I cannot speak highly enough of our experience with Ron and AutoPros. Our car had been exhibiting troubling signs, and it finally refused to start at a rest area during our journey. In a state of distress, we reached out to several places, but Ron from AutoPros was the only one willing to go above and beyond to assist us.Ron immediately arranged for a towing company to pick up our stranded vehicle and personally came to pick up our family of four. His dedication and willingness to help were truly remarkable. Once at his shop, it became clear that our car's issue was more complex than anticipated, and it was unwise to continue waiting.Ron's support extended beyond mere car repair. Understanding our predicament, he provided us with valuable advice on alternative transportation options, including trains, buses, and car rentals. His patience and genuine concern for our well-being were evident as he ensured we had a plan in place before we left his shop and it was already way after his closing time.Ron's exceptional service and kindness left a lasting impression on us. He is not just an outstanding auto mechanic but also a compassionate and caring individual. We wholeheartedly recommend Ron and AutoPros to anyone in need of automotive assistance. I would like to give this place an outstanding star! Not to lie I got quotes at a couple other places on gettin that dag gone 2010 f150 exhaust manifold replaced on the passenger side. One place was crazy high the other was around the same as Auto pros. I said you know what I ll take a chance they are right down the street from me I ll stop in see what they say. Needless to say my truck is back to me and very quite all I hear now is the roar of my flow master so glad I took the chance thanks Ron and everyone at AUTO PROSService: Exhaust

Worst service EVER!! Scheduled for work on my truck, they said they would have it 2-3 days, they had it for a week. Had an excuse for everthing. Work wasn't totally finished when I was told to come pick it up, still had to wait for it. Final test drive mechanic saidhe still had to fix a few things. Was supposed to get back with me the following week, never heard from anyone. I called the following week they said maybe one day thisweek. I was willing to give them a whole dayjust for some minor adjustments. When theysaid one day this week let me talk to mymechanic I'll call you right back, they GHOSTED me. BEWARE of auto pros.

Sooo I had quite a bit of electrical work done to my conversion van at this location. 2 batteries hooked up, an isolator separator, a vent fan, back up camera, and battery reader gauge.Mechanic did a great job on hiding wires, labeling wires I did however have concerns that my battery gauge was not hooked up correctly and voiced that to them. When they looked into it further, they said the separator was not working, so they replaced it and said it was fixed..During the process of them working on my van it was accidentally damaged by their lift in 3 places, which they took full fault and stated they d have it fixed. All of this was on a very strict time frame as I was currently living out of the van and they had to keep it multiple days over a months time to work on it.They did not fix the damage themselves, but who ever they chose to fix it did a very poor job. Over spray and drip marks are clearly visible, mind you this is on a $75k Mercedes sprinter that now has a $25 dollar paint job on both sides. They also only fixed 2 out of the 3 lift mark spots, since they said they didn t make the one in the front. I don t have the time to waste to give it back to them yet again for the 4th time to have it fixed the right way, so I have just chosen to deal with it and learn my lesson for the future.After all of this, I had the electrical double checked on it since I still felt as though it was not working as it was supposed to be, come to find out both my battery gauge and separator were hooked up incorrectly.. After Looking even further into it, we found fuses that were legitimately just electrical taped to wires instead of just adding the correct connectors.It is not worth it to me to try to fight what I knew wasn t right, but they swore was right, and the existing damage that they said they didn t do even though it is identical marks from the damage they did take fault for and my van has not been on a lift prior to coming here for work.I just feel as though they shouldn t be advertising and agreeing to work on items that they are not familiar with or educated on. I am a nurse and I wouldn t agree to do a cardiac surgery knowing I m not a cardiac surgeon Sorry, but it s a no go for me here

My car broke down at the end of my vacation. I needed to get back to PA with my 8 yr old son. Nobody would take me. This was my last call after many. They said come in and I will see what I can do. Not only did I get a diagnostic but the repair were completed. I felt good trust worthy energy when I walked through the door. They treated me and my son with kindness and did a great job with my car. We made it home safely. Still no issues with the repairs they completed.

Had a great experience with this business. Made an appointment for brakes on my wife's car. Dropped it off the night before. The next day they called to tell me it was done and we went to get it. I asked how much the bill was and they said just a tip for the mechanic. Brakes were good for another 10000 miles and everything looked good on the vehicle. Thank you guys for your generosity and honesty. It meant a lot.Service: Brake service & repair

My friend and I ran into some car trouble on our way down from a road trip to D.C. In our anxious state, Auto pros was incredible. They saw us immediately even though they were busy and went the extra mile to call shops nearby to see if they could see us faster. They fixed the problem honestly, efficiently, and effectively all while easing our worries and making sure to get us home safely. I would recommend them to anyone. I d easily make the long drive back up to have future problems looked at because I know my cars would be in good hands. Thank you all for your help!

This is an AWESOME place. The mechanics are friendly, kind and very knowledgeable.. Ron Wood, who is the owner, is very hands-on. He is very reasonably priced, he is very honest about what needs to be done and doesn't take advantage of ppl (especially females). If you have a car... HE is the person to see about any mechanical issues!

Ron is a gem of a person. My car started misfiring on the highway. I suspected from previous experience that there was an issue with the spark plugs and one or more ignition coils, and I knew that they were past due for replacement. This was close to 6pm, and Ron held the shop open for me to bring in my car. He drove me to a nearby hotel, his diagnostics the next morning confirmed my suspicion, and he did the work right away to get me back on the road.AutoPros only uses the best replacement parts, and they do work that is meant to last a long time. The parts are premium, and it shows in what you pay. I know, because I do my own auto work, and I know the parts they used. They are far from the cheapest, but the value is in the work. Remember - you get what you pay for, and you don't want to pay twice. You won't be wishing after x amount of miles that it would have been worth it to pay more for a higher quality part.

We showed up to AutoPros very randomly and had a really great experience! We thought something was wrong with our power steering so they gave our car a full check up and refilled some of the fluids that were low. They reassured us that nothing was wrong and didn t end up charging us anything for the service. Plus we had our dog with us and they gave her all the treats which she loved. All the employees there were very kind and welcoming. Definitely the best experience I ve had at a mechanics to date.

Finding an honest and trustworthy mechanic seems to be one of those things where once you do, you will be a customer for life. If I lived near Perryville, Auto Pros would be my mechanic forever.My family and I were on a road trip from Vermont to Florida for a cruise vacation, and had car electrical trouble 400 miles into our trip.Having an idea of what the problem was (a bad alternator), I was scared that our cruise vacation was going to be over before it started. I called them at 11AM (on a Friday) to see if they could fit in an alternator replacement same day, and we were on the road by 4PM.I cannot say enough good things about my experience with Auto Pros. Ron was very welcoming and approachable, and he called to check on us the following Monday as I was gathering our luggage before boarding the cruise ship in Florida. Thunder (the shop dog) was a great distraction for my family while we waited for the work to be done.Thank you Ron and staff for ensuring my family was able to finish our road trip and have a wonderful vacation.Services: Electrical, Battery

I had service performed on my vehicle on 12/20/19. AutoPros of Aberdeen was highly recommended by a friend of mine and they lived up to the great service that was told to me. Ed and Kenny provided excellent service. I am 100% satisfied with the work they did on my vehicle. I am thankful for honest mechanics who care about the customer. I will tell my friends to visit their shop.I had other services performed on my husband and my vehicle by AutoPros on 4/8/2020. Once again AutoPros did a great job and my husband and I are extremely satisfied with the work. AutoPros have great staff and they make you feel like family. Great work and an honest price. I recommend AutoPros to anyone who's looking for Great work at an honest price.

Auto Pros were a life saver for me! My battery light came on while on 95 and air conditioning shut off on my car while still 2 hours from my destination. It was only a matter of time til I broke down, but luckily I made it to their shop and they accommodated me quickly and efficiently. Everyone in the shop was friendly and professional, and they had two furry friends to keep me company. I cannot thank them enough! I made it safely and my car is better for their service!Service: Battery

I was driving north on 95 on a Friday evening right before their closing time (4:55) when I heard a noise under my car. After pulling off of 95 I called and explained the situation. I was told the mechanics were packing up for the day but if I could get there quickly someone would wait around to take a look.I arrived 5 minutes or so later and a mechanic was waiting for me. He took a look under the car and saw that the skid plate was essentially dragging. He said he could use some zip ties as a temporary fix so I could get home safely.A few minutes later, I was ready to go. No charge just a request to pay it forward . I don t live nearby, but if I did these guys would be my go-to mechanic. I hope someone reads this and decides to give them their business.Service: General repairs & maintenance

Auto Pros was amazing. I was travelling from PA to DC for a company meeting. While on I-95 I had engine issues. I went to 3 other locations unable to assist me before I got to Auto Pros. They stopped what they were doing and got my vehicle right into a bay. My 6 year old engine was shot. They went the extra mile and found an extended service warranty from Kia for my engine. In addition to that they had called personal friends trying to get me a ride to DC to make my meeting. They allowed my vehicle to stay at their repair shop for a few days while I arranged a tow company to take my vehicle to an Kia dealership for the engine to be replaced. Ron and Dave were absolutely amazing to work with. If I lived local they would definitely get my business, they earned it that day.Service: Auto engine diagnostic

Kenny and his shop did our family a huge solid today!! My wife s mom and grandpa broke down on the way to visit us in NC today. After calling around to find a mechanic to look over the car, Kenny told us he could have it looked at and hopefully even fixed today as he was open and working until 6. Long story short Kenny fixed the car, even had my mother-in-law picked up where AAA had dropped them, and got them back on the road in less than 4 hours! With the Christmas holiday only 2 days away! AutoPros was our Christmas miracle this year for sure! You guys are awesome!!

Auto Pros of Aberdeen have been the best auto shop I have EVER been too! Having a 93 Oldsmobile, I've had to get a lot of work done on my vehicle. I have been treated as if I were family. When I had to get rid of my old car, they not only found me a new, reliable, and safe vehicle for me and my daughter but ensured it wouldn't drain my wallet :) You guys are truly the best, and I will continue to get all my vehicle maintenance and repairs done at your shop! Thank you for taking care of me!!!

I was a faithful customer to this shop as I have been going here since they were in Aberdeen Harford County MD before moving to Perryville Cecil County MD.I would not recommend going to this shop as they are playing extreme guessing games when it comes to fixing a major car issue.I have a 2015 Chevy cruze. I was having a engine light show up on my dash. Was told the code P0011(intake camshaft position system). I was told needed new (solenoids).And said I needed both sides done. The price for parts and labor comes to 500 dollars or so. I had no problem paying that and I got the work done that was told would fix my situation. As you can probably guess the light on my dash didn't disappear and the problem I was experiencing continued. (Loud rumbling when idle and driving). Went back for them to take a look and they hooked it up to test oil pressure. Mine was off by 4% my car is 7 years old and I was told I would need to replace my entire engine or prepare to get a new car. Something didn't seem right about this.I always say go with your gut people!!! Always always get a second opinion. Because after getting a second option as well as doing my own research of other people who have had this issue. I went to a different shop and was told they only used half of the part as well as i did not need BOTH SIDES. The solenoids come with a sleeve portion that is suppose to be added and it wasn't. This why I wouldn't recommend. I dont mind if you are not aware of the problem but DO NOT use my money as a TEST TRIAL. Thats extremely unfair!! Will not be going back there ever again!

I had a problem that no other shop around and even the dealership could/wanted to handle, but their shop handled the job beautifully with a persistent attitude in just a couple of hours! On top of that, they gave me a magnificent brake job and standard fluid flush on a couple of systems all for a great price! Best customer service I've seen so far in this industry, very experienced, and very knowledgeable. They've got a regular for sure!

Traveling from NJ to TN on Xmas eve my car broke down. I had my 88 year old dad and 3 dogs. Desperate to find a mechanic I had found this awesome garage. Had my car fixed the same day! Kenny found the part number which I couldn't get at two other automotive parts stores. Ordered and picked up one day later. Ron's business is always better than others. Words will not express our appreciation for the unscheduled on the spot repair Dave did on our trailer. We were in a bad way, having a serious blowout on our trailer tire, which caused damage to the suspension. We were lucky to break down just prior to exit 85. Having changed the tire, carefully gotten off 95 and finding a place to stay overnight, we were lucky to be recommended to AutoPros. You understood our situation, put other work aside and got us back on the road. Your shop and all personnel involved were extremely professional and courteous. My dad took his f-350 to get exhaust put on. Ordered it and was put on within 2 days. They did such a great job. Very friendly and knowledgeable. Will definitely be doing business with them again.

Ed is fantastic. His customer service is great, he explains everything so you have a better understanding what is happening with your car and he takes care of you. My 07 Jeep has about 222,000 miles on it and AutoPros of Aberdeen helps keep her running.

Military friendly and quality work! ED is great went through a few options with me and was not pushy for additional services. Fixed what I had asked for and had a good open line of communication with me. My 1 experience with them was of course in a time of need and I didnt feel taken advantage of, in fact I felt hopeful when building a new relationship with a new mechanic. Not a feeling that you get often with a "service" line of work. Highly recommend and just be straight with them and they will he straight with you.

Pass Auto Pro's everyday to and from work, just bought a 2020 Jeep Wrangler Sport Unlimited I needed a locking fuelcap within 24 hours I had one, the rain guard's I had installed were done wrong will be done shortly. Also my service dog is having acl surgery on his other leg and needed a telescoping pet ramp...they hooked me up within an hour of my request. Between the owner Ron, his wonderful son in law Kenny and Eddie an all around great guy my dad and I are extremely pleased and will continue getting all of our services there from now on, my only regret....not finding them sooner! Very HAPPY would highly recommend for any service's you may need!!!

First time I had ever been to this establishment, the first impression was a little iffy but just goes to show you can't judge a book by its cover. Took my GTI in to get fitted with new coilovers and wheels. Kenny was very professional, he asked me exactly what I wanted done and the look I was going for. It took a day and a half and even during the hurricane winds and flooding his team was in the shop getting the work done. My vehicle turned out even better than what I had invisioned, they did an absolute amazing job. I will be returning to Auto Pro's in the future, thank you Kenny and team Services: Steering & suspension repair, Wheel alignment
