I was referred to Hartloves Auto by Baxter Tire. Thanks Baxter team. I needed a major repair on my car. John Hartlove and his team diagnosed my problem in a timely fashion. I was given a few honest solutions. I chose the best for me. John and his team got my car back to me in the time promised. The work was quality and professional. Highly recommend this local honest business.

I have been bringing my van here for over a year. I have had nothing but positive experiences with flexibility as well as fair pricing. I absolutely will not go anywhere else to get work done. 2/20/24 Had several issues with my truck so of course I took it to Hartlove's Auto to do the repairs (been going there for years).John and his team has a level of service, professionalism and integrity that NO other can match and far exceeds anyone's exceptions. I had an excellent experience with Hartlove s. I was referred by Carworx. This was my first visit to Hartlove s. John kept me in the loop on repairs necessary for my Expedition. He repaired my cruise control quickly and at a fair price. I definitely recommend Hartlove s Auto.

Once again Mr. Hartlove has exhibited a level of integrity and professionalism that has become rare. He was able to help out a homily member in distress outside of his normal hours. Thanks to Jon, who helped out. Been coming here for years and will continue to recommend.

Service was professional and convenient for me. Mr. Hartlove went above and beyond to listen to me. Many times in the past at other shops I don t feel I was taken seriously and honestly know I have been ripped off. At Hartloves, I had a great experience and my car is running great now! Took my car in at the end of June for shaking when breaking and a loose heat shield. They claim to have replaced the front rotors and tightened the heat shield. Well the shaking never stopped but I had to take my car to Florida so I didn't take it back (and why would I after the owner assured me the shaking was no longer an issue before I paid him) and now we're in September and my heat shield is rattling again. What a scam. I have no clue how these guys have so many good ratings. My husband is doing my back rotors tonight and doesn't think the front ones were ever replaced.Service: Brakes

I was having some issues with my van passing admissions so I took my it to Hartlove s auto, where John was able to diagnose my problem and fix it. As a woman it s such a relief to find a good, honest mechanic. Best mechanic shop around! I had such a wonderful experience at this shop. John treated my car like his own. They are honest, reasonably priced, and all the guys were very nice. I would recommend this shop to everyone and this will be my permanent go to place for my cars!

If you re looking for a great car repair shop, look no more! I ve been taking my cars to Hartloves Auto for years and they are fantastic. The technicians are reliable, professional, and super nice. The work is done in a timely manner and to my satisfaction. I ve always been treated fairly and the pricing is competitive. I m always provided a priority list of what needs to be fixed immediately versus what can be addressed later, which is a huge help being on a limited budget. I highly recommend Hartloves Auto.

I m not big on giving reviews but big on reading reviews to make the best decision. So to not share my experience would be silly. Being a female we tend to be discouraged from doing Man Business like going to a mechanic but when I tell you ladies my experience with Mr. John was incredibly easy and I truly felt like I was being treated fairly. He was very honest and up front. The price and turn around time on all of my vehicles were awesome. So if you don t take my word just drive by his shop and see the other countless people who trust and appreciate John s work and the superb customer service you receive from John. Thank you John Hartlove for all you do and continually do for all of your HAPPY FAITHFUL CUSTOMER!

John is awesome! I had a problem that had been ongoing for months. He figured out what was going on after 4 unsuccessful trips to the dealership and an additional visit at another shop. I wish I would ve gone to him first!

John and Katie and their entire shop are simply wonderful. They have worked on all three of our family's cars and the work is done right, on time and is fairly priced. It is so rare to find a mechanic you can actually trust and I am so grateful that I found John Hartlove.

I've taken a couple of vehicles to Hartlove's. They've been very fair with their pricing. They also call you to let you know what needs to be repaired...instead of doing the work and charging for it. The owner was there to greet me when I showed up unannounced, and when I showed up to pick up the vehicle. I felt like I was a priority and I will definitely return.

Wish I would have given this review 8 years ago. John and his crew were great. They put a transmission in a truck for me. He told me 4-5 days...I picked it up in 3. You don't get that quality mechanic from just anywhere. Thanks John for your professionalism and kindness.

I ve used them several times and they ve gone out of their way for me repeatedly and have treated me fairly, which is always a concern as a single woman living on a fixed income. They always try to find the most economical way for me to get the repairs I need to keep my 20-year-old car on the road. I can t think of any reason I d ever go anywhere else. Ben and the Hartlove team took great care of me!! My estimate was hundreds less than other local places and unlike what many people told me would happen, they did NOT try to sell me on a bunch of other services that needed to be done. The estimate was what I paid! My car is running better than it has in months! I was ready to take it to the junkyard and now I love it again! I've already told a few local business owners about this place. Pass it on!

Had a problem with my car and after 5 months, having spent a lot of money, time and weeks without my car, they still couldn't find what was wrong with my car. A friend referred me to Hartlove's. After a few days, fixed my car and it was very inexpensive. Needless to say, I got a new mechanic for life. They are very honest, knowledgeable and friendly. I highly recommend them. Thanks John, Ben and the rest of his crew.

I m so glad a friend recommended john Hartlove to me. She s been using him for years. John always answers phone, very articulate and has good people working in there!He found me factory Land Rover parts considerably less than dealer. Very happyTucked away on B&A blvd. Will def. use them again.

This is the best shop I have ever dealt with. John and the crew are knowledgeable, friendly and talented. It's not always easy to find a good honest shop but these guys are just that. They genuinely care and their rates are great. I will definitely be back in the future.
