Consistently good service. Office team is very nice and helpful. Have gone above and beyond on more than one occasion to fit in unexpected service for my car. Honest, respectful and trustworthy team. Recommend without reservation. Cost is what you expect for good work from skilled people.

Install new Continental tires on my 20 Silverado and alignment both were done quickly and the vehicle ride like a new truck again thank you guys for your hard work and recommendations for the tires they are a perfect fit to how I drive great service thanks again

I had lost the pendant of my necklace in my car and it had a lot of sentimental value and I went to them the morning after I lost it completely panic stricken and they were able to accommodate me the same day. They took the time to pull up the entire seat, pull up the carpet and found the pendant in the smallest hole underneath the tracks of the seat using a camera and grabbed it for me. I cannot describe in words how deeply grateful I am to them for everything they did and if that wasn t already enough they didn t even charge me for the service. I highly recommend them for all your automotive repair needs and I am definitely going to be using them for all my future repair needs

I've never left a negative review on a business before, but I've NEVER experienced anything this bad! BE VERY CAREFUL HERE! Easily the worst service, and most unprofessional business I've ever seen. I brought my overheating car in to be fixed. They identified the water pump as the problem, and then sold me on a new one. They installed it, and VERY SOON after I was back with the same problem. They refused to take responsibility for missing the original problem. They then charged me for the tow back to their shop!! They wanted to send it somewhere else, and then charge me again for the tow there!! The worst part was I mentioned that they'll be getting a negative review, and the main guy (maybe owner or manager) became unhinged and said I'd have "bigger problems". I then took my car 100 yards away to TOTAL AUTO. Cory was the exact opposite. He looked at it and diagnosed the actual problem within 18 hours. He was HONEST and PROFESSIONAL the whole time!

As usual Poolesville Tire and Auto came through in an efficient manner. I took my car in for a battery test and oil change. The battery was tested immediately and my concerns were alleviated. Several hours later they called me and my car was done. Thanks guys .

We were on a family road trip when a bump/cut-out was noticed at highway speeds. The road trip was canceled we feared it was something wrong with the transmission. We dropped the Audi SUV off at PT&A first thing Monday morning and were so relieved to hear it was sparkplugs and ignition coils. We trust PT&A completely and value having them as our mechanics.

Great team and wonderful service. PT&A provides good work at a decent value, worth spending a little more than going to Sam's or Costco as long as you don't mind the 3% credit card fee. Tim is the best to work with, by far. Don't forget Stefan's body shop work, among the best we have ever encountered.

I recently moved to the area and am so grateful to have found this gem. My first encounter was them saving me a costly repair by finding out I had 2 days left of a warranty. I just recently had all 4 tires replaced and my alignment fixed and won t hesitate to use them for all future car needs. They re honest, timely, and make you feel like family. Thanks for everything.

We dropped in with tire trouble and no appointment. The staff were very helpful not to mention friendly. We added a oil change to the tire repair and we were out the door in no time. We can't recommend Poolesville Tire and Auto enough.

I can t think of anywhere else I d take my cars. It s convenient, I always receive a friendly greeting, and incredible service. Amazing staff! FAST FRIENDLY RELIABLE. I am new to the area and was told to check them out because I needed a new light bulb for my motorcycle. They looked for the piece and as I went to pay for it, they said don't worry. Something so small made me come in again. The second time I brought my car to them. I asked them to check on a rattling sound coming from my engine as well as a coolant thermostat. I was very impressed by the quickness and ease they made my experience. I am grateful to them for just being amazing with their work as well as the customer service give. So friendly and professional. I will definitely come back for any of my future needs. Im glad to see how they are here and how the community comes together to support each other. Thank you!

I had tires replaced on my vehicle recently. They were fairly priced and only took an hour to replace. The staff was very polite and knowledgeable, I will return for additional work in the near future.

My Toyota Highlander was worked on by one mechanic who charged me tons but the car broke down again. Same issue. Took it to Poolesville Tire and Auto who in fact worked with me from the beginning to the end, figured what the problem was which the first mechanic shop couldn't fix completely or even properly and went in there and fixed it. I'm quite delighted with the end result, customer service and the guys in the shop are just but a good group of professionals who are thorough and committed to great service. 12/10 will go back again!
