Incredible service and even better prices. Gave them a job they easily could have tried to bang me over the head on, instead I got extremely fast, and honest work done for far cheaper than I would have guessed. I will recommend them 10/10 times. It s nice to see there s still good, honest mechanics out there that won t try and take advantage of you.

I cannot recommend this business enough! Everyone we dealt with was extremely pleasant, helpful, & knowledgeable. They went above & beyond to help us fix my husband s vehicle during a critical time when he needed to be able to make it to cancer treatments. They were honest, quick, easy to communicate with, & their prices are the best for the quality work they do. What a wonderful experience we had during a stressful time. I cannot thank Independent Auto enough! No wonder they came so highly recommended by friends & family.

My family uses this auto repair shop and they have always been super helpful when it comes to our cars, the customer service goes above and beyond. Recently I worked with Jeff and he would keep me up to date on everything that was going with my car, gave me very helpful recommendations that fit my situation and was very patient. Thanks again Jeff. Highly recommend this place!

I wouldn t go anywhere else. I got a Honda just so I could take it here. My mother has been going here for years. When I met my husband, I found out he took his car here, and so did his parents. The whole family takes their cars here! Best place to take your Honda. They re honest and I trust them.

I love this place so much. I've never once felt like they were yanking me around because I'm a woman. You don't need something done to your car? They'll tell you straight up. You ask for an estimate on something specific? They'll give it to you over the phone. I hate calling other places and hearing 'ummm welll we can't do that until we get it in and get the diagnostic etc etc'. Everyone is very well aware that what they think is the problem might not be the actual problem and the cost will be different. Anyway, proximity to this shop will probably factor into where I move in the future. You just don't get this kind of service anywhere else.My only request would be a QR code to scan at the dropbox to fill out a webform on your phone with the details of why you're dropping the car off. Hate having to embarrass myself with my chicken scratch handwriting:)

Best service from mechanics who provide high quality, honest service. They always give an honest assessment and let you know if any requested work is not necessary or if there are better options that may not cost as much.

If you have a Honda there is nowhere else I would go for service. Better pricing than a dealer and they use genuine Honda parts.

One of the best repair experiences I've ever had. I had them replace a timing belt on my Acura. We dropped it off in the morning and picked it up after work. Very thorough and professional. I shopped around for price, and this place just made me feel confident in my choice. Same day service and price was almost secondary to the level of trust I had after calling them. I would highly recommend independent auto to anyone.

Replace a switch for the a/c. About 45 minutes while I waited. Have serviced all our cars for 25 years.Added more in Oct 2021Just asked them for help installing a ridiculous car seat that I struggled with for over 45 minutes. Saving me embarrassment, it took them about 15 minutes and is safely locked down tight. No charge, but I'm more grateful that the grandkids can now ride with me within worries.Update 8 /14/23 A simple oil change and general check up. In and out, no time at all. I particularly like that they specify what might be coming in future visits and what to keep an eye on to avoid potential problemsAnother year. Squirrels have crawled under the hood and done damage. Absolutely confident that everything will be fixed.

Very nice and knowledgeable staff. It was my first time here and they didn t try to get one over on me , they called me, told me the issues with a very reasonable price and I was able to pick up my car the next day. It drives great! They also were so kind to top off my oil, windshield wiper fluid and plugged my tires. Definitely recommend coming here, it will have you avoid many headaches and mishaps.

This place is one of the reasons I keep buying Hondas. It's great to have a mechanic you can trust. I just got a quote for major repairs that is half what the dealer service center wants. Although they are very busy with work and you may need to schedule ahead a week, the staff is friendly and knowledgeable.

I have been coming to Independent Auto for decades. They are one of the most trustworthy service shops in the midatlantic region. I get my cars in and out in less than a day with no hassles and no calls telling me the cost is hundreds more than the oil change I brought it in for. I love these guys.

Independent Auto has been my go to for a few years for any car work we need done. I recommend them all the time. Recently there was a problem with a hitch install and I cannot tell you how impressed I was by their response and willingness to make it right. We were delighted and they now have customers for life. Everyone should go here rather than a dealership - fair prices, great customer service. They really care which is so refreshing. Totally impressed.

Excellent customer service every interaction. So far they have done all that they have promised to do. The shop has been accessible via phone and even allowed my car to be towed in without any notice. In short, I appreciate the service provided by all I have had the opportunity to speak to. Unless there is a major issue that arises, I will be making this my go to from this point going forward.

I've been bringing my Honda here for years. They do excellent work and are honest. Since they are always busy it's usually hard to get in for a last minute emergency but that's probably a good thing. It indicates that lots of people trust the work they do.

These mechanics as well as the owner are standup people do quality work at a reasonable price cannot find another company with mechanics as good as them . Been going to Independent car care for many many years and will be going back many many years to come again great company.

Had my clutch and flywheel replaced. They did an exellent job and the turnaround time was incredible! I know a lot about cars and they knew more than the dealer! Also they charge very fair prices! I've told multiple friends to take there cars to Patrick and his crew and all are very pleased with the service! I take my non- Honda cars to Honda Man as well.

What was formerly known as Hondaman is now Independent auto. It's the same awesome team, just with a different name out front.They've been taking care of my cars for years and never steered me wrong. You know you have something special when you're advised that maybe fixing the car isn't wise. They help me figure out what is necessary right now and what can wait.Legit, this is the place to go when you need service

Excellent and prompt service! My wife was experiencing problems in wet driving conditions where the vehicle had a lack of control. The problem was tough to describe, but Jeff properly diagnosed the cause - front lower ball joint/control arm assemblies and the repair was a complete success. We have used Independent Auto Center in the past and will continue to do so in the future.
