Your service department was great as always. Especially Debbie, she s so pleasant to work with.The only thing I didn t like was being charged an extra fee for using my credit card - especially considering I was using my GM Mastercard. That s just not right!

Very easy process. I was able to leave my SUV over night to be serviced and picked up the following day. Kevin, the service advisor is always so helpful and patient and informs me of recommendations for other services to ensure my truck is safe and running smoothly. I knew I had multiple things to update on my car (oil change, tires, etc.) and everyone was telling me different places to go and I was like "no, I go to Hertrich Chevrolet in Pocomoke because I like it there!"

Issue is resolved quickly and efficiently. What I really liked was that the service manager kept me informed and showed me the issue upfront as well as having the tech explain in detail what the options were.

This is the Chevy & Toyota in Pokomoke City... their selection is a bit limited but that is probably because of the population density of the area. They do have a wide network of other dealerships to pull from which is a saving grace. Overall, this place will do the job for your Chevy & Toyota needs.

Usually going to purchase a vehicle it is a negative experience so were not looking forward to this we had Jaron as the salesman and he was PHENOMENAL he was PROFESSIONAL PERSONABLE and every experience with home was WONDERFUL.. it was so easy and not stressful because of Jaron he did orientation of the truck, and he even paired our phones to the truck, because we are not technically inclined, nor my husband. You have one great asset to your company which is Jaron what a pleasurable experience. So on the other side, we had to go into and talk about a service agreement. We told them that we didn t want to service agreement and he said you have to come and sign papers for the truck anyway. So we wasted an hour or so of our time because we had to listen to the service agreement nonsense that we did not want to get as he was told I can t remember the name of theman for the service agreement but that was very very unneeded waste of our time .

This was a service center call. So, arriving with a vehicle with issues is bad for a start.The people are nice.The technicians seem up to the task.But, Techs can do but so much without parts.My problem was a 2020 Highlander XLE possessed of a MID (the thing that does navigation, radio, phone connections,etc.) - that was possessed. It had taken to a major digital mental breakdown. No radio. No map. No Bluetooth. No smartphone connection.After three hours, the radio was pronounced brain dead. A factory replacement would run over 2 grand.Things could be worse - I could be living in Gaza.But, unfortunately (basically being cheap people) having your wallet bombed engenders a slight degree of kinship.This would be bad enough if one could simply throw money at the problem and move on. And, I did throw the money. Now, the problem is that there is no part to be found.It gets better.There is no estimate on how long it will take to find one - much less how long it will take to get here.Summary;The service center fundamentally wasn't bad to work with.It just doesn't seem congruent for a Totota.I drove a Corrolla for 27 years - the radio still works, missing a knob - the AC still works - it gets 30 mpg.I spring for a newer model, leaping in to a whole new century - it's 3 years old - we bought it 5 months ago.I feel like it should have made it - at least - another decade, before the knob falls off.I can live without a knob.This MID thingy is integrated into 90% of the high tech bells and whistles.Without it, I won't be constantly distracted and annoyed by all the AI advice from all the registered apps. Hm... this could be a good thing (?).I kind of like the back up camera though.If it wasn't for that, I'd tell'm to remove it - and, duct tape over the hole.

Everyone and everything was great except your online scheduling appointment never made it to the service department. They did not know I was coming. Service was still prompt and good.

Service at Hertrich is professional and everyone was respectful and courteous. All questions were answered sincerely and service was done in a timely fashion. Because I maintain my vehicle, I believe that after my wheels were rotated the chrome wheels were cleaned just as I had brought them in. I appreciated that service.

As usual my first choice to order my new car I chose Hertrich Chevy in Pocomoke Maryland. Since I have bought from Midway Toyota now Hertrich in Pocomoke, I knew where to call. The ordering manager for Chevy was great, but all the credit goes to my salesperson Tonazja, the star of the process. Everything was perfect as expected from my go to dealership in Pocomoke. It is and will continue to be worth the 50-mile drive for my service also! Highly recommended!

We arrived 30 minutes before our appointment time. Kevin, who helped us through the entire visit, took our vehicle in right away instead of making us wait. I don't think we were there an entire hour. Kevin answered our questions, was very polite and very professional. Hertrich Chevrolet in Pocomoke is lucky to have him.
