This location has done a 180 since my last visit. This visit both the store manager and the ship manager were very pleasant and helpful. They took time and explained everything and options. I got 4 tires on my vehicle and the manager Scott made sure I got the best deal possible within my budget. I was given a health check on my vehicle and wound up needing brakes ( got a great deal on those too) I will return...thanks ntb!!!

I just needed to get air for my tires (low pressure) which I received, along with an accurate analysis of the health of my tires from a very professional mechanic named Dequan. I normally don't speak "car," but Dequan educated me as to the actual age of the tires, the likelihood of additional mileage, and a projected timeline for when to make the next purchase. He recommended various brands for future reference. I will return to this location when it's time to actually purchase the tires.

Walked into a clean facility with great welcoming service. I needed air in my tire and they fixed it in appropriate timing. Reagan was very nice and happy to help! I would definitely come back for future services !

Fast, friendly, reliable service! Took my car in because one of my tires was leaking air. The tire was repaired quickly and they did a tire rotation for me as well. Great prices and a great service!

Reagan at the front desk is a great help! He always makes sure everything gets done efficiently and fast. Great customer service and very positive attitude! Always helps me greatly every time I come.

Took my 2015 Honda Accord in last week and the 2 gentlemen working (1 employee/1 trainee) were fantastic! They were polite, prompt, and honest. I had to replace 1 tire due to a blowout from hitting a curb as I swerved to not collide with a deer. I actually just had 2 new tires put on for the car's inspection within the last 6 months so I knew that I did not need 2 new tires; just a replacement for the damaged one and mounting/balancing, etc. They did not try to take advantage and "highly recommend" I get 2 or even 4 new tires, as I've experienced in the past. Instead, I was given the accurate prices for 1 tire at several different price points to choose from and was able to purchase ONE new tire which matched the brand and specifications of the other rear tire on my car, that I could afford. I also needed an oil change and similarly, I was given 2 simple choices (regular synthetic oil or high mileage) and since my car has 186,000 miles, I chose the high mileage oil. They said my oil filter would be ordered right away and delivered within 10 minutes or so from the auto parts store down the street. I asked if they could give me an idea of how long it would take because I had to pick up my son from school at 3:30 and it was about 12:30 when I took it in. My car ended up being ready to go by about 2:15 and I was given a fair, accurate price for the services I needed on my car. I will definitely continue to bring both my car and my family's cars here in the future. Thank you!!!

I called with some questions about my vehicle and a very nice gentleman named Jeff answered the phone. He was very polite and made sure that all of my questions were answered and that I understood all of the answers he had given me. He was very thorough and professional and made me feel confident in what needs to be done to my vehicle and how I can resolve issues it s been having. Very relieving. Thank you Jeffrey!

this NTB has great service, the guy Reagan with Locs helped me out to the fullest! customer service top tier. He made sure everything was checked out and that i was okay to get back on the road. Highly recommended!!!

I been coming to this Ntb for years went to get a new battery for my suv told me it will take a hour and half so I left my suv to get it done. I get a call telling me they can put in a battery bc they have to remove my windshield and wiper blades I should go the the dealership. Looked up video on YouTube and I did it myself in 15 min.

Very quick to help, got stright to work on my vehicle with the issue i was in and out in less then a hour. gave me great updates on my car and left me with choices to pick from. Great team there

Not good. Actually bad.The tire pressure was nine (9 P.S.I.) over recommended.I had to go to my mechanic to have the proper .torque applied.Black grease on my seat cushion.Spare not returned to storage space in the truck.I have been a customer for many years and this is a real low for me.ELMERKREISELJR

NTB Parkville had no service techs.. employees ignored me and didn t address issue. Employee acknowledged other customer. But never addressed me.. Am I invisible? Long time customer.. maybe not anymore???

Overall the staff is nice but communication sucks.Whats the point of making an appointment at 9am for an oil change & being told about an hour or less that turns into still waiting and end up getting out at 11:15am which is more than TWO HOURS later.I was not asked which oil type I WANTED nor was communicated anything between the TWO hours i waited on what the hold up was. I would understand if you re backed up but if only that was communicated, I would of came back another day. I had to cancel a doctor appointment that I obviously couldn t make it to

I m from out of town and got a flat tire. So I called this location and spoke to Tyler. In a moment when I was upset and concerned, Tyler was calm and answered every single question I had. He even got on the phone with my mom. The store manager Rico explained for me a bunch of useful information and they both were incredibly kind to me. I felt good about the repair work that was done and my tire replacements! I would absolutely return here and couldn t stop saying good things about the folks who work there.

Came in to the shop for an oil change and tire rotation and Rico was outstanding. Great customer service . He was very knowledgeable on all the questions I had about my work van. During the visit they noticed my brakes were metal to metal he let me know immediately . Thank god for their inspection because I didn t hear any noises and that was a huge safety concern. So thank you again to Rico and the crew over there for fixing my work van and getting me in and out . I will recommend all of my friends and emails and coworkers to visit this store .

I would recommend a different NTB over this particular one.3 stars because there are some positive aspects. The mechanics all seem very personable and overall kind. Rico, manager, seems very charming, upbeat, and fun. They also cleaned out my mass air flow sensor without a charge (and without running it by me, first...).However, I took my car for diagnostic and an alignment and was not very happy with how it went. First, Rico told me I was asking a dumb question when I wanted to know what mileage my car was at in the last service it got so I could keep track of my oil change history. I guess that didn't matter much because I realized later that they wrote my current mileage at over 1k what it actually was. For anyone keeping track of their repairs, this can be really frustrating.It took much longer than I was told that it would just to look at the car, and I feel that I may have been misled or possibly lied to. They said they were test driving my car several times, when I had already told them it really needed an alignment because it had new struts on it and it had an obvious check engine light that needed to be read prior to anything else. Eventually I started calling more and everyone was giving me different stories ("oh, we'll get it diagnosed in a hour or so," to "oh, it's getting test driven now! [the next morning]" to "oh, actually this employee was late so no one has looked at it yet," and eventually, "sorry, no one was at the shop so it is now getting a test drive!").My car should not have been driven with a bad alignment and I was there to witness that it was aligned last, after I called several times to check on it. Eventually I came in and waited when I realized nothing was getting done. I was also told that I was getting a "free" smoke test that was not run by me, so I lost any "diagnostics discount" I would have gotten due to this "free" test. After being told that information, I decided to opt out of repairs since I was going to pay full price for a diagnostic either way.I love NTB and their services are usually very affordable. Maybe this shop is okay in some regards but my experience was generally negative this time around so I'll be going elsewhere.

I ve been going there for new tires for the past three years and had no problem each time. Unfortunately this time i met a very annoying employee who wanted to sell me alignment, oil change and brake rotors/pads. All I wanted was a new set of tires which was sumitomo htr pos3 on sale at $393.48 on ntb.com. He did not even want to honor that price and tried to sell me different sumitomos. He told me i have to buy other packages to be able to get that price which was totally none sense because I had already chose the tires and booked the appointment online for that price!!! I felt so indignant and left the store but he came to my car and offered to price match the tires. I mean common you want to price match your own website price??? More like you don t want to honor your own price!!!! Hesitantly I eventually agreed to get the tires for that price. After 3 long hours of waiting, i was on my way home driving on the highway and the car was so wobbly that I think the mechanic did not balance the tires or he did a very horrible job because i refused to buy the packages he was trying to sell so forcefully.I will never ever return to this NTB store again!!!!!6000 miles into the ride, there s a bulge/bubble and the ntb store would not replace it despite having the manufacturer warranty. I honestly did not hit any potholes or curbs. The mark on the rim has been there before when i had the old tires. Very poor quality tires and equally poor services from this store!!!

Excellent service! They were very friendly and made sure to take great care of both of my cars. As a woman, I m always skeptical with getting certain things done on my car since I ve had some places try to take advantage price wise. I didn t have to worry about that with them. Not only did they do a great job but they were fast! Definitely coming here from now on.

Rico Rivera, Store Manager did an excellent job providing service for me. He was very professional, straightforward and explained everything clearly. I felt comfortable and confident that my vehicle would be taken care of. He was able to provide same day service, the waiting area and the store itself was neat and clean, he provided an estimate upfront and made sure I was clear on the costs. I didn t feel pressured or persuaded to pay for any additional services. I m so grateful for Rico and his team who provided top quality service on my vehicle. My car drives better than it did when I bought it and I m never taking my car anywhere else! This is the best NTB location hands down- you re in good hands with Rico and his team.

I was referred to Rico by a previous ntb manger because of all the unpleasant & corrupt issues I had at other ntb locations. All I can say is when it comes to professionalism & keeping you in the loop every step of the way with your vehicle the dude is awesome. I forgot my tech name but shot out to you for installing my four continental extreme contact dws-06 and alignment you did a precise & clean install

This is the 2nd time I came to this location on Joppa Road 1st was oil change last year and everyone was awesome! So I needed tires this year and I have a Lincoln and they are very expensive so I shopped around and found best price here at NTB. I had such good service last time so I went and got my tires today and everyone was just as awesome as last time! I am in my 60 s and it s nice to go in a place where they treat you like you re their only customer they took their time and explained everything and answered all my questions. I highly recommend this place to anyone who needs something for their car or truck or SUV I can promise you won t be disappointed! They are really kind and caring about what they do and the people they take care of and their vehicles.
