This is definitely the best place to get your work done on your vehicle. You get a great deal and excellent service all done by nice, helpful professionals. Dan and Tony are especially awesome at what they do and you can entrust your vehicle to them!

I was in town for the Baltimore Tattoo convention and visiting family who live locally On my way home after the first night of the Tattoo convention my tire went flat and I had to throw my spare on in the middle of the night. Showed up here on a Saturday morning at 8 AM, they got my truck right in. Found the issue with the tire and repaired it, put my spare tire back under the truck for me. I was in and out in exactly an hour for 40 bucks. Everyone was super kind. Very rare to experience Quality, efficiency, kindness, good prices. Would not hesitate to come here again.

Underrated tire shop. They have a pretty easy process for mounting and balancing. Honestly the attitude and environment from these guys is pretty legit and reassuring. I had all 4 tires replaced with some that I bought myself and had a positive experience overall. I also loved that they text and call you to remind you of your pickup and appointment, and the prices were fair and unbeatable for the quality. Definitely recommend this place. If you are local definitely save yourself the hassle and come here instead. 11/10 would recommend P.S. the location is also perfect for waiting in-store as there are plenty of shops and restaurants nearby

Several weeks ago I was driving home and my tire pressure light came on. It was late enough that I assumed everyone was closed. By chance I pull into Bay Area Tire and Service and encounter an employee leaving for the night. I flagged him down, asked him if there was any way he could help me. Without hesitation he walked right back in, inspected my tire and pointed out to me that the tire was almost flat and beyond repair. He counseled me on a good tire to buy. I was home in less than 20 minutes!!!! Cheers to Doug and Tony for service beyond expectations. I will always return and I am spreading the word about your awesome customer service!!!!! I had a screw in my tire. I made a drop off and within one hour, I received a call my tire was repaired. The extra care warranty is great to have. Not many places to get a tire repaired. Other places just want to sell you a new tire.

They are very helpful. I walked in got a great price for tires. Showed up the next day for a scheduled appointment and did not wait very long. What impressed me the most was call and text back to make sure everything was to satisfactory. Definitely going back

Great service! I was able to get in on Sat to get my tire taken care of. They weren t able to fix the tire leak due to the location but they were able to get me a new tire the same day. Professional and friendly service! My husband and I will be going there for any other tire issues.

David is awesome at his job. very informative, patient, respectful, and friendly.informed me of some bad news of my car but some how made me leave with a smile(the bad news is I need 4 new tires, nothing to do with the shop )oh and the service was super quick!

I had a problem with my tire leaking air. I had to fill it up about every two weeks. Bay area Goodyear got me in the very next day and fix the problem within 2 hours. The service was over and above what I could have expected and the price was very reasonable. Super nice and friendly atmosphere too.

This place offers the golden standard in customer service and business integrity. They are always honest and do good, solid work. Have been bringing my wife s and my vehicle there for years and have never had anything less than a very positive experience all around. Doug and Dan are absolutely exceptional guys and the rest of the crew, also! Highly recommend. A+

Staff was professional and easy to work with. Work was done quickly. Tires are expensive in today's bidenonic world. I just wish there was some rebate offered with my purchase. But it is what it is.

Repeat customer. Went in for new tires. Turned out I also needed new front hubs and bearings. Work was done quickly and efficiently. Although my wallet squeaked a little, the truck is running smoothly. Rarely are auto repair events positive. This one was. My appointment was respected. The car was done and done correctly when promised. The coordinated Lyft service was a nice bonus.

I was frightened when the van broke down in Pasadena. But one of the dealerships recommended that I try Bay Area Tire and Auto. When we went in on Wednesday morning, day before Thsnksgiving, I was disappointed to hear that they wouldn't be doing anything til Friday although the guy working on it had spent an hour looking. The van refused to start and I had done a lot of research on it. Anyway, they spent another two hours and $500 total analysis to come to the same decision. In the end they ordered a piece to fix it and got it done early the next week. Since I had to rent a car to drive home to Alabama, I had to fly back to BWI and get a ride over to Pasadena and then drive the van home. But now it starts on the first try and runs beautifully. I also asked them to do an oil change and tire rotation. We ended up with a bit over $800 but as I said, it starts immediately and runs beautifully now! Thank you, BAT&A!!

I ran over something on my way home from work one night. I called the next day and Tony said to bring it in. He found me the same tire. The next day I spent about 15 minutes waiting for them to put my tire back on. Super fast. Great service, tire rotation and oil change. One tire needed additional work at my request and they resealed the tire/rim even though they didn t find anything wrong with the tire at time of service but based upon my experience with a couple of recent tire inflation warning notices they did the extra service.

Overall experience was good. Took my wife s jeep to get new tires mounted and balanced. They were not balanced correctly. Had to take it back a second time for it to be corrected. That is the only reason for a 4 star review. It drives perfectly now since the second go at balancing them. Will still use them in the future as Ive had previous great experiences with them.

Staff is extremely friendly and helpful, and I think their prices are reasonable. Definitely my place to go for my oil changes and whatever else comes up with my car.I needed 2 new tires on the front of my car late in the afternoon on Friday. One of my tires went flat and I had the spare on, so I needed an immediate fix, and Tony (pretty sure it's Tony) said he would get me taken care of and told me to come in. Even though I walked in really late in the day, it had to be getting close to their closing time, they still took care of me, just like they said. Highly recommend Bay Area, these guys are super friendly and helpful!! Thanks!!Service: Tires

Was super quick and easy to make an appointment online for a next day tire change and plug on a flat tire, they were fast and efficient, I work up the road so I walked down afterwards to pick up! Thank you!

Service was excellent as service writer took good care of me after an error on Goodyear site caused wrong tire size to be ordered. Tires are excellent after two weeks of driving on them

Bay Area Tire was excellent! After an initial estimate where they very patiently answered all my questions, they modified their appraisal after a thorough examination of my vehicle. Not only were they focused on my safety, it actually cost less! After my repairs they followed up to make sure everything was ok. I live about an hour and a half away from this tire shop and unfortunately I got a flat tire nearby and had to pick a shop to get my car towed. Right from the get go when I called to see if they could service my car to the time I brought it in until I receive my car I got excellent customer service and insurance that the car will be done in an hour. It was done in 40 minutes. The employees were friendly and very professional. I wish I lived closer so I could use them for my tires all the time.Service: Tires
