This place needs to be updated..faulty machines that stopped halfway between your wash. No one will call you back from the number posted, and I'm out 15$. But the vacuums do work well. Just don't use the automatic wash..SMH

I've been there twice and twice the automatic wash broke down. I contacted the number that the sign says to call and he never returned my call. Worst run business I have ever seen. I got the best wash that it offers twice and lost my money. If you don't have anymore pride in your business than to not reach out to your customers when there is a problem than maybe you should consider selling to some one who cares.

You're lucky if any of them are working and open. Last time I used the automatic wash that is now out of order, it left either hard water spots or soap spots all over my vehicle(ended up looking worse than if I just wouldn't have came.)The smaller bay to wash it yourself (the only one open right now) kept spraying soap when it should've been spraying water so we ended up trying to get the soap off with the dryer. Just don't waste your money. Pocomoke could really use a nice car wash.

I have been going to this car wash for years no problems, but today I had an issue with the sprayer it kept spraying out soap on the rinse cycle so I asked the guy that works there for help with the sprayer and he was very rude and very disrespectful. He goes to say that his boss will not fix anything and he s not going to put a note on there saying that the sprayer keeps spraying out soap thats supposedly for the rinse cycle so basically cheating people out of their money. If he doesn t like his job, he needs to work elsewhere.

3/4 lanes closed.Depressed looking employee wiping his teenager s mustang in only open lane. Not even using car wash. Just using shade lol. Good luck with your quarter open quarter business

Most times I am pleased at this place however the last few times I have gone the high pressure was there and the machine that takes your $$$ was not working right and the rince off the soap was just putting more soap on the vehicle than what was taken off so needless to say I had to drive my vehicle out of there with soap all over and you would think for $5;00 to even start the machine they could at least make sure things are working correctly and apparently the other bay wasn't working properly also because they had that one blocked off totally so maybe updating needs done or machines made to work properly.

Complete scam. Car wash needed compressor so white vehicle was totally covered in soap. Attendant was notified that it wasnt eotkinv correctly , gave no apology or offer to use another bay but said 'yep, waiting on compressor' and walked away.So, as long as it is not posted, customers will find out the hard day and then have to pay more to clean soap off vehicles.

The last three times I was there to wash my vehicle there wasn't any soap or the other chemicals used in the automatic wash the tire brushes are worn out and don't clean tires and rims like it used to.... and each time there wasn't an attendant at the car wash..... that was $45, I wasted.... Tried the phone number to no avail.....

I would give a 0 but not an option. Everytime I go I say that's the last time shame on me thinking the owner cares. At least have the common sense to put out of order. Stop stealing money.. dont waste your time nothing works. Been that way for months.

Affordable prices. It stays pretty clean, and customer service is great. Someone is almost always there if you have any issues. One time a couple winters ago the automatic car wash took my money, I called and the owner gave me credit for 3 top tier washes. Just yesterday I couldn't get the credit card machine to work, the owner tried it himself, couldn't get it too work either, so he let me have the wash for free long as I needed. Only car wash I use.

Clean building and lot. Well maintained equipment. Brushless is out of service occasionally, but repairs are made quickly. I've been trying to purchase a pass for several years with several different attendants and I also went to the office on Market Street with no luck, as if yet. (4 stars if I can get my hands on a pass)

Paid $12 for a touch less wash. Spent 25 minutes on my cell phone calling the listed phone number because the wash never started. Had to call local police to file a report to get the charge taken off my credit card. Never heard from the owners after leaving several messages. Local police couldn't reach them either on the emergency number they had.

Auto car wash doesn't do the best job but it's good in a rush. I've called the number listed online a number of times because I wanted to purchase the monthly unlimited care wash deal for 12 months upfront for a Christmas gift, I left a few messages but never received a return call.

I stopped by this piece of s - carwash on my way back from Florida to clean the car up a bit before heading home. What an experience! First I put choose a $10 wash option then put $20 in the machine. It took the money then told me that no change was available and to see the attendant. What attendant! Now one there. A local was washing his Jeep in one of the self service stalls and asked him if he had seen the attendant. He said there is never anyone there! What a scam!! On top of that, the equipment is so worn out that it basically did nothing except leave soap droplets all over the car. I called the number on the sign and got no answer, so I left a message about the problem. Called again a day latter and same thing, no answer. Do yourself a favor and stay clear of this place. Maybe the Better Business Bureau should/can shut this operation down.

Auto wash has no water pressure so it just scrubs your vehicle with the dirt and grime that is on it.

Went to car wash to get my girlfriend's car washed, decided to use the brush wash and ended up getting stuck in it because both doors closed and after numerous unanswered calls I found the emergency cord and was able to get the door opened. I then decided to use the brushless wash and the car looked liked it was never washed. Very disappointed with this facility. I'm waiting to see if I get a call back. I have used this place many times before without incident

Appalling. Never ever spent $13 for a completely worthless car wash . No one is on the premises. My 3yr old with a cold bucket of water and a dirty rag could have done a better job. My car had literally streaks of dirt running down the surface on every side. Just bizarre. Dirtier than when I went in. Complete and total rip off. Run don t walk from this establishment .

No under carriage wash. Brushless inoperable. Brushes do not reach all surfaces. Air dryer not efficient. Spots left behind no matter which wash option chosen.

3rd time with a problem. First time rinsing water was filthy. Second time left soap all over the vehicle. Today no soap came out. The sealer game out in gold chunks. 3 strikes I m out. Paid for the deluxe car wash. After getting the car all soaped up, the brushes gor to the roof and front doors then stopped. We had to go into another bay and pay to hand rinse the soap off the car.

This place is junk. Paid for 20 minutes, it cut off before that & the pressure washer didn t work. Went to another bay to try to finish & it wouldn t take any cash.

Never ,never ,never use this car wash. I paid $15 for a wash. As the sensor slammed into the front of the car we heard the slam sound. So loud it scared my 3yr old to death and we all were scared it was going to malfunction again. Upoun examination thank God it was the bug shield. I call ,but recieved no return call. I went the next day and found a attendant. Said he'd refund but tough luck about the bugsheild. He said it was covered by the fine print in the sign. And initially it shorted me $4.Called the number for the owner but no response. And didn't remove the road grime. Bad,bad,bad!

V bad experience. Touchless drive thru was not working. So I went to the express wash. It was awful. It did not dry the water at all. I got water marks all over. I have to spend more time and money to clean it again.

2nd time it didn't get the car clean at all. Today the wash stopped working at all while I was still in it. A guy reset it after I had to drive around again and it didn't even get cobwebs off my car.

We went to the no touch section and payed for the highest one, after we got out there was still dirt, bird feces, and grime on the car and brake dust all over the rims. Customer service was decent so not a 1 star.

Used the brush wash and very disappointed I'm it paid the 15 for everything and car went in dirty and came out still dirty completely a waste of money . The self service ones do a better job ......Service: Auto detailingService: Auto detailing

I have an F350 and it does a pretty good job. It has a little problem cleaning the tailgate. I do the monthly plan and I think it's a pretty good deal.

Uses very, very little water, and there is no blower to dry the car. I'm never coming again here.
