care of everything and even returned my rental car for me.Services: Painting, Body & TrimServices: Painting, Body & Trim

Claire in Service is just a sweetheart. She was always very kind & knowledgeable when I took my suv for servicing. My car was recently deemed a total loss & I mistakenly gave the addr of the srvc shop rather than bodyshop to have my vehicletowed to. Claire allowed me to keep my car there rather than have it towed right down the street and made sure my keys were given to the right folks when they came to inspect the car, she called to let me know when it was picked up. She went above her duties to help me & I truly appreciate her.

Excellent place for body work especially if you re vehicle has an aluminum body. After a deer it our truck, our regular body shop ( which is much closer to us) said they were not aluminum certified but highly recommended Preston Auto Body, specifically the one located in Preston ( an hour drive). When I spoke with Danny about getting the truck fixed, he was very honest about how long it was taking to get parts (no fault on their part) but constantly kept in communication with us from scheduling an appointment with the adjuster, to when the parts arrived and when the truck was completed. We were extremely satisfied with the customer service all the way to the finished product. Would highly recommend!!!Service: Body & Trim

Visiting Maryland from out of town to see family and got into an accident. Being someone not familiar with the area and not in-the-know of any local body shops, finding Preston Auto Body was a godsend. Super friendly staff and incredibly helpful in the process. With a car that would ve been deemed totaled they were able to make it a safe drive all the way home from Preston Maryland to Raleigh North Carolina. Thank you Danny and CC and the 2 mechanics (who s names I sadly did not get to give proper credit) that helped make her road safe!! Great crew! 10/10!

Preston auto body did a great job on my wife's Explorer. I am very particular about my vehicles (borderline OCD, lol). I can't find where the paint was blended during the course of the repair, and I tried really hard to find it. I would have no problem bringing them my aluminum body F150 if it ever needs any work. Overall extremely happy with the service we received.

We took our Ford Explorer to Preston Auto Body for repairs after an accident. They took care of everything, from dealing with the insurance adjuster to arranging for our rental car. I cannot say enough good things about the way they treated us, and the outstanding work they did on our vehicle. It was a pleasure working with them.

Picked up my Ford Escape this morning from the Body Shop. Awesome team to work with. Very professional and kept me up to date throughout the process. Danny Graham was extremely helpful. Great work done too!

Well - you can tell that some work was done. They did not keep me, as a customer as well informed as I would have liked. I had a better experience with a BMW body shop in Virginia.

Not impressed with their service!! They towed my car for me and after telling them twice not to open the drivers door because the fender would hit and ruin the door they went and opened the door anyway and dented and scratched it. I have it at a different auto body getting worked on by real professionals!!
