The heat in my F150 wasn t working due to a leak. I took it in to another shop in severna park and had a rough experience and an exorbitant quote. My neighbor recommended Don Prince, saying they use Prince s for their truck and always had fair prices and good customer service. I couldn t agree more. Don was super informative, efficient, and gave me a quote that was HALF what the other shop was going to charge. He wasn t going to do a bunch of unnecessary work. We feel good about finding a local, trustworthy mechanic for our vehicles.

I won't take my car anywhere else. Mr. Don is the best. The work is always good and if it something doesn't feel right they check it again. You can't go wrong taking your vehicles there.

Quick and easy. Don and Nick got my wife s van safe again. They were able to make a recommendation on a good tire that would keep the family safe and didn t break the bank. It s always a pleasure dealing with this local family owned business.

I have been taking my car to Princes tire and auto for several years. The owner is very nice and treats us like family. The owner and staff are very dedicated to their work and provide excellent work. They only fix or repair what is needed and they will call you with an estimate before they replace or repair any part of your car. I highly recommend this auto repair company to anyone who needs work done on there car.

Very happy with service performed on our vehicle. Only complaint would be there's $120 consultation fee, computer fee, whatever you want to call it. We were not notified of that when we brought the vehicle in and most places that do charge a fee it's used towards the repair of the vehicle, which in this case it was not. So very disappointed in that.

The Owner Don was very friendly & knowledgeable. He gave me a rough estimate on the price of alignment on a classic car. The price ended up on the low end of the range of his estimate. I highly recommend his business as he is very trustworthy!Service: Wheel alignmentService: Wheel alignment

Prince's Tire and Auto is the only place I will take my car. Excellent customer service and super friendly. They explain what is exactly wrong with your car, when they can do it and what the price is up front. I have been going here for my oil changes and maintenance for over 10 years now and highly recommend them. Keep it up Prince's!

I called many shops looking for help on why car would not stay charged many places had know one with the knowledge or experience to check it out. Contacted Prince s and with a light hearted answer of we have been here for thirty years I am sure we can figure it out I went into the shop. They were friendly and got back to me the next day. I had other work done that was already needed. They located the cause which they sent me to Jim s body shop. Turns out my trunk latch needs to be replaced which was wearing down the battery. They will install within the week. Prince s great treasure for our community. Thank you so much.

My review is 5stars because Prince's was the only shop I called that could repaired my car timely manner in the same day.Don was very professional and explained the repairs in easy language for me to understand.I would most certainly use the in the future.

This is the only shop I will go to. The guys here are great! They always take care of me when I need my car worked on. Even if Nick s busy, he will find the time to squeeze me in. Can t get service like that anywhere but at Prince s.

Ive used Princes for the past 5 years personally. Now we are shifting all our corporate fleet trucks and commercial light duty dump trucks to Princes. Auto repair has to be correctly and by experienced mechanics. They always are polite and do excellent work...any repair you request is done professionally and they will never do a repair that is not needed...I use them for everything my car needs...and I always tell family and friend to go to prince's for their needed repairs...

I was referred to Prince's by a great guy so I didn't hesitate to go there! I stopped in just for a inquiry. Nick told me exactly what the problem was. They were able to not only fix the problem, but they did it in a TIMELY fashion. They kept me informed through the whole process which I absolutely loved. Friendly atmosphere and great customer service after recently having the worst experience at another local auto shop. I'll be leaving them a honest review all while letting people know that PRINCE'S is just a mile away! Thanks guys,New Lifetime Customer!

I had the best experience at Prince s. I had gone to the Nissan Dealer for an oil change and diagnoses and they quoted me almost 1300 to fix my rear muffler and drive belt.Don was awesome, had my car fixed in less than two days, and charged me less than a third of what Nissan was trying to charge me.Great communication, great service, clean office, super nice team. Just good honest business practices. Came in to get brakes and rotors done and they said that s not why my truck was having issues so instead of just replacing them and taking my money them they gave me the real reason as to why I was having truck issues and preformed a different repair that was cheaper! All around great experience and very friendly staff. I found my new go to mechanic shop going forward. Thanks again guys

Don was very helpful. At short notice, I needed to get my brakes and rotor fixed. I was looking around and notice the auto shop was in the neighborhood. I called in the early morning and he was able to get my brakes done within a few hours. Now my car is riding smoothly The price was very reasonable. I ve been going to Prince s Tire and Auto for almost 30 years. Very experienced and competent. Hands down the most honest vehicle service shop I have ever dealt with. In all the years I have been going there for service they have never tried to upsell me. Hundreds of thousands of miles of service on my vehicles and I don t like going anywhere else. Always have a wonderful experience at Prince's! Turn around time is wonderful, I had my car back in less than 2 days. Everyone is friendly. I have never had a bad experience and will always use Prince's!
