Recently was in due to having my front bumper replaced and I have nothing but great things to say about Jim s Body Shop!Whitney kept me posted each step of the way, and I couldn t have asked for better communication.The work was impeccable, the body guy nailed it! The paint/fit and finish was spot on. No gaps in-between panels and the paint matched exactly to the rest of the car. The bumper had some factory flaws with fitment and the body guy worked his magic and it came out perfect.I would definitely recommend this body shop.

I have been taking my vehicles to Jim's Body Shop, for as long as I have had vehicles that needed repair or body work. Twenty plus years and always impressed with the attitude, accuracy, speed, workmanship, and price. Whitney gets the whole process in motion and follows up from start to finish.

I took my Mustang here to get an aftermarket spoiler installed. My Mustang did not come with a spoiler from the factory, so some drilling was required into the trunk and it wasn't something I personally felt comfortable doing, so I decided to take it to Jim's. I'm very glad I did.They had the car for a couple days, which is to be expected. I came short notice and they had other jobs they were doing, and while it wasn't the type of work they were used to, they were happy to take the job.The upon receiving the finished product, the quality was amazing. The spoiler is perfectly centered and does not move. Additionally, they fitted rubber pieces to the inside of the trunk where they drilled to installed the screws, so the job looks clean and tidy.If I have any more body work that I want done on the Mustang, I have full faith in the folks here at Jim's to do it right, and I will gladly come again.Service: Body & Trim

Run away, far far away. My truck was there for at least 24 working days, they never did the job, and they lied to me 3 times. I will never go back.The full story: After scheduling my repair 4 months in advance, my truck was there for 12 working days and they never touched the rust repair. They gave my truck back to me (at my request), rescheduled for two months later (at a discount), and promised that they "would work on nothing but my truck" when it came back in. (Lie number 1.) When I brought it back, after a week they asked for a week extension (with another discount). Then they asked for a weekend extension because they "had a plan" to work overtime and get it done. (Lie number 2.) The following Tuesday (12 working days total), they said it was done. (Lie number 3.) When I showed up, they still hadn't touched my rust repair. Imagine my disgust when they have had my vehicle for over two weeks, told me it was done, and I find they never did the work! They just gave up. They flat out lied to me, three times!!! They had my vehicle for no less than 24 working days and never did the job! The front office and the shop manager have no idea how to communicate or schedule work. I am appalled and disgusted. Run away, far far away.Full disclosure: Once my truck there, I requested to have a new bumper installed, which they did and ultimately did not charge for as a way of saying "we're sorry we didn't do the job you asked us to do." That was a very nice gesture on their part, but does not change the facts around what transpired.Services: Painting, Body & Trim, Welding

Great body shop! I've used this place three times and my husband has used it as well. Quality work and affordable. Friendly and honest staff. One estimate was a little higher than the actual work cost and I ended up only paying for the work that was done. I never would have known the estimate was a little high if they hadn't told me. Whitney is so responsive and helpful! She coordinated my rental car extension with Enterprise (a couple times) and communicated directly with the insurance company (multiple times) to get the rental car extension approved and the additional work necessary for my car approved. It was a smooth and easy experience thanks to their wonderful customer service! This is the only body shop my husband and I will use in the future. It's the best body shop!Service: Body & Trim

So I bought a vehicle from you that you repaired yourself and said your daughter was driving. I jokingly said I had no problem replacing battery. You knew I would have to. I had you do body work on my work van. It looks like you DID NOTGING! I was out of town thanks for the trust there. When I called you with the $2grand plus of work the vehicle you sold me needs to pass state inspection. You gave someone else s number and said not your problem. You could be a better person you choose not to be. It s cool. Would love to talk face to face some timeService: Body & Trim

Another amazing family owned business. Their Father is/was a legend back in the 70's. Nothing like doing business with real people and Americans. My vehicle is there now. Soon to send them another one. You're in good hands.

I took my car to Jim Body shop in attempts to have rust fixed on the bottom of my truck . I have been a patron of Jim s for several years. So when I was told by his granddaughter 2 weeks I thought no big deal-Jim had always been an honest hardworking mas So-I dropped my car off , called 2 weeks later . She said she was so sorry they were short on help but, They would prioritize my car and have it back as soon as possible. However, I called yesterday December 18 after not having my car for 5 weeks just to be told my car had still not been worked on let alone TOUCHED! So here I am on my way to pick up my truck after 5 weeks just in need to find another body shop to work on my truck.

Fantastic. I am paying out of pocket for front end demage on an older car. Whitney was able to find a matching color replacement. Saved me a couple hundred! Nice and honest.

These people are great. Family-owned, always friendly and explain everything up front. Took my old car there and just took my current one for minor body work. They are honest and helpful.
