I stopped in to get a gas cap. I was surprised when the assistant took the gas cap outside to make sure that it fit. It turned out to be the wrong style so she quickly went back inside and made the exchange. Then she went back outside and replaced my gas cap. I did not get her name but she was absolutely awesome!

Great place for parts. The staff is very knowledgeable and will bend over backward to make sure you get what you need. Jackie is the best.

Google is being stupid, it put 2 stars when it asked me how I rated Google's directions when all I did was look up the phone number. I gave 4 stars because everyone can improve in someway and everytime I call looking for a part the employees will do their best to find them for me.

The only place in the town of Pocomoke that had all the parts that I needed & much better quality. I was at 2 other places for a rear rotor, caliper & break pads & both places didn't have a rotor & said it would be 3 days till they got them in. Went to Napa & they had everything.

On vacation just my daughter & myself driving on Rt. 13 when something is hitting side of my jeep. It was the plastic hub above my tire missing several bolts. After driving miles with flashers on - Seen the Napa - my daughter on phone with my husband. Says go there they will help you (he patrons our York, Pa store alot). Let me say -above & beyond service!!! Not only did he find me the bolts to fit but he put them in the missing spots for me. Over thrilled & Relieved!!! Exceptional hospitality -Highly Recommend NAPA & their Valued Employees!!!
