I had an AWESOME experience with Impressive Detailing. I had to ship my Honda Odyssey at the Baltimore VPC, so it needed to be spotless on the interior and exterior. Needless to say, it passed the inspection with flying colors - even after driving through snow! I've never had my vehicle detailed before and I was blown away with the work that Mr. Marcus did. My vehicle looked better than when I first bought it. He got out some really tough stains in my seat, as well as some paint on my exterior that has been caked on my vehicle for a couple of years! The prices, customer service, and communication were all great and I will definitely come back again for my wife's vehicle. Please excuse my poor photo taking, but nothing compares to seeing his work for yourself in person!

I took a friend's car to Impressive Detailing as he needed it, take a look at the photos of the before as his Golden Retriever has left her smell and dog hair all over his car.I contacted Marcus and brought the car over and he took a good look all over and said "No problem, I can definitely clean this up"...I asked Marcus to take another look as we tried to vacuum the car earlier (without any success may I say), and once again, Marcus said "No problem."I left the car with him early in the day and by the end of business, he contacted me to come by and as you can see by the after photos, what a job!!!I will continue to use Impressive Detailing as the Customer Care, Attention to Detail and the quality products that he uses just shows on the finished product.Love your car, boat, motorcycle? Is it looking a bit "dull"? Bring it to Marcus, he is a magician as you can see by my after photos.

Marcus came thru and did a level 1 paint correction on my truck and it literally looks 15x better, brought the shine back and looks like a totallly different truck. Can t thank them enough

Amazing detail work!! My Toyota was an absolute dirty mess, with deep stains and dirt in every crevice. Somehow he got it looking new like the day I bought. I've been to other detailers, but none of them ever got it this clean. I went to Impressive Detailing so I can get my niece's and nephew's cars detailed. I called the number and Marcus answered, a personable man, who asked a couple of questions and appointments were made to bring both cars in.My nephew's car sits outside in the elements 365 days a year under a tree, he rarely drives it since covid. One could just imagine the condition of the paint job, yes, it was quite bad. I was just hoping for the best and that some shine could be restored on the car.My niece's small SUV was in much better shape as it is newer and parked inside the garage most of the time but regardless, the paint job needed some TLC.Marcus greeted me when I dropped off the car and advised me that it would take 2 to 3 hours to be completed.Four hours later, I was getting anxious why it was taking so long so after contacting Marcus, he said one of the cars was ready and the other car needed another 45 minutes before completion.When I arrived at his shop, Marcus greeted me once again and I could not believe my eyes, a car that had no luster/shine and now the paint job looked brand new, for once, I am at a loss for words. My jaw dropped onto the floor as I just could not believe this was the same car I brought in earlier in the day.I picked up my niece's car after I dropped off the first car and her paint job looked amazing, a deeper color than I remembered it being when I dropped it off earlier in the day.If you love your car and want it to look amazing, drop it off and let Marcus take care of it for you.I am planning to drop off my wife's car in the very near future as Marcus left me totally impressed (get it?)....Services: Auto detailing, Auto interior vacuuming, Car waxing

Marcus is a really nice guy that will do what it takes to make his customers happy. Very courteous and accommodating, especially when I had to drop off my vehicle and pick it up late. My car looked brand new, he did a beautiful wax job! Even though he had an issue w/ some advertising, he honored the price I paid without issues. Marcus was very professional and accommodating. He has cleaned several vehicles including a boat for us. I will say that the jobs I sent him we re challenging to say the least. Each one was completed flawlessly and on time. Being in the automotive business we have dealt with many Detailers over the years, we have found Marcus to give great service at a great price! We will continue to use him. My experience with impressive detail has been by far the best in the industry. Marcus puts the detail in detailing, I had cracks in my consoles with dirt in them that I've been trying to clean out for weeks, coffee stains on my seats and a horrible odor. I'm telling you when I got my car back it looked fresh off the showroom floor. He now does all my vehicles as well as my family, neighbors and work associates.. crazy He even did one hell of a job on my dad's boat! I recommend impressive detailing whole heartedly to anybody and everybody!! The owner is very professional and he is the person who does the detailing. He puts the proper cleaning and waxing product that s suitable for paint on your vehicle. Interior cleaning is best I ve ever seen. Second to none. The only company I would ever use.
