I wish I could leave a zero star. They left my brother-in-law completely hanging . He locked his keys in the car at McDonald's Pocomoke and after they unlocked the car he was $11 short .... And despite assuring them that he would come up the next day to pay or that his father was on his way 20 minutes away to make up the difference.... They threw the keys back in the car and locked it with his wallet and cell phone inside leaving him without any access to contact anyone. Sounds like a terrible company to do business with and if you read the other reviews they would coincide. All in all we had keys at home and came up and unlocked it and I'm glad this company got no money for their time... Karma.

Very poor customer service and price galging of venerable consumers. Towed my vehicle after accident 1 mile from their location. And want to charge 400$ the next morning to pick up. Left in the heavy cold rain with 40 miles and hour winds andno cell phone to get help. That's how they treat a consumer. I will get officials involved to help stop this business from basically what I believe to be the theft of vehicle s by galging prices towards venerable consumers. The driver was without a person with any concerns for the well being of the customer. Definitely in the wrong career!!!!!!

Not a good company at all. My girlfriend called to get towed out of mud, when the driver arrived, he proceeded to tow the car out only to get it re stuck, all while cursing as well. Also, the price was $175 on the phone, but when all said and done, it went up to $220. Stay away from this company at all costs.

I rented my vehicle to move into my new home. The vehicle appeared cleaned. After we begin moving stuff in the vehicle. I notice baby roaches in the front and roaches under the black mat in the back. Did I have time to take pictures of roaches?! Absolutely not . I was too focus on getting my family clothing out of that U-Haul truck. I will never rent from this location or any location. U haul has not returned my call. They just keep saying I m going to escalate and no one is actually following up. It s terrible business. I attempted to speak with someone at Henslers, who was rude. She stated, we don t have pictures. I am sorry that I did not have time to take pictures of running roaches, as I am taking my belongings. That van was obviously not clean and poor management. Of course you will not own up to your mistake. Beware when renting !! I will never vent from that establishment again! They charged for insurance that the U-Haul represented said we decline! Just terrible businessUpdated replyWe decline the insurance and U-Haul confirmed it. They said that someone from your company had to initiate my return. If your van was clean when we received it, why did you charge me fees. You know just as well as I know you re covering your tracks. People will say anything these days but business will do and say anything to cover their tracks and not take any ownership. I am terrible sorry I decided to be rent a U-Haul. I will be calling them again tomorrow!

On Friday 09-02-22, I was at my property working on my pickup truck. When I started the truck, It crept forward and fell off the end of my driveway pad before I could hit the breaks. It was only about a 1foot drop but I needed a tow truck to pull it back up onto the pad so I called AAA and they sent Hensler's. The first truck arrived pretty quick followed shortly by the second truck. The guy driving the second truck said to the first truck driver "if they sent you why am I here" and the first truck driver told him that I just stopped by to see if you might need some help because I towed this truck before and the transmission is stuck in drive. The second truck driver told him that he didn't need any help so the first driver left. Now the second driver looked at my truck, walked around it for approximately 35 minutes scratching his head, then without so much as even hooking a cable or a chain to it and giving it a try, he turned to me and said that he couldn't do the job and left. So I called AAA again, this time they sent a company called Baby Al's from Westover Maryland. Baby Al's arrived, look under the front of the truck for 3 minutes, then hooked two chains to the rear frame and pulled the truck out with no problems at all and towed it to Gibbons Auto Repair for service. Once Baby Al's arrived, the entire job which included the extrication and subsequent tow only took 25 minutes. Needless to say, Hensler's needs to hire some experienced drivers or leave the towing business to companies like Baby Al's.

Tow driver tried to run me off the road on the bay bridge, then flipped me off and laughed and waved while doing it. Very dangerous person behind the wheel. Will definitely post dash cam video.

The driver came, explained what happened and then took my car to a garage. Then he drove us to a hotel that was surrounded by places to eat. I recommend them highly.

Prompt & courteous service responding to roadside assistance request through my car insurance. The tow for my disabled car arrived quickly. & even though my car wasn't in the best position for a tow, he very carefully maneuvered the car with the tow truck until he had it in a good position to load it on the truck. Both the car & I arrived at the repair shop safe & sound. Thanks!

First class people and even better service. After being stranded on the side of The road and finally getting me to a hotel, from bright and early, Rachel and I were on the phone figuring out a way to get me to Brooklyn, NY. After a couple hours with AAA dropping the ball, Rachel spoke to them and made it happen. Bruce came down, loaded my car up, and it was a smooth and safe ride up. I wholeheartedly recommend them, God forbid I m in the area and have an emergency, I know who I m calling first!

**** updated response **** Oh so the 4 keys that dont fit in the palm of a hand magically did so. And the package that was opened by the driver is also magically emptied. At least it is acknowledged NOW that the keys exist. Nothing like a business owner who is rude and lacks accountability. But I also appreciate your feedback it really helps to decide who to do business with and who not to. *****The owner Racheal has no customer service skills. The tow truck driver lost the key locks to the car as evidenced by the empty package. Rudely insisted that the car didn't have key locks until a mechanic at another repair shop had to call and inform them of their mistake. She speaks poorly to people and should not be in this business. It is strongly recommended that you seek another business to meet your needs.

Yesterday I found out while traveling from NC to PA with an elder how bad off one can be when stranded north of the Chesapeake bridge-tunnel on a Sunday. Thanks to a tire blowout mixed with a blessing, I also found a tow operator from the old school who turned our nightmare into a meaningful inconvenience. He drove 60 miles south on US-13 to tow our vehicle 30 miles north where he arranged hotel stay, walk-able accommodations and early Monday tire replacement in Onley, VA. Yes people, he really did all that and ALL parties involved were fairly priced. This all started with a call to AAA road service and ended with fond memories of good people whom I hope to meet again someday. Unbeknownst to everyone, my elderly passenger (2nd mom) will be 100 years old within 30 days on September 17, 2019... life happens. Thank you kindly, Bruce Rogers. You sir are the very best!

Crooks. They are not 24 hours. They make it a habit to call the individuals that are at their facility to make payment for services rendered offensive names. I find this reprehensible and predatory in nature. They over charge and require you to leave the vehicle on their lot in order to obtain additional fees. They fail to appear at their designated business hours to further cause inconvenience and distress. My advice is they should be avoided and double check your bill.

Nothing is more pleasing than dealing with professional and polite people especially when you're having a bad day or things aren't going your way. From Rachael, who took my call, to Mike, who picked up my vehicle, I experienced nothing but a polite and professional experience. I hope I don't need towing any time soon, but if I do, you will be the only place I call. Thank you!

Horrible experience, stranded for over an hour and this company refused to work with my INSURANCE to get me help! Been waiting for over an hour, my insurance was willing to pay them before hand and they still denied them! All because they could not fax and thought my insurance was a scam! It is FARMERS INSURANCE NOT A SCAM
