As the previous reviews states the middle-aged guy with grey slicked back hair and buck teeth is completely unprofessional and rude. Asked what type of oil I use. I stated synthetic. To which he said. We dont have that here. Only bulk or a blend, its basically the same as synthetic. Not its not. Have a good day. I do not recommend this location. Jiffy lube service was much better.

The customer service was unmatched in pasadena. Transparent on price and labor with no extra charge. They found me a cheaper part that would work better, and it had a lifetime warranty! Highly recommend! I don't plan on using any other shop.

These guys are my go to even though prices have shot up and they only carry synthetic oil now. Good work for a reasonable price. However, the middle aged guy with longer blackish, grey hair with buck-teeth was a complete jerk yesterday. Yelled at me and turned to his coworkers when I was pulling in stating I almost ran over one of his coworkers ankle.. {He was 5 feet away from me behind a set of 4 stacked tires.) No where even close was I near him. Then he asked for me to turn left so I did and he yelled "WHAT ARE YOU DOING?!" Then continued talking to me as if I were a child to keep my tires straight, pull forward and turn off the engine. This guy was clearly having a bad day and I hope he does not treat other paying customers this way. As a small business owner myself, these are the "bad apples" I would toss immediately for they can either make or break the reputation this company has worked so hard for.

This a a great shop. Honest and hard working employees. I've taken our vehicles there several times over the last few years for oil changes, new tires, and most recently a thermostat sensor replacement. The work is always done right and it's always fairly priced.

I have had my oil changed a few times since moving to Pasadena and I have always been happy with the service. They are fast, efficient and never push for a sale. I feel like they provide their recommendations and leave the decisions to you. This time I also had them change my tires. They were very accommodating and did everything they could to make it a seamless experience. I will continue to bring my cars here and recommend this place to others.Services: Tires, Oil change

I trust Scott and the guys at Grease N Go. Scott has gone out of his way to make things easy for me when my vehicle needs maintenance and the whole team makes recommendations, never misleading me or trying to upsell something, and if I say we are going to hold off on something this trip they never push it. I appreciate the honesty here and wouldn t trust anyone else with my vehicle maintenance.

The staff and management are always amazing! Quick, efficient, and great at what they do! We've gone here for oil changes, brake checks, tire sensors, and a variety of things. They always go above and beyond and communicate everything very well so you can make important decision. Highly recommend!

They always help us out and know what to do with our cars as in the best solution and what is most cost efficient. They are real professionals! We always go there anytime we have a problem they can fix. Highly recommended Grease n Go!

Great place to have your wife taken advantage of and pay EXCESSIVE prices. Only cost my wife $193 for an oil change. $53 for the "service". $60 for 4.8 quarts of "premium" oil (5 qts same oil $26 at Walmart). $15 for air filter. And then talked into another $60 for a $17 cabin filter, and sliding it in. Fast, knowledgeable, about to perform all services you would expect. I've been going here for years. Costs a little more than other places, but they do a good job and they have never tried to up sell me.
