I go to this gas station every time to purchase gas. For the first time I utilize their mechanic to give me an oil change. Initially when the clerk went back to get the mechanic he came up front looked at me and said "I thought you said it was a lady up here, just kidding, haha". He doesn't even know me to joke with me that way. Upon completion I checked my oil to see what it look like and it was dirty. I went back in to ask the man how many quarts of oil he put in my car and he said 5. He said that because it had been a while that it was very dirty it may look that way. I accepted that and began to leave. Then I notice he didn't put a next Oil Change sticker in my window. I went back in and simply asked for the sticker and he hollered at me and told me that I was becoming a pain in the ass. I said how dare you talk to me that way , I'm a paying customer and I just paid you. Do you talk to all of your customers this way? I try to reasonably talk to him and ask why would he feel like he could talk to a customer in this manner and he was still being an a****** and arrogant. At that point we began to argue. I asked him would you be comfortable speaking this way to me if I were a man or if I were not African American? He then went on to make some comment about Obama and I don't know what that has to do with anything . He walked towards me like he was going to do something and I backed up and he closed his garage door. I will never go there again for anything ever. He presents himself initially as a nice guy but if you have a question about the repair that you have just spent your hard-earned money for then he will curse you out. When I went in to complain to the attendant at the counter he told me that this was not the first complaint and gave me a phone number to contact a manager in 3 days. Very dissatisfied with the treatment I received considering I gave my money that I work hard for and I can't ask you to complete a job that you're supposed to do by putting a sticker in my window without you feeling like you can then turn around and curse me out. Do not go there if you appreciate good customer service, honesty and someone that you can communicate with effectively. He's also overpriced. He told me that it would cost $450 for a tune-up and $850 for a ball joint. The inside staff are always great though I will say that but not enough to make me ever enter that building again and give them the money that I work hard for the same way he thinks he works hard for he his.

They always do quality work and inform you of everything that was done and things that may need to be done down the road. And the six months same as cash financing is a plus with the economy the way it is!

Better place for car inspection, fuel change, car tires air pressure checking and internal cleaning. No need to have coins for air pressure machine and vacuum.
