I had a last minute issue on my 2014 Jeep Wrangler while traveling. I called C&T and explained my situation and they suggested I come in so they could take a quick look and see if I could drive it or not. No error codes or obvious problem but they worked the situation throughout the day and fixed it! Great service and at a very reasonable price. Just a great experience.

If I could give zero stars I would I took my truck in there to have it looked at as I thought the transmission was slipping. They told me it was the transmission slipping after they drove it charged me $2000 to rebuild the transmission. I got it back with the same exact problem Took it back there. They told me it was a misfire so an $80 coil pack ended up costing me $2000 do not use this place. They also ripped a buddy of mine off and said they serviced his transmission but when he looked you could clearly see that none of the bolts have been touched , I repeat do not use this place

I use C&T transmissions for way more then just transmissions. They service my 3 work vans for a variety of things so I brought my personal car here and I was not disappointed. My car is lowered so it s hard to find people that will work on it, I ve bein turned down service because of this numerous times. But they tackled the job and made sure everything got taken care of. And they also gave me a great deal! I got both rear calipers,brakes, and hose lines replaced and a alignment at a affordable rate and timely manner. I recently moved into the area, and decided to use C&T do do some brake work on my 2000 Dodge Dakota, based on their user reviews. The owner Benny was great to deal with, as he answered any questions or concerns I had and provided great and honest customer service. The crew at C&T is fantastic. They really stepped up when I was in a bind and provided excellent service. They didn't dismiss me when I suggested I might have an idea what the problem was. Steve immediately got it out on the road to test drive and validate the problem. He even went out of his way to show me a disassembled transmission and explained the problem. Benny was very gracious and explained the options I had and didn't force anything. He let me make the best choice with the available information and budget while making sure I was making a safe decision. The knowledge and professionalism was on point. I have never been to a shop that has been as transparent and honest. 5+ stars for the the folks working over there. I drove 65 miles on a recommendation to go to C&T and I don't regret it. This place is the best repair shop I've ever been to. I had a wheel bearing replaced .After giving them a call I brought my vehicle in and they check on the noise with in 10 minutes they had the answer . After the part came in the next day I drop my car off and with in three hours they had it ready. On top of the fast services the staff is pleasent to work with . Unlike shops I've been to in the past the women at the front desk and the two mechanics I came across were all friendly.Service: Auto maintenance

I am super impressed with the level of detail and care that this place has to offer. The overall experience was above and beyond. From speaking Tiffany and getting my Jeep in the same day to be looked at. She is amazing and she is genuine about the customers needs. I not only saw it in my own experience but in someone else s. Impressed by my overall experience and will be taking my Jeep back to this location. The quality of workmanship does not go unnoticed. Bennie (sorry if spelled wrong) he knows what he is doing and goes above an beyond what you ask for looking to make sure your driving something safe. I appreciate that and knowing it s not just about taking your money. It really gives that family vibes and hospitality in this location. I recommend this location and would trust that it s in great hands. I know that all the mechanics have the skills to handle the needs of the customers coming in. I want to give them 10 but google won t let me.

I bought a one-year old barely used Toyota Camry with a sunroof and just about all the extras I wanted. The price was almost $10,000 off the original price. Josh and Bennie were so patient with me in getting specifically what I wanted at a very good price. They also offered financing with the best interest rates. I have been driving it for about 4 years now and it still runs great. I am very happy with my experience here and plan to return in the future.

C&T does amazing work! I've taken my 2009 F-150 to 4 different places to solve a persistent issue and was never satisfied with the result. C&T took control of the situation and my truck is finally running like a dream. If you're having car troubles, this is the place to come... the customer service is outstanding and they will make sure that you are taken care of. Thank you Benny & team for taking the time to help me enjoy my truck again.

C & T is amazing! I have been in Pasadena for 16 years and have searched for a trustworthy place to take our cars. We have tried everywhere and finally found our place about 9 months ago! I had my Nissan conk out completely on me last month, and was in an urgent situation. I called C and T from the side of Mountain Road, in the rain, and from there they made it as easy as possible. Needed to get a replacement transmission but the price was not what I was fearing. Work was done fast and overall a very good experience with these guys.

Place came highly recommended. I went in a few times, second time finally talked to manager. Explained what I wanted done and checked on my transmission. Manager asked for my number and told me he would call me back with a price quote. Mind you, this is after I told him I didn't care how much it was, I could afford it. Waited three days and finally drove in for a face to face. When I met the manager, I said "you didn't call me back" to which he immediately replied "that's because I don't want to work on it." I'm not upset at the fact that he doesn't want to work on it, but the fact he didn't call me back so I could take my business elsewhere and get my vehicle fixed. He stated "your car will just tie up my lift, and I don't want that" as a certain car has been sitting on his lift the entire time. Was rude to me and ignored me while I was in the shop trying to explain the issues with my car. Obviously doesn't care about taking my money.

Tony and his team fixed multiple issues with my transmission that had been bothering me for a while. I made the mistake of getting my clutch replaced by Pep Boys in Annapolis about a year or two ago, and Pep Boys forgot to put the pilot bearing back and they incorrectly machined my flywheel. C&T took apart my transmission, and Tony showed me and educated me about all these problems, and they fixed everything for a fair price to boot. I really enjoyed my experience with C&T, and I'd gladly give them my money for repairs again.

I took my vehicle here for transmission issues. Come to find out I was just low on fluids due to a leaking line. They replaced the line and filled my fluids. Three other shops in the area tried selling me a whole new transmission. I will now be a loyal customer to C&T because of there honesty and efficiency.

These guys are great. They were so truthful and really easy to work with. They don t even try to push unneeded repairs on me. They explained everything fully and this is why I would come back to this place for any transmission repairs.

I was amazed with the honesty and professionalism of the team at c&t! About a week prior to taking my 2001 yukon xl 2500 in I called and spoke to their trans builder John. He spent 15 min on the phone with me answering various questions. Our conversation ended with his recommendation of brining the truck in and having them hook it up to their diagnostics and take it for a drive to monitor what the trans was doing. Fast forward a week I dropped the truck off before they opened. By 10am I received a call saying there was a wiring issue that needed to be addressed before they could properly diagnose the trans. Since the wiring issue was in the main harness it was not something they specialized in and recommended taking it to another shop. I knew Alpine Automotive next to them specialized in this kind of thing so I asked if they could take it over to them. Without hesitation they said "absolutely, if your still having issues after the wiring is fixed we will take another look". They didn't charge me a dime for their service which is very rare nowadays.... It turns out there was a short in the harness and now my trans is perfect again! I'm sure if I went to a dishonest shop I would have easily been out 2500 dollars (or more). C&t saved me alot of time and money and didn't ask for anything in return. I have dealt with another trans shop in Glen Burnie(not naming names but they have been around a very long time) and had nothing but problems. C&t just got themselves a lifetime customer and someone who will always recommend them to anyone who needs trans work! THANK YOU TO THE ENTIRE C&T TEAM!

Just took my car in last week for routine maintenance to C and T Transmission for the first time. They did a great job and got me in and out fast. Strongly recommend them if you live in the area.

C and T Transmission is the best repair shop in the Glen Burnie/Pasadena area IMHO. They just moved closer to me too which makes them even more convenient to use - literally drive by their shop every morning! They do great work and have been great with our family's cars.

I haven't used this shop for services but I did call today with a lengthy question about a ford focus transmission problem. The secretary was very helpful and when she couldn't answer my questions she passed me on to Jim. He was very knowledgeable and gave me information that will help me. He didn't try to scam money by saying we cant help unless you bring it in. I just wanted to thank them for their help and honesty. It's hard to find that now and days

C & T Transmission run a great shop - customer service is the best I've experienced in the area (Pasadena, Glen Burnie, Severna Park, etc...) I've used many auto repair shops over the years living here and C & T is far and away the best. Top notch service!

Took my car here a cpl yrs ago. First time I went I spent almost 2k for my transmission. It stopped working a little over a yr. Took it back paid almost 500 and it didn't even last a yr. I shldve sued them but ended up getting another car. The wanna be hard manager was not accommodating at all. I was fooled by the 5 star rating. Nvr again.

My Monday started off with Koons Ford in Annapolis refusing to service a rebuilt transmission that they put in my vehicle. This is after I had been there last Wednesday and they schedule an appointment for me to drop off the truck. I went to my mechanic in tears as I did not know what to do and he sent me to C&T Transmissions.If I had left my vehicle with Koons it would have been there for days (happened last time). I would have been house bound until it was fixed probably several days. This is my only vehicle and I am on a social security. I cannot afford a rental car.So I drove to C&T the same day. Tony moved on it right away, they allowed me to view the problem - a failed gasket. Not only did they fix it that day - done by 3:30 but Tony let me use his truck to do some shopping.They are my heroes - they took the time to go over what was wrong and made sure that it was fixed right and the price, I am sure, was so much less than I'm sure I would have been charged by Koons.On Monday night when I reflected on the day, I couldn't believe my truck was fixed when I started the day in tears at Koons Ford. I ended up one happy customer - many, many thanks to Tony, his Dad and all who work for at C&T.I cannot recommend them enough for taking care of me and my vehicle.

C and T's new owners are great. This shop changed ownership I think maybe 1-2 years ago and I hadn't been back since but I am happy to say these guys really do an awesome job. Affordable, fast, and professional.

Best shop around period. Had a problem I ve been having for 6 months now fixed in 30 minutes. No one else could find the problem. Great prices awesome staff who really know what their doing and will not jip you. Thanks C&t!!!!
