I only do reviews for excellent service. I called Bull's just hours ago as my tires needed to be 'emergently' replaced as they were completely bald and dry rotting. ( yeah, I know, I know......they were due about a year ago I pretended they were fine.) The gentleman on the phone told me to come in and he could do it right away. (I brought my newly purchased tires with me.) I didn't get the name of the gentleman who replaced my tires, but he was kind, professional and non judgemental . He worked quickly and efficiently. But wait there's more... my brakes had been fully replaced only a week ago and were now making a horrible noise. He diagnosed and fixed this problem like a super hero of some sort! I can not praise him enough. I'm so gratefulSo refreshing knowing there are some great humans still in existence.

Stopped in here today to get a patch since the plug I put in on the interstate did not fill the hole all the way. Very considerate man greeted me even though he was with another customer. Very polite, and did a great job on my tire. Will gladly come to this local business again if I need a tire repair near Pasadena!

I came to Bull s Tire Depot needing what I thought was a new rim and a new tire for my 2010 Scion XB. My rim was completely dented out away from the actual tire. However, instead of charging me for a new rim and new tire, which they absolutely could have done, the owner took a sledgehammer and banged the dent out, making the rim completely back to normal. He 100% didn t need to do that, but they are an honest and family owned shop. Instead of having to pay $150 for a rim and new tire, I walked out only having to pay $50 for the tire. I would highly recommend Bull s Tire Depot if you re in need of a new or used tire or rim. They are quick and efficient and most importantly, run their business with honesty and integrity. Thank you again for the guys who helped me out today!

I will not be back here. I went for some used tires for the back and was going to go back for the front a week after, was told these were "like new" yes on the outside they looked perfect, they were the wrong size. I didn't know at the time they were, so everything seemed good drove off got on the beltway car was shaking like it was in a battle, went right back guys took the tires off, one wasn't on all the way, so for the hassle Bull gave me the front tires as well. Car still shook, was told car was shaking due to it not being balanced. Went down to my parents house my dad took all the tires off and looked at them 3 of those four tires were bad the sealed holes in the sidewall of the tire. Called him up he said no problem bring them back to me and I will take care of you. Go back to him and he tries offering me to buy brand new tires that he would have to order and this and that, at this point I'm done, it was supposed to be our anniversary weekend and we wind up not being able to go away because of this whole incident!! So then he tries offering tires to put on as replacement that are to small. I'm livid at this point. So he tells me go up to Wal-Mart on Crain hwy buy tires and bring them back and he will put them on for free. So we do. Spent over $300 for tires. He puts them on my car still shaking at this point was never going back to him. Put my car in the shop to make sure it's nothing under the hood just to be told my lug nuts are completely done and my tires are not balanced. All brand new tires I just bought that he put on for free for his mistake wasn't even balanced. So now paying for my tires to get balanced. Something that should have been done. I did not like how he was putting the mistakes off on his guys..He is the owner he takes responsibility. Yea he was a nice guy, but after all this money it cost me I should have just kept my bad tires. I won't be returning here. Honesty would have went a long way with me and all the shady like behavior that came off I will never return.*Update: I was at the balance tire place and he put way to much weight on my tires. Told my husband that he took "some of the weights off?" Had 6 extra weights on each tire. My baby is back to its normal self now. My experience was horrible and I just won't go there ever again and glad he did not charge me for all these mistakes that was caused but it still cost me much more in the long run not to mention the high anxiety it caused me driving the car. Go at your own risk. I learned my lesson the hard way.

Excellent place, The gentleman that works there is more than honest, Polite , and goes out of his way to make you feel like you mean something to him.

Low cost good work
