Many say old school, good, customer service just doesn't exist in this country anymore. Hertrich Toyota, however, is in an absolute time machine.From salesman Jaron to his manager Clarence the team focused primarily on my needs. I honestly felt sad to leave. Finance manager was equally kind. Offered discounted warranty plans, had some good insight on my vehicle. The price did end up being exactly what we had negotiated days earlier. I got my dream car and they were a huge part of me reaching this goal.Thanks to everyone at Hertrich. Your neighborly spirit is what more dealerships need. Keep it up. It's working.

I recently purchased a Toyota Sequoia from Hertrich Toyota of Pocomoke. My salesperson, T, was incredibly knowledgeable about the Toyota lineup and listened attentively to my needs and preferences. I ve been a loyal Toyota customer to a dealer in Virginia for years now so when we moved to MD I was looking forward to establishing a new relationship with the Toyota here. I was in the market for a new 4runner and with this being my 4th Toyota I ve purchased I reached out to my old Virginia dealer to see what kind of prices they could offer before heading here. I mentioned the price to this dealer and they immediately acted like they didn t want to deal with me and had no interest in my purchase. This was after making me wait 20 minutes while I had an appointment. After management told me to go buy the car in Virginia, I left. I ve now been able to virtually sign for a 4Runner at my old dealer and will continue to do so in the future. I wouldn t recommend going to this dealership if in the market for a new car. I know there s a big market for cars right now but when the market is reversed in a few years they wont be getting my business that s for sure. I felt as though they didn t take me seriously at all and won t even be using them for service based on the responses I received.

Mr. Clarence Campbell & Mr. Jaron Shimmel were professional, courteous, and helpful throughout my car buying experience. I typically dread the process of purchasing a vehicle, but these men made it manageable. I highly recommend reaching out to either of them if you are in the market for a Toyota.

Experience with Hertrich was great! Trying to find a vehicle with the options you want is extremely difficult these days, no fault of the dealership. Jaron Shimmel did a great job as the salesman, was in constant contact with me entire time as vehicle made its way to the dealership. Painless picking up and signing the paperwork.

We traveled to Hertrich Toyota of Pocomoke from North Carolina to buy a new Sequoia Capstone. The team at Hertrick took care of us every step of the way. Jarron, Matt, and Dana were amazing! Dana and Matt kept us informed while the vehicle was in transit with almost daily updates. They were fast and efficient with all of the paperwork, with all of it ready to sign as soon as we arrived from out of town. Jarron was quick to give us the tour of the car and a test drive. We were in and out, turned around and back on the road home by lunch time. The team understood our need and met us with a friendly, yet efficient car buying experience. Needless to say, I love my new car!

I had a very positive experience with this dealership. I purchased a new Camry that was listed on Kelly Blue Book. The dealership contacted me within a few minutes to confirm availability. I purchased the car the following day. The purchase process was straight forward and my Sales Consultant, Tonazja Taylor, was awesome.

Sorry can't even give a star Sad, we bought a 2023 Colorado on August 5th, battery went dead,had to have it jumped. After jumping it we had NOTHING inside as far as a radio or control panel. So decided to have it towed up to the dealership and when the tow truck drive came he had to jump it again. So that's 2 jumps. Told it was an update that drains the battery. Yet they REFUSE to replace the battery cause they charged it and the numbers are fine!! This service department sucks!!!Not happy and will not be recommending this place to anyone

I have just purchased my 3rd vehicle from this dealership in a year and they treat their customers like people should be treated. Jaron was my sales consultant and Clarence was the sales manger and I will beat you that you can't find 2 better guys to deal with. I live 55 minutes from the dealership and it is well worth the ride past other dealerships.. I want to thank everyone at Pocomoke Hertrich for the great experience.

Super duper nice people, and caring people T was amazing and everyone was just great. Traded my 2018 fusion and left with a 2023 camrySo happy but sad at the same time, seeing my very first car left on the lot but never in my wildest dreams would of thought id have a brand newcar. After getting treated like absolute garbage at Pohanka Toyota by the manager I took a stroll down to Pocomoke to give these guys a shot! Not only did I buy a car the same day, but I ve already recommended two other people. The salesmen and manager were kind, courteous and give me a good deal! They are not money hungry like other dealerships and truly care about the customer! I will be buying more vehicles from you guys in the futures!! Thank you!!!

The service center at this dealership is out for nothing but money. They overcharge and add on parts that are not necessary for the job, only to stuff their pockets.I ask deliberately because of our financial situation to not add any cost that were outside of the scope of work we were there for, an alternator and battery. What did we learn when we arrived? That they charged us $30+ for a new headlight because Debbie thought she worked for the state police and said it was more safe. We didn t ask for it and again, I specially asked for nothing outside of the alternator and battery work. They did not call us even though we asked repeatedly to be updated.Also, the diagnostic test that consist of plugging in a tool and is free at Autozone, will cost you $110 at this dealership.The 1 star hotel look on the inside and outside of this dealership speaks to how they treat their customers and the value they bring. Don t go here, save your time and money.

Only once out of the five times I have visited this dealership have I had anything good to say.The first time was for service on my wife's car, they didn't have the oil filter in stock for her Chevrolet Spark, and didn't realize it until they had already drained the oil. Her car was in their shop for three days, with no offer of goodwill.The second visit was for service on my Chevrolet Volt for a blown out tire. They were unaware there was a service campaign for the tires having inexplicable sidewall failure, had to pay for a tire that should have been replaced under warranty.The third visit was for Chevrolet sales, it took 20 minutes for anyone in the sales office to notice I was even there. The fellow who actually came out to talk to me seemed like he would like to be anywhere but actually helping me.The fourth visit was to sell my father's Prius, where the salesman who I spoke to attempted to tell me the new tires on the car were dry rotted and would likely need replacement. He then proceeded to berate me for 15 minutes while I was trying to leave.The fifth visit was for Toyota sales and the only good experience I've had. I was attending to help my friend look at a new pickup truck. Despite it being a difficult sale to pull off, they actually offered my friend a great deal.Overall I would be extremely wary of this dealership. Anything they offer make sure they put it all in writing, as they have backed out of verbal agreements with several people I know.

I was ripped off here. I bought a used 2016 Hyundai Sonata plug in hybrid. I made a 2.5 hr drive to come here based on a great price and done good reviews and got great treatment as I purchased.Then, red flag #1)when I arrived to pick up the car and sign the paperwork, it was never told to me they didn t have the plug for charging. That s was a $385 piece of hardware. Since I was 2.5 hrs from home I accepted their offer to pay for half.Red flag #2) the check engine and check hybrid light turned on literally within 48 hours of getting the car home. I was authorized to take it to the closet Hyundai dealership near me where it took a $498 repair. They offered to pay for half. Then, two days after that,the same lights reappeared. Now,Red flag #3) it needs a new hybrid battery at $7000!!! Hopefully it s under warranty. Currently awaiting approval. But according to hertrich they are under NO OBLIGATION to help and the previous assistance was a courtesy. So now my $11,000 car needs a $7000 repair. That are not trustworthy. Not even a loaner car during repairs. Nothing. Would probably never go back, not even for a new car. Stay away unless you know how to work on your own engines and go your own repairs.

This place is the absolute best!we came in and honestly did not think we would get the truck and the deal we got!they went above and beyond for us and the team work was absolutely amazing!we showed up with a half a ton of rocks in the truck they moved all of the rock to the new truck for us while we signed papers!They are just down to earth people and it felt like family by the time we left plus everyone stayed past closing time to take care of us....Hands down the best customer service ever!!!especially Clarence,Tonazja and the finance manager Matt Ritter

Bought 2 cars here within the past 10 years. staff is friendly and all local. that's one reason why i take my vehicle to them for any factory or scheduled service. rates are just a tad higher than what a independent shop would charge. waiting area is clean, as the bathrooms are. they even have coffee, soda, and small bags of chips for refreshments overall, a good place. and i don't have to drive over a hour to get to it.

I always have a positive experience at the Maintenance Department at Midway Toyota. I have been going there for many many years and find Kevin an honest and reputable technician. I trust his opinion on the maintenance suggestions of my vehicle. As a single woman it is important to have that trust in my technician and know my Toyota is running as it should be .

Always great service, professional staff and honest people that take pride in their work. The last oil change we also had a wash and detail of our truck. We have never seen such a job! This person obviously takes pride in his work and should be commended!

Brought my vehicle in for a scheduled 3pm oil change. 2 hours later my vehicle was done. Unbelievable. More worried about booking mulitple appointments for the same time frame and capitalizing on profit than the comfort and busy lives of their customers.

First and last time I take my vehicle here. They had to check the A/C on a year old vehicle and do the MD inspection. First, they could only give me an appointment to inspect my vehicle a week after my request. Then, after I waited a week this gentleman wanted to charge me $30 to remove three stickers on my windows in order for it to pass inspection??? My appointment was at 10:00 a.m, at 3:30 p.m. or 5 1/2 hours later he did not know if my vehicle would be done by 5:30 pm. (his response was "i hope is done").

They do their best to make a deal but it takes a lot of time to go through the process. We bought a new Toyota and are happy with everyone there.
