I can't say enuff about the owners!! Great ppl! Rick does fantastic work! Deb is very knowledgeable! Great customer service here. Personable ppl, friendly, u won't regret choosing this place. If he can't fix it, like exhaust issues I had, they recommend u to who u should go to.

I relocated down here from NJ and have taken my car to 2 places prior to finding Rick's. I hated driving to Salisbury and I wanted something closer to home.. Rick and his wife Debbie have always gone above and beyond for me. As far as giving me a ride home even and picking me back up when my car was done. I will never go to another mechanic unless Rick tells me I have to. I love supporting local small businesses and this is definitely one to support! They love all their customers and treat them the same way they would their family.Services: General repairs & maintenance, Tire rotations, Brakes, Auto brake replacement, Oil change

Today was my very first experience with "Ricks Auto Clinic", but it will not be my last. After years of getting sub-par service at another business, I saw on FB someone recommended Ricks. Then about 75-100 more people chimed in about how wonderful they are. They were 110% correct! To me this business reminds me of the "good ole days" when you had great service and the owners really cared about you! I am SO excited to have found this business. Fair price and excellent service. River the "office manager" (aka sweet dog) was a doll baby too! Thank you Debby and Rick for making me feel completely at ease with all you knowledge about cars! I will be back!!!Service: Oil change

Highly recommend Rick's for your automotive repair needs. The price i paid was actually cheaper than the quote I was given. Had both lower ball joints replaced within 2 hours. He only uses name brand replacement parts on his repairs, which is a plus to me. Rick even showed me other problems I had and I was able to get a appointment for the next week to get theses issues fixed. Great place and I really liked they're dog, really friendly. Would recommend Rick's to anyone.

Awesome people! I needed air in my tires in a spare of the moment situation on my boat trailer. And they were kind enough to stay late and help me out when I told them I was from out of town. Beautiful shop and great people. I'd recommend to anyone in that area!

This place was a lifesaver. We had left Ocean City when my engine light came on. We pulled into a gas station and were able to get in touch with Rick s Auto Clinic. They gave me a number for a tow truck. The serpentine belt had torn. Luckily they were able to get me in quickly and replaced my belt. Couldn t have gone any smoother. I feel so lucky to have met Rick and Debbie. They are down to earth people with great customer service. So grateful they were able to get us back on the road to Pennsylvania. P.S. Their dog is a sweetie. :)

Can't say enough good things about Rick and Debbie. While driving back to Virginia from Ocean City, our car's engine started malfunctioning. We went to the closest mechanic we could find on Google. We weren't sure what to expect and were afraid we were going to be taken advantage of. Debbie welcomed our kids to the waiting room and gave them little toy cars while Rick assessed the car. He explained everything to us. It turns out it was a manufacturers defect. Rick was able to quickly provide a temporary fix to help us get back in the road. He had diagnosed this issue before and gave us a print out of information to take to the Honda dealership to have them fix it for free. We were back on the road within an hour. If were local to the area we would definitely be switching mechanics and taking our cars here. Highly recommend.

Highly recommend, had tire issues on boat trailer after leaving OC and Called right before close, they had us bring it in and Mrs Debbie showed us around their amazing shop while Mr Rick had us back on our way in 20 minutes. My wife and I were traveling out of town when the bolt backed out of the caliber. After calling 6 places, I was given Rick's auto clinic name by another long time customer. Rick had us fixed and out the door in no time. Him and his wife Debbie are nicest people we have met in a long time. I wish I lived closer, I would become regular. GREAT!!!! I have been using Ricks shop to repair vehicles for 3 years. He was reffered by a freind of the family. I will not go to any other mechanic shop other than this one. Rick is one of the best mechanics ive ever met. Not only does he work on vehicles he also teaches upcoming mechanics the ropes. That is a true master in his trade. Thank you Rick for your great prices and quick work! Would highly recommend!

We had some issues with our vehicle and we were traveling far from home, when we were searching mechanics ricks auto came up and they had really good reviews so we decided to drive there! we had a good experience they were very helpful and Debbie was so nice and generous with my three children if anyone is ever in need trust me go to them!!!!
