Spoke with Megan on the phone. She has great customer service. I brought my car in b/c water pump needed to be replaced and talked about all the audi consumption issues. I'm taking my car here from now on. I use to take my care to the Virginia new germen performance, and there's nothing wrong with new germen performance expect for the wait times are a month to make an appointment.I pass European auto care on my way to the eye doctor and never really gave it much thought. This week I decided to call and it was my best decision ever.For now on I'm taking my 2009 audi a4 to this location. They were quick, the drop off was easy and the customer care and cost of repair is amazing.

Megan and team were so great to work with! We are relieved that we found a mechanic that we can TRUST to work on our Audis as needed. They were efficient, great with communication, and fairly priced. So grateful!

I have been taking my Volvos to European Auto Care for close to 20 years. Customer service is great, friendly, professional and knowledgeable and repairs are done right the 1st time. I have literally never had to take a car back to European for a repair that wasn t done right the first time. And the parts they use are top notch. My son is lucky enough to live in the area of European Auto Care and he had his GLA250 serviced there and needless to say he will now be a regular customer. Fair and honest.I live in Ct and am seriously thinking of have my 05 Crossfire shipped there to get it running again. They have expert technicians and I trust them more then the shops around here.Steve Izzo father of a very satisfied customer.

Megan is tremendous to work with, Frank and shop team have extreme experience and have done exceptional high quality work on my Jettas! I recently purchased a used Volvo and based on their reviews, I decided to take it here for some minor work and an inspection. I was thoroughly impressed with their knowledge, customer service, and fair pricing. As long as I own a Volvo or European car, I ll be returning for all my maintenance.

Brought my Mercedes in for regular maintenance. Typical B service, B service is what Mercedes calls and oil change and Air filter replacements. Quoted $250 over the phone which is pretty spot on from what I usually pay in Towson (I moved to Severna Park recently). Dropped my car off, staff was great and friendly. When I picked my car up they hit me with a $450 bill. They also wanted to charge me over $200 for a tire pressure sensor. This repair place is great on all levels except price. We have used European Auto in Pasadena for the past 5 years and they are the BEST.Fair and trustworthy is a rare quality and this place has it. Megan is knowledgeable and they are NOT out to overcharge you. Somehow they have kept a 2010 Mini with 107 thousand miles and a 2007 VW bug with 191 thousand miles still rolling down the road! Thanks for your excellent care European Auto!

Rarely in my lifetime have I come across an auto repair shop where it just feels right to take my car. This place just feels right.The staff is knowledgeable, honest and upfront in their highly competitive prices. And it s a good sign when they drive a similar car that you re driving.Just in the past few weeks that I ve been taking my 04 V70R to them to work on, they ve saved me more than $800 over other independent shops and more than $1,000 over dealership prices.It s not easy to find a shop that you re happy and comfortable to take your car. European Car Care has maintained my two Mercedes for several years. They are honest, do great work and never overcharge. I highly recommend them to anyone with a foreign car if you want it well taken care of. I have been taking my VW's to Mr. Al for years, and have received nothing but honest, quality, fair priced service that they stand behind!! I have had a quite a few uncommon issues and they have worked relentlessly to find the issues and fix them. They are the only European shop I would and do recommend based on the quality of their work and the trust they have built with me over the years. So if you want a mechanic that you can trust and cares about you and your car not just their wallet then these are your guys!!

Very friendly and knowledgeable staff. We are having issue with our BMW TPMS. They diagnosed it and found that the RDC needs to be recognized by the system. We had replaced the RDC to try and resolve the TPMS inactive issue. Did not charge us since they could not do the reprogram. Very fair shop. I will take our BMW or VW there next time we have problems.Service: Electrical

This mechanic shop is an EXCELLENT mechanic with an even greater attitude,trustworthy,Outstanding service provided by friendly, professional, knowledgeably & Honest people. Al and Meghan are amazing honest mechanic I ever encountered,This has been a very good experience and I'll remain a customer! I brought my BMW vehicle to this shop last week because of a ABS steering sensor, A great service center who cares about your car and that repairs get done right. I could not have been more please with my service AL& Meghan who was very patient with me and understanding of all my concerns with my BMW A great experience and highly recommended!

European Auto Care is the best auto shop in MD! The staff is incredibly friendly and went truly out of their way to be helpful and get my car fixed and tuned up in the least amount of time, for the least amount of money. These reviews seem VERY staged.. I called these folks for a quote and had to endure the worst phone etiquette a business could have not to mention an outrageous price for a fuel injector on one of my business vans. Yet I keep reading about honest and friendly in ALL the reviews..One guy Bryan claims to be impressed with how neat and clean the shop area and reception area is kept, but then states he's been taking his Audi and Porsche there for years.. So lemme guess, the element of surprise hasn't worn off yet? . Except for a few that seem truly honest, I'm doubtful of how great this place is with all the " typical great place , been going here for years jargon". If a place is as good as they claim, there's no need for the fake reviews. No thanks.

Impressed by how clean, neat and organized they keep not only the shop but the reception area too. Friendly attentive service. Everything explained well and clearly about what I should expect re assessment of my car. I ve taken my Audi and Porsche to Al and Meagan for years and have never been disappointed. It s hard to find a good, honest mechanic like this anymore!

Been taking my 01 Audi Allroad here for a couple of years now. Always accommodating my bringing my own parts, very communicative and helpful advice suggesting quality and reliable parts that i ultimately pick out. Hourly rates are very reasonable at about $100ph and jobs are never milked. I've had my suspension changed from air bags to coil overs, Transmission pan/fluid change, differential fluid change, and front lower control arms. Absolutely plan on returning for future jobs.

I had an excellent experience at European Auto Care. The staff was friendly, knowledgeable and pricing was far better than the dealership. I was updated regularly on the status of my car and never pressured into buying unnecessary services I didn't need. 10/10 will have my car serviced again at European Auto Care

I've been taking my car here for a few years now. I've been treated with nothing but kindness and respect. I'm not a knowledgeable car person but they've always explained everything in detail. I also appreciate that I am dealing with a woman who doesn't make me feel less for not understanding. Repairs and maintenance have always been done in a timely manner. I've always felt secure that my vehicle is in good hands with them and runs beautifully every time.

Took my car there for a 2nd opinion after the dealer had it for over a week. Not only did they diagnose the problem quickly, I had my car back and fixed within 2 days. They also saved me over $1900 that the dealer tried to get me for. Will definitely take my car back to them for service and maintenance!

My name is Allan and I have a mercedes s550.i had to get suspension work done and let me be honest this was by far the best service I have had the personal attention to your car and to you as the customer surpassed my expectations. And the prices was a fraction of what I would have paid if I would have taken my car anywhere else. I can honestly say that I wont my car serviced anywhere else I definitely recommend this place.

European Auto Care is excellent. Honda wanted to charge me over $4000 for work, and so I took it to European AC to check on the repairs that Honda listed. They said it would only cost me $350 and the other repairs were bogus. It has saved me tons and they do great work and are very honest and trustworthy! I will always go to them!
