Rachel was totally awesome with me and my situation. I wasn't happy with my present insurance company. Rachel took her time, listened, got all my information, and helped me get a great policy. I ended up saving me $800 a year on my homeowners insurance, and actually got me a better plan then what i already had. You will not find a better agent out there. If you looking for a outstanding agent, give Rachel a call, you will not be disappointed. Thank you Rachel, you have a new client for life.

I have had the pleasure of working with Dana Temple and she's amazing! From the very start, she's been super helpful and kind. She's incredibly knowledgeable, responsive and patient as well. Just today actually, nearly a year after my initial insurance purchase with her help, I emailed for some guidance and BOOM!...she was on it again! I was referred to Ms. Rachel Lynch by a friend. As soon as I emailed Ms. Lynch she was professional, efficient, and kind. I thought changing my insurance would be a long drawn out process, but she got me new insurance in less than a week. The best part was I didn t have too many tasks on my end to complete on my end of the process!!! I have already referred a friend to her for her excellent services.

EDIT:8/23/2023My wife and I recently purchased a new home so we, of course, reached out to Dana for a quote on a new homeowner's policy and to combine our auto policies that had previously been through 2 separate companies. Not only did Dana get us amazing coverage, she saved us HUNDREDS on our new auto, home, and personal property bundle! I just wanted to come back to say again that Next Level Insurance is THE BEST in the biz!!==================================================As a Realtor, my clients look to me for recommendations on all of their real estate needs, including homeowners insurance. It's crucial that I align myself with professionals I can trust and who will provide top-notch customer service. Dana is professional, very helpful and responsive! I contacted her to add a car to my existing policy not thinking it was a weekend, but she got on it quick and in no time, our new car was added. We have our car and home insurance with Erie and everything was setup by Dana! Would definitely recommend!

While we did not meet Dana in person, she is the most personable agent over the phone! She was so kind and informative, and also patient while we asked an assortment of questions. We needed an auto insurance policy quickly because we had just moved to Maryland, and Dana was efficient with getting us set up with a new policy that met our financial needs. Dana is such a pleasure to work with. There are thousands of Insurance agents at your disposal and the one thing that should separate the best from the rest is communication! I often feel that customer service is a lost art and we are all to quick to accept the "everything is automated" as the norm. Not with Dana! She is a fantastic communicator and is always willing to answer your questions. Although she saved us a substantial amount of money on our insurance, having someone guide you through the process and confidently explain expectations is even more important to me. Don't hesitate to give her a call!
